A clean and pleasant hotel in the station district. The minibar was included in the room price and the buffet offered a good variety of dishes.

As we wandered back from our wonderful concert evening at the Alte Oper through the admittedly seedy neighborhood, we were greeted by a lively atmosphere at the 25hours Hotel, courtesy of a private party taking place in the atrium. Unfortunately, the bright and airy atrium amplified the noise a hundredfold, making us feel as if we were lying directly above the main train station when we tried to fall asleep. A friendly receptionist suggested we consume the entire contents of the complimentary minibar to numb ourselves. When we declined, he showed us to another room. It's also worth mentioning that the self-proclaimed most beautiful woman in Frankfurt was hanging out in front of the hotel. What an honor!

The rooms were really nice and comfortable to sleep in. Everything was clean, and there were several artifacts, which I personally found very intriguing. Although the service was substandard for the cost of the rooms. The location is a bit sketchy, but I didn't find anyone bothering me.

The room was good and the bed was comfy, you can screen share to the TV and the minibar has water and cider for free. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep on Friday or Saturday as loud music was being played all night. There was no warning online or from the staff that this would be the case. More soundproofing on the windows wouldn't work because the bed shakes even on the top floor.

The situation towards Niddastraße was unpleasant at night! Loud music and the voices of homeless people.

Never again! The hotel's location is absolutely unacceptable. The street is heavily populated by drug addicts and homeless people – and that's exactly what you see from the window. A good night's sleep is impossible: loud techno music blares until the early hours of the morning, making sleep out of the question. Overall, an extremely unpleasant stay.

Totally okay hotel with free mini bar in the middle of a training ground for a zombie apocalipse.

We really enjoyed the hotel and its facilities! We especially loved the sauna and tea station on the rooftop terrace with its fantastic view of the skyline. Thoughts like the complimentary minibar were a very nice touch! The staff were very friendly and the overall service was excellent! The only downsides were the moldy corners in the shower and the location right in Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel (station district), which, while you're aware of when booking this hotel, isn't exactly pleasant. It's also not ideal for a woman to go out alone at night.

Very nice property. I stayed in a medium room and it was big by any standards. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Free minibar for me was a welcome bonus. Service at check in and check out was friendly and fast. I will stay here again and highly recommend. I was skeptical with the reviews regarding neighbourhood but I actually found it quiet even on a Friday evening. The next street was party town but I had no concerns regarding safety or anything for that matter. There are couple of hotels next to each other. The 25hours hotel is also walking distance (5 minutes) to the Frankfurt Central.

Located in the heart of Frankfurt's infamous Bahnhofsviertel (station district), directly on Niddastraße, the 25hours Hotel "The Trip" (formerly "25hours Hotel by Levi's") offers visitors to the metropolis on the Main River a welcome contrast and a high level of comfort in what is otherwise a rather challenging environment. The hotel impresses not only with its modern and appealing design concept and tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms, but also with its excellent service and very friendly, helpful staff. Furthermore, the hotel offers its guests a fabulous culinary experience with the adjoining "BAR SHUKA" restaurant (New Tel Aviv cuisine with a show kitchen, freshly baked pita, Jerusalem kebab, green sauce, za'atar, and much more) and the "SHUKA BAR" (Japanese sake drinks; stylish, elegant, and classic), a combination that never fails to delight.

A party on October 25th. One toilet for the entire upper floor. You could think about that better.

Imagine paying 200€ euros a night and then discover the hotel’s courtyard is also a nightclub on the weekends. Couldn’t sleep. Staff didn’t help. When I complained I was looked down and tolf these parties are part of the « concept of the hotel » … ! I have been to 25h in Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Copenhaguen : it is NOT how these hotels worked at all. Beside, when checking in I had a free drink at the bar, which I discovered later didn’t open before 10pm. I’m not a party-goer and just wanted my spritz before eating in the restaurent … which was fully booked by the way and didn’t accept any more customers, eventhought they are in the hotel. Any ways, by very far the absolutely worse experience I ever had in a 25h Hotel, as well as an Accor hotel in general.

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.

I regret staying only one night at this hotel. The hotel's amenities, free-use facilities, and various free-use items definitely set it apart from other places I've stayed. I was also very satisfied with the friendly reception. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there were many homeless people around the hotel, which made me feel unsafe even during the day. This feeling was especially unsettling at night, which diminished the hotel's many advantages. There are many hotels of similar size and class operated by other chains nearby, so I felt a need for a more integrated approach.

