25hours Hotel Frankfurt The Trip in Frankfurt am Main

We recently stayed at this hotel. Anna greeted us warmly at reception and showed us our room. It was pleasant and clean. But first things first: you certainly won't be able to sleep here! This is the bonus hinted at in the hotel's name: not just 24 hours without sleep, but 25! Now that's innovative! Unfortunately, Anna didn't inform us that the management is using every opportunity to squeeze as much money out of the property as possible, and therefore operates an open-air disco in the hotel courtyard from 10 p.m. onwards. It opens its "doors" around 10 p.m., and despite earplugs and closed, modern, but apparently not soundproof windows of questionable manufacture, there was no escape: Just before dozing off, which in certain cases might still be possible (you must have at least 4-5 beers or something similar), the music was repeatedly turned up briefly as a reminder that you will NOT be allowed to sleep here! After I visited the reception around 1:30 a.m., Anna was unfortunately no longer there, the equally friendly colleague was understanding of our situation and gave us another room. When I asked how long the disco in the courtyard was open, I was grudgingly told that it went on until at least 3:30 a.m. or 3:30 a.m. The next employee in the morning had no knowledge of any of this, and therefore there was no discount or anything similar. So: if you'd like to have a completely different experience and spend money on a sleepless stay, go ahead, the management would be delighted :-) NOTE: Many thanks to the manager for the friendly feedback! However, as you can read in other reviews, the loud disco in the courtyard hasn't just been going on since our visit (with sometimes questionable excuses: "This is a lifestyle hotel..." and similar nonsense), so unfortunately, I don't think I would want to stay there again, because I want to stay in a hotel (which usually means sleeping). It's a real shame, because the location was good and the amenities were very nice! Best regards.

The hotel itself was stylishly furnished and clean. Some of the staff were listless and disinterested. You don't feel welcome. Unfortunately the situation is terrible. It is particularly dangerous in the evening in front of the door. Because there are a lot of drug addicts hanging around and consuming here. I personally won't come back.

Cool mix of hostel and hotel. Very stylish

We got a room on the 5th floor that was quite located. We didn't notice anything about the party on the ground floor. The windows are extremely well insulated. It was very clean and we would like to come back. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm as stated. Everything went smoothly, even with the parking space in the backyard. The Bahnhofsviertel is not the model district of Frankfurt, but that was known. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel seem to be very popular. Next time we will save energy so we can linger in the bar.

Hotel top. Room clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is just in the train station district... anyone who looks out the window in the evening will definitely be entertained.

I really enjoy being at 25 Hours! Sure, the train station district isn't particularly nice, especially in the evening, but the people don't do anything to harm you either. Receptionists are always very friendly and extremely competent! Rooms are very nice. Pillows are very comfortable. Free bar which is really nice. Breakfast a bit overpriced. I always like to come back!

The Bahnhofsviertel is pretty rough. But you know that when you book.

Original design, great experience, friendly staff. Clean. The neighborhood is a bit scary, but not an issue at normal hours.

A close 5 out of 5. Great staff, refreshingly relaxed. The mini bar in the room was included. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom with a shower without curtains was ok, but took some getting used to. The breakfast was great in terms of the food, but the service was sometimes abysmal: everything from lack of interest to indifference was there (this only applies to the service at the table or at the portafilter machine - top man in the kitchen (only he was interested)). You can park in the courtyard for under €20. I would come back.

A really nice hotel, thank you for the delicious breakfast. What's not so nice is that drugs are consumed right next to the hotel, which in my opinion is definitely not a good environment for children or families. I was traveling alone at this time.

The hotel has a Young vibe. The bar is pretty famous. The train station nearby entrance is full of passed out smelly people which you can ignore.

Don't take a room on the street. I stayed 3 nights, impossible to sleep lots of noise, a bar is next door and people scream in the street all night, probably because of the alcohol. It's a shame because the rooms are fun and the decor is great. but really expensive for no sleep Catastrophic!

Very nice hotel except that you can’t get a goodnight sleep. the rooms have a really nice and special design. Very clean and the staff is nice but the fact that there is a club in the courtyard makes it impossible to sleep. Me and my colleagues all had a terrible experience, same for other people who slept here last year. This is a big problem that kind of cancels all of the other pros of the hotel. The area in which the hotel is isn’t the greatest, near the railway station. Doesn’t feel safe when walking back in the evening

Very close to the train station, the environment is big city. Excellent service at check-in and cool, aesthetic design of the rooms.