We stayed here over the weekend. A superbly original hotel with fantastic, and above all, friendly, and communicative staff – best regards, Savio. The rooms are beautifully furnished and clean. The location is convenient – ​​close to cool clubs and the main train station.

The proximity to the main train station and the city center is a huge advantage. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. That's all good, though. I know the 25hours in Düsseldorf, which has a chic French restaurant and a cool rooftop bar. The hotel in Frankfurt doesn't even come close and feels like a hotel for students and hipsters. The rooftop bar and the ground-floor restaurant were closed. Unfortunately, the breakfast was ridiculous at €27. The quality of the products was good, but the so-called buffet offered three types of hummus, two types of cheese, and some turkey ham to choose from – nothing else, no other cold cuts or spreads. So it continued... just natural yogurt and chia pudding, a little fruit. Very disappointing for €27 and absolutely not recommended!

Everything inside this hotel are very nice. The staff, the room, the service. Location wise is also a big plus since it is near Frankfurt Main Station. The only thing that is a little worrying is the area around the hotel, on the ,

Basically a nice hotel. Clean, stylishly furnished, and with comfortable beds. Basically, the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. However, all of this unfortunately doesn't help much if you get a room facing the inner courtyard: Apparently, people party there until late into the night, even during the week. Since it's the hotel's own inner courtyard, after a certain hour, you should definitely be considerate of the other guests' sleep. I tried several times to reach the reception, but my calls were not answered. This is a major negative for me and unfortunately significantly tarnished the positive overall impression.

The reception all shifts ( day and noght ) specially Karim the old man and the tall one was seriously not professional when you don’t speak german they start talk between each other and seriously not respectful at all i ask them when the restaurant in the lobby closes he answered i don’t know you can ask them !!!! Wt is going on with him just met him and thats how he deal with people wnd ignoring in not respectful way sooo bad

The hotel itself is, as usual, very stylish and decorated with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, the surrounding area isn't very nice, and on weekends, it was unbearably loud outside due to a club and people partying on the streets. This unfortunately made a good night's sleep impossible.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this hotel. I've always thought Motel One was the best, but 25hours has created such a cool concept here that I can only recommend it to everyone.

There was a party in the courtyard all afternoon and evening that we knew nothing about. The noise was unbearable. We complained several times, but as compensation we only got an apple spritzer.

The reception was incredibly polite and helpful with all my questions. I wish other hotels had staff like the ones at the 25h. Special thanks go out to Savio & Theo.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night. Our room overlooked the open courtyard where both nights there was a really loud and busy club that carried on until about 4am. This is by far the noisiest hotel room I have ever been in. If you don’t mind the noise, the hotel is pretty cool. The interior design is funky and interesting. The bed was really comfy. There is no door between the shower and the bedroom, personally I prefer more privacy. The food in the restaurant is great but expensive. The breakfast was nice, but also expensive. The street the hotel is on is really dodgy and has people openly taking drugs hanging around. There is secure parking for 17 euros a day.

The 25hours Hotel in Frankfurt is really good. Great, modern rooms, clean, and well-maintained. The perfume in the hallways is debatable. I'm not a fan of it. Now comes the thing that led to the poor overall rating: the location. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the corner of the train station district where drug addicts populate the sidewalks and inject drugs in broad daylight. Consequently, every corner of the buildings surrounding the hotel is used as a restroom. This area of Frankfurt is definitely not recommended for those with sensitive skin, or even for families with children.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a drug-riding district. Junkies and dealers are right outside. An extremely aggressive atmosphere with addicts outside the hotel. I was afraid to go out in the evening; the taxi driver wouldn't take me to the hotel.

4 day stay for 2 people 🥰 the hotel is beautiful and has a unique and very interesting style, it has many facilities and services to enjoy and the employees are friendly but keep in mind that the neighborhood and the surrounding streets are not nice because there are a lot of drug addiction and alcoholic people, it is also a hotel next to a restaurant that offers parties at night for both guests and other clients, which is why you can hear the music in the rooms until late at night (which for me was not a problem but perhaps for other people it kept them awake), despite this, it is a central hotel so you can walk or take public transportation easily

Quirky, fun hotel with funky designed rooms. Mini bar usage is included. Comfortable bed + fun roof top area. Breakfast options were limited but enjoyable (personally for 20€ I expected full buffet breakfast) but here u order off a menu - 1 item + there is a few things on buffet to nibble on. Shashuka was delicious. Rooms are not sound proof so be sure to ask for quiet room. Loved that I could get a late check-out with no extra charge. Good location but the area on the streets are a dodgy with many unsavoury characters around the Frankfurt Hbf. All in, enjoyable.