4,5 stars to be exact. Like the other 25 hours hotels in the chain, The Trip is unmistakable in its quirky style and unexpected amenities. The former visually spices up an otherwise boring business stay and the latter, like the rooftop sauna with view of the skyscrapers, the amazing pillows, the schindelhauer bikes and the free minibar content are endearing extra points. The location within the walking distance of the Central Train Station is both a boon and a bane. During my previous stays the friendliness of their service had been a little underwhelming, but after giving my feedback to the GM I saw a remarkable improvement, which is truly admirable.

Unfortunately it was extremely loud due to the bar in the courtyard. The location is also so-so due to the crowd around the Frankfurt train station... security in front of the door in the evening would be better...

Centrally located. Beautiful rooms in 25hours style, individually furnished, nice, relaxed atmosphere, attentive but unobtrusive staff. The small roof-top sauna helps you get warm in winter.

This is a good hotel conveniently located at the heart of Frankfurt. Rooms were clean with good design, there are complimentary drinks in the fridge and the whole place has a very nice vibe to it. Breakfast was also very good with awesome, thick french toast. Few downsides: the area is super sketchy with open drug use around the hotel and I would not travel there with kids. Also somebody was plying loud Italian music throughout the night was was somewhat annoying and somewhat funny as the song of choice was “volare” 😆. Overall I think I will visit again especially since the value for money was amazing there. Safe travels !

It's hard to think about sleeping at night, because on weekends the bass from a nearby club booms up to the 6th floor. At the reception I was informed by an unfriendly lady that The Trip was a lifestyle hotel for partying and not a hotel for sleeping. Well then. The room carpet was stained and so was the bedding under the cover. The suggestion to provide hygiene bags in the toilet was also arrogantly dismissed, saying such a thing was unusual. No, it's not, you can even get them on the train. After several enjoyable stays, this was my last at this hotel. Anyone who treats their guests like this has no need for guests.

This is the second time I have stayed in one of the 25 Hours Hotels, the first time in Paris. This time for a meeting in which around 12 people took part and we had booked a meeting room plus meals Positive was: The rooms are also great in this hotel, with the usual concept for the chain. The lunchtime food was also good. Unfortunately, that's about it for the positive points. Negative was: - Impossible reception: I felt like a felon when I was asked in a harsh tone during check-in for my private address details and photo ID - In general, the female employees were rude and disinterested and did their jobs without enthusiasm. The male employees, on the other hand, were without exception friendly - The service at breakfast was a disaster. The service was unfriendly and the selection was poor. There were several of us sitting at a table and when people joined us, the waitress was probably too embarrassed to clear the table before taking the next order. Therefore hardly any space to eat. - The meeting room was uncomfortably cold and only became warmer after repeated inquiries. It felt like we were sitting in a cold, unheated room for several hours - The hotel is also very poorly located, in a dark side street with unpleasant figures all around, the smell of drugs and people consuming them a few meters further from the hotel. Even more unpleasant in the evening. Don't come back if you don't have to

I had the pleasure of staying at the 25hours Hotel The Trip, in the heart of Frankfurt, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A special shoutout to the reception team: Anna, Savio, Catinca and Simon – they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made my stay even more memorable. The hotel’s restaurant served absolutely delicious food. Each meal was a treat, and I could tell that a lot of care went into preparing the dishes. The staff there was equally exceptional, making each dining experience a pleasure. And I must say, the bar was a highlight! I had so much fun there, enjoying great drinks and a lively atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. A huge thank you to the entire team at The Trip, you truly made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. However, we had a very bad experience in having the breakfast. We sat down and waited for around 20 minutes, but no one served and took the order, though we had asked the waitress that we were ready to take the order. We understood she was busy to handle all other tables, I felt that we were ignored until she served other tables who arrived after us. We left without eating anything(which was prepaid in room charge), we dont want o wait for next 20 or 30 minutes. We stayed in different 25 hours hotels previously, we like the brand, however, this experience made us not to consider to stay again, plus the location is scaring with lots of drug taker, which make us feel unsafe.

Very central location, right in the train station district. Lots of drug addicts, but they don't bother you. If you are more anxious, you will probably feel uncomfortable. However, we didn't have any problems. Check-in and check-out are extremely quick and friendly. Room was very quiet and spacious.

The hotel itself is very chic and clean, but on weekends there seems to be a club/disco in the basement. If you get a room facing the inner courtyard, you will be confronted with loud (people) noise until around 5 in the morning. 😞 And the side streets are full of bizarre characters.

A nice art hotel that's reasonably priced with really friendly staff. Close to the Hauptbahnhof which was very convenient but the area is not nice. The surround streets are full of drug addicts and homeless people. The streets and footpaths were littered with broken glass. It might feel intimidating for some although at no stage did I feel unsafe. There's a night club next door or nearby - the base was thumping until 5am on Sunday morning.