From the time you walk in to the hotel the staff are there to greet you with smiling faces and warm welcomes, accommodating to your slightest need. Sometimes they have events at the hotel which is great for meeting people and social gatherings, during my stay the experience couldn’t be nicer. The staff member that greeted me at the time is Anna, from helping us find food and a gym around the corner, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience !

It's been better. Booked a quiet room, got one right on the street. A commotion all night. No sleep. The room was showing its age. Shower fittings broken, toilet paper holder broken, and the shower wasn't clean. Pretty abysmal for the price.

Rooms were crisp, clean and excellent. Service was the usual friendly 25hours style; you feel home being here. I only have a concern for the route to get there from the railway station; the street is filled with homeless-looking people.

Perfect hotel, you have a service like we love with Accor. But the situation close the train station and the corner is terrible. Junky, prostitute, bordel, fights between homeless people. I didn't feel the danger or agresivity but it's maybe not safe if you come with childrens. For one night, business or vacation, using the hotel parking (with fees), it's OK.

I stayed at the 25hours for one night and deliberately chose this hotel because I've always loved the concept. However, for me, the most important thing in a hotel is sleep. I couldn't sleep because guests were sitting in the courtyard until late into the night, and their conversations were very loud in the rooms facing the courtyard. It practically echoed, even with the windows closed. Another issue is the rooms, which are far too dark. Design aside, I would have liked a bit more light, especially in the bathroom, so I could style myself. (No, my mirror didn't have a ring light #207). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the service was great. But if I can't sleep because it's so loud, then the free minibar doesn't make up for it. Too bad, I won't book this hotel again for my next stay. PS: Yes, the location is what it is; I think it's common knowledge what you can see and smell on the streets near the main train station.

Warm Hospitality in the Heart of the City Had a great stay at the 25hours Hotel Frankfurt! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Even though we were right in the downtown area, the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable at all times. A perfect mix of urban energy and a secure, friendly environment—would definitely return!

Great hotel! Check-in was super quick, everything was very clean and new. The structure is modern and comfortable. At night, the atmosphere is lively with parties on the weekend, but nothing that disturbed our rest – we were able to sleep perfectly well. One thing to be aware of is the surroundings: since it is very close to the stations, there is a visible presence of drug trafficking in the area. However, at no time did we feel threatened – no one bothers you, just be careful, like in any big city. I would like to highlight the impeccable service provided by the employee THEO. Even with the problems outside the hotel, he was tireless in helping us throughout our stay, always very attentive, polite and willing to resolve any situation. Theo's dedication is certainly one of the reasons why we intend to return to this hotel.

Great location fantastic quirky nostalgia design as expected in the room. The only comment I have is to have more shelves at the toilet basin and shower area to store personal toiletries. Also a hard pillow would be good instead of 2 soft pillows. The WiFi works very well. Lastly, wish there’s a block out curtain as my room was facing directly towards the sauna area at level 6. And to block the early morning sun in summer which sun rise is around 4:50am

A cool hotel with typical, high-quality 25hours style. The Trip is decorated in an urban Asian style. Super nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows, and a free minibar. Everything is perfect for a short trip. Plus, there's a fabulous restaurant in the basement with Levantine-style cuisine, also highly recommended. The surroundings are a bit rough, but it's close to Frankfurt train station. But the location is ideal. You can't have everything 😁✌️

Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the previous reviews. I made the mistake of not reading them beforehand. Live music until late into the night. Sleep was impossible, and no other rooms were available. The receptionist simply said, "I'm sorry, we understand." The rooms are functional and reasonably clean. But you can get more for the money elsewhere these days. A tip for management: Communicate such live events clearly online, and everything will be fine. But if things continue like this, you'll quickly notice it in the booking numbers. I'm fed up with you, to say the least.

It's a well-run hotel where I feel comfortable. The rooms are clean and functional. Minibar items are free. There's a restaurant. What's important to me is the convenient location between the train station and the exhibition center; both are within easy walking distance. I have to deduct a few points for the immediate proximity to the drug scene, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The location is terrible. Drug dealing is going on right outside. I could see this from my room. Furthermore, the service at breakfast was poor (no rolls, annoyed staff when I politely asked for something). I thought 25hours was always good – but no, I'll never go back to this one.

Perfect for my business stay in Frankfurt I stayed at the 25hours Hotel Frankfurt on Niddastraße for one night for business and was completely satisfied. I received a very friendly welcome upon check-in – special praise goes to Mr. Justin at the reception, who stood out for his courteous manner and professionalism. All my colleagues are also absolutely commendable, including Mr. Theo. The room was modern, comfortable, and absolutely clean – ideal for relaxing after a long day at work. The general cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent: a wide selection, everything fresh and delicious. Just the thing to start the day well. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for business travelers and will definitely return on my next stay in Frankfurt. We were very disappointed with our stay at the 25hours Hotel in Frankfurt. One of the main reasons for booking was the Afrocrowd Party advertised on the website, which was supposed to last until 4:00 a.m. We arrived at the hotel early, but deliberately planned to arrive around 9:00 p.m. Once we got there, we were completely surprised to learn that the event would end at 10:00 p.m. – we hadn't been informed of this beforehand. Particularly brazen: A security guard, who seemed anything but professional to us, suddenly demanded €20 entry per person – even though entry has always been free for hotel guests in previous years. So, for just 30 minutes of partying, we had to pay without anyone informing us in a timely manner that the party would end early. Check-in was also chaotic: Several rooms were swapped, and some of us were given rooms that were already occupied or completely wrong. This simply shouldn't happen in a hotel of this price range. The hotel itself is stylish and well located – but the organization, communication, and guest service completely disappointed us this time. What a shame.

The staff are friendly, the area is questionable (you can buy vaccinations on site), the rooms are spacious, the background noise is far too loud and on Saturdays there are disco parties with a lot of bass (bar shuka or something like that). There are enough dealers at the front of the parking lot. So you definitely won't sleep. The music runs until 4 a.m. and you have alcohol corpses in the courtyard until 6 a.m. The breakfast is a joke, the rolls can be used as a weapon for self-defense. Please book without breakfast, your money would be better spent elsewhere. Kind regards and never again

Rating for Urban sports club Services: Only a roof terrace, training structure and a sauna. Sauna open 4:30 p.m. - 11 p.m. It's very private here, which is nice. Water and tea available with cups. There are also towels. Mega friendly staff. Every now and then there is a fruit plate here. Sauna only opens from 4:30 p.m.

The furnishings are a mix of industrial chic, colorful details and authentic finds from all over the world. It doesn't feel like a classic hotel, but rather like a stylish temporary home. Room: My room was modern, clean and comfortably furnished. I particularly liked the high-quality materials, the well-thought-out lighting concept and the creative wall design. The bed was super comfortable, and the little extras like the free minibar, Bluetooth speakers and sustainable toiletries show that everything has really been thought of here. Service: The staff was consistently friendly, attentive and uncomplicated. No matter whether at check-in, in the restaurant or at the reception – you were warmly welcomed and immediately felt welcome. I would particularly like to emphasize the personal tone and the helpfulness with which questions and requests were addressed. Location: The hotel is centrally located in the train station district and is an ideal starting point for exploring Frankfurt. The city center, museums, the Main and many cool bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Despite the lively surroundings, the room was pleasantly quiet. Culinary delights & extras: The in-house restaurant Bar Shuka serves Israeli-inspired soul food – absolutely delicious and definitely worth a visit. The breakfast buffet was also rich, fresh and designed with great attention to detail. A special highlight for me was the sauna with a view over the city - perfect for switching off after an eventful day. The hotel is great! Very nice rooms, fancy, very friendly staff, the food is also super tasty, I'm thrilled! 10 stars from me!!! It's also practical that it's only a 4-minute walk from the train station. We recently stayed at this hotel. Anna greeted us warmly at reception and showed us our room. It was pleasant and clean. But first things first: you certainly won't be able to sleep here! This is the bonus hinted at in the hotel's name: not just 24 hours without sleep, but 25! Now that's innovative! Unfortunately, Anna didn't inform us that the management is using every opportunity to squeeze as much money out of the property as possible, and therefore operates an open-air disco in the hotel courtyard from 10 p.m. onwards. It opens its "doors" around 10 p.m., and despite earplugs and closed, modern, but apparently not soundproof windows of questionable manufacture, there was no escape: Just before dozing off, which in certain cases might still be possible (you must have at least 4-5 beers or something similar), the music was repeatedly turned up briefly as a reminder that you will NOT be allowed to sleep here! After I visited the reception around 1:30 a.m., Anna was unfortunately no longer there, the equally friendly colleague was understanding of our situation and gave us another room. When I asked how long the disco in the courtyard was open, I was grudgingly told that it went on until at least 3:30 a.m. or 3:30 a.m. The next employee in the morning had no knowledge of any of this, and therefore there was no discount or anything similar. So: if you'd like to have a completely different experience and spend money on a sleepless stay, go ahead, the management would be delighted :-) NOTE: Many thanks to the manager for the friendly feedback! However, as you can read in other reviews, the loud disco in the courtyard hasn't just been going on since our visit (with sometimes questionable excuses: "This is a lifestyle hotel..." and similar nonsense), so unfortunately, I don't think I would want to stay there again, because I want to stay in a hotel (which usually means sleeping). It's a real shame, because the location was good and the amenities were very nice! Best regards.