Kind of a funny hotel - after the Christmas market you can go to the sauna... it stays open until 11 p.m. - perfect.

Nice hotel with nice furnishings. Great hotel lobby and nicely furnished rooms. Minibar with a few drinks is included. The beds are very comfortable, large windows, bathroom is a bit dark. The shower is large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! However, on Sunday on the day of check-out from 11 a.m. there were frequent knocks on the door (the cleaning staff). If check-out is 12pm, I find that a bit strange. The location is very good in terms of connections. The street is right in the middle of the Bahnhofsviertel - with everything that goes with it (I think I don't need to elaborate) This also means that on weekends it is rather noisy on the street at night.

The hotel room is very nice and I love the special breakfast. Unfortunately, the situation in Niddastr is rather unpleasant, especially as soon as it gets dark.

Enjoyed a nice stay here at 25hours cosy place with all the amenities you would need including rooftop sauna and chill out area. Restaurant next door is good with many options. Room was clean and spacious. Very close to HBF station, area is a little seedy but didn’t feel that hindered the hotel.

You can tell the hotel has put a lot of effort in trying to make it better, but it's the fundamentals that can not be changed, such as the location is right next to the junkies hotspot. Overall, it's okay for the price.

My expectations weren't that high. I know there are junkies in the streets around the place. The checkin was cold and quick. You will have to make a deposit of 75 euro. There are some drinks and nuts in the fridge, they are free. The room was extremely dusty. I can't remember a hotelroom that dirty. The piece of rubber boat above my bed had a very thick layer of dust, so I put a wet towel over it. Doors are not cleaned, showerhead is not fixed and sprays towards the ceiling. Shelves aren't cleaned in months and the vents are filled with dust. When checking out, no one will ask you how your stay was. The breakfast was nice. All staff seemed to dislike their job. From the smokey bar, the reception and breakfast. No one enjoyes their day and a smile is far away to be expected. It's all quick and go.

So first of all: I like the 25h Hotel I know Düsseldorf, Cologne, Hamburg. That's why I decided to come here... and yes, I know Niddastrasse. The staff is friendly, design is cool and modern, rooms are chic BUT: we had a room facing the inner courtyard. The bar below is open until 3am! And the smokers are in the courtyard, which was extremely loud! At 12:50 a.m. we couldn't take it anymore and were allowed to move to another room towards Niddastr. Well thought but poorly done! The bass from a club around the corner can be heard day and night! Even at 9am when we checked out, the club was open and the music was still on. So, nothing for sensitive sleepers or I forgot earplugs. It's a shame ☹️ but never again.

December 2023: Rating for Urban sports club Services: Only a roof terrace, training structure and a sauna. Sauna open 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. It's very private here, which is nice. Water and tea available, but no cups. There are also towels. Mega friendly staff. October 2024: Small update. Shower is clogged. Every now and then there is a fruit plate here.

I should have listened to the reviews. It's a very nice hotel, but you can hear the music from the club next door all night long until the early hours of the morning and the windows have zero soundproofing, so you can also hear every noise from the street. Unfortunately I wouldn't book it again for these reasons.

Arrogant people at the reception who insult you.

A really nice, hip hotel, very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating in every area. You almost forget where you are. But only almost :-) As soon as you step outside the hotel, the mood becomes depressing and everything looks very unclean (to put it that way). I've lived in big cities myself and traveled a lot, but if I were a hotel owner I would either have chosen a different location (although being close to the train station is great) or I would make sure that the area was a bit hipper (that's also possible other cities)

Overall I liked the hotel. It is super centrally located and can be easily reached on foot from the main station. The breakfast was very tasty. The service staff was always very friendly. The hotel's furnishings look great. However, the room we booked was very dark. But clean. On Saturday night it was very loud in the bar (in the hotel). Despite the windows being closed. Until the early morning hours.

The hotel is absolutely understaffed with staff. Long waiting times at check-in and at breakfast. It also seems relatively inefficient, but I can't judge that. There are also club beats until 6 a.m., cold water in the shower and plenty of drug dealers in front of the door. A lot of experience for 170 euros/night.

I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews regarding the noise. I asked for a ‘quiet’ room as I am a light sleeper and I got the perfect room. The room was specious and decorated with a lot of love and care and some nice original touches. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The lobby has cosy seats and a small coffee place. The only downside of the hotel might be the area. Yes, its very close to the train station, but the streets are also filled with groups of drug addicts and pornshops/brothels. I travelled with a male friend but I can imagine travelling alone this might be a little uncomfortable, which is unfortunate because the hotel is a gem and worth a five star review for sure!