We got a room on the 5th floor that was quite located. We didn't notice anything about the party on the ground floor. The windows are extremely well insulated. It was very clean and we would like to come back. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm as stated. Everything went smoothly, even with the parking space in the backyard. The Bahnhofsviertel is not the model district of Frankfurt, but that was known. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel seem to be very popular. Next time we will save energy so we can linger in the bar.

The Bahnhofsviertel is pretty rough. But you know that when you book.

Original design, great experience, friendly staff. Clean. The neighborhood is a bit scary, but not an issue at normal hours.

A close 5 out of 5. Great staff, refreshingly relaxed. The mini bar in the room was included. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom with a shower without curtains was ok, but took some getting used to. The breakfast was great in terms of the food, but the service was sometimes abysmal: everything from lack of interest to indifference was there (this only applies to the service at the table or at the portafilter machine - top man in the kitchen (only he was interested)). You can park in the courtyard for under €20. I would come back.

A really nice hotel, thank you for the delicious breakfast. What's not so nice is that drugs are consumed right next to the hotel, which in my opinion is definitely not a good environment for children or families. I was traveling alone at this time.

The hotel has a Young vibe. The bar is pretty famous. The train station nearby entrance is full of passed out smelly people which you can ignore.

Don't take a room on the street. I stayed 3 nights, impossible to sleep lots of noise, a bar is next door and people scream in the street all night, probably because of the alcohol. It's a shame because the rooms are fun and the decor is great. but really expensive for no sleep Catastrophic!

Very nice hotel except that you can’t get a goodnight sleep. the rooms have a really nice and special design. Very clean and the staff is nice but the fact that there is a club in the courtyard makes it impossible to sleep. Me and my colleagues all had a terrible experience, same for other people who slept here last year. This is a big problem that kind of cancels all of the other pros of the hotel. The area in which the hotel is isn’t the greatest, near the railway station. Doesn’t feel safe when walking back in the evening

Very close to the train station, the environment is big city. Excellent service at check-in and cool, aesthetic design of the rooms.

4,5 stars to be exact. Like the other 25 hours hotels in the chain, The Trip is unmistakable in its quirky style and unexpected amenities. The former visually spices up an otherwise boring business stay and the latter, like the rooftop sauna with view of the skyscrapers, the amazing pillows, the schindelhauer bikes and the free minibar content are endearing extra points. The location within the walking distance of the Central Train Station is both a boon and a bane. During my previous stays the friendliness of their service had been a little underwhelming, but after giving my feedback to the GM I saw a remarkable improvement, which is truly admirable.

A very nice hotel with really stylish furnishings (rotary telephone) and nice, helpful staff. The location is a bit critical but central. In the middle of Frankfurt's train station district, the situation on the streets around the hotel is sometimes unpleasant. Otherwise I like being in the hotel. Top

Unfortunately it was extremely loud due to the bar in the courtyard. The location is also so-so due to the crowd around the Frankfurt train station... security in front of the door in the evening would be better...

Centrally located. Beautiful rooms in 25hours style, individually furnished, nice, relaxed atmosphere, attentive but unobtrusive staff. The small roof-top sauna helps you get warm in winter.

This is a good hotel conveniently located at the heart of Frankfurt. Rooms were clean with good design, there are complimentary drinks in the fridge and the whole place has a very nice vibe to it. Breakfast was also very good with awesome, thick french toast. Few downsides: the area is super sketchy with open drug use around the hotel and I would not travel there with kids. Also somebody was plying loud Italian music throughout the night was was somewhat annoying and somewhat funny as the song of choice was “volare” 😆. Overall I think I will visit again especially since the value for money was amazing there. Safe travels !

It's hard to think about sleeping at night, because on weekends the bass from a nearby club booms up to the 6th floor. At the reception I was informed by an unfriendly lady that The Trip was a lifestyle hotel for partying and not a hotel for sleeping. Well then. The room carpet was stained and so was the bedding under the cover. The suggestion to provide hygiene bags in the toilet was also arrogantly dismissed, saying such a thing was unusual. No, it's not, you can even get them on the train. After several enjoyable stays, this was my last at this hotel. Anyone who treats their guests like this has no need for guests.