The service and cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The employees are very friendly. The breakfast is varied. In addition to the buffet, you can have food prepared fresh. For example sandwiches. The hotel's location right next to the main train station is very convenient for train travelers, but this area of ​​the city is not recommended after dark.

As beautiful as this hotel is, I can't recommend it for two reasons. Primarily, it was extremely noisy late at night with loud parties in the courtyard. The main thing I need at a hotel is a comfortable sleep, but the hotel did not enforce any noise control in its own courtyard where all hotel room windows are facing. They should allow loud groups on the roof only. This is in their control. The other reason is out of their control - the area outside the hotel is very sketchy. Drugged out homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk. Sketchy people standing around in the shadows. Bad place to be for families and solo travelers. The hotel itself is gorgeous. I loved the room, the styling, and character of the hotel. The staff were very nice. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak on it. So, it's fine if you're there to party loudly all night and if you don't mind being in a dangerous part of town.

Actually a great hotel, unfortunately you can't sleep there. The windows offer no sound insulation and if a bunch of insufficiently socialized guests decide to party all night in the courtyard, no one can stop it. Cool is cool but a hotel where you can't sleep is useless. It's now just before three in the morning, the reception is unmanned and I would have to call the police to get some sleep here.

The hotel itself is lovely & the staff were friendly and accommodating. The main flaw is all about the location of where the 25 hours hotel finds itself -- I cannot describe how dangerous it feels on the street just outside the front door of the hotel. When you are inside it is safe, once you get outside there are drug dealers, junkies and people being intimidating and aggressive everywhere. I didn't feel safe to walk anywhere when at 25 hours so had to opt for Ubers - although not the hotels fault this greatly increases how much you are spending in the area & the hotel itself was not cheap to stay at. I didn't see a single police person in that area within the 2 days I was there -- hope the hotel can work with local authorities to get this area cleaned up more as it is very frightening for tourists. Thanks to the hotel staff again for the warm welcome when I arrived late at night.

Rooms are modern and stylish. Service is good and the team is polite, location is very central and very close to Taxis, central train station and city centre.

The hotel concept and execution is fantastic. Great staff, well done themes. Location around train station is questionable.......maybe if I were younger, I would think differently. Might try another of their properties in the future.

Gorgeous, progressive, quirky hotel. Super friendly staff. Extremely comfortable room. Just be aware it is in the vicinity of the hbf and it can feel a little unsafe and dirty in the surrounding streets.

Located close to the main train station, full of adicts, dealers, a true shock when you arrive for the 1st time, people smoking crack, shooting heroine and 2 clínics for them in the same área. I guess that is why they called it "the Tryp'. The hotel is like an oasis once you enter though. The restaurant, run by another company, a true disaster.

We recently visited the 25hours Hotel in Frankfurt again and, as with our previous stays, we were thrilled again. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable - just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, which makes it particularly convenient. The hotel itself impresses with its unique and stylish design. The furnishings are modern, but also unusual and very individually designed, which gives the whole house a special atmosphere. We would particularly like to highlight the beautiful inner courtyard, which is decorated with smiling portraits on the walls - a real eye-catcher that invites you to linger. The rooms are very well equipped and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed by the comfortable bed and the walk-in shower in the stylish bathroom. The price-performance ratio is really good here. Another highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is of very high quality. The dishes are not only delicious, but also lovingly prepared. You can choose between à la carte dishes and the buffet, which provides additional variety. Overall, our stay was once again a complete success and we can only warmly recommend the 25hours Hotel in Frankfurt. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Greatly designed hotel with lots of clever details. Loveliest staff in the world. Everything was uncomplicated. The bike rental was great. We had a great weekend.

A huge thank you to Catinca for her welcome and kindness. We had an excellent stay, great decor, top bedding and attentive staff. The neighborhood is still a little warm 🥵 but without aggressiveness and central. I recommend !

Brilliant in every way. Staff were friendly, room was extremely comfortable, decor superb and a smashing rooftop bar with a great DJ.

Loved the 25hours Frankfurt. Cool rooms. Warm feel to it. Super helpful and kind staff, the free mini bar is a great plus after a long day of travel . Oh and the speaker for music. Great idea. Small details that counts. The only downside is the loads and loads of homeless people just laying around outside the hotel. But it's mostly visually unpleasant. They don't approach or talk to you. Just walk in and out from the main street and not the side streets and you're good to go.

I spontaneously arrived at the hotel very late and the reception from the “night manager” around midnight was incredibly friendly, flexible and accommodating. This friendly service continued throughout the entire stay and was even exceeded by the two cheerful and friendly receptionists, Celia and Karyna, when we left the hotel. They took care of the guest, dog and formalities in a courteous manner at the same time, so that this was the most pleasant check-out I have ever experienced. As soon as you enter the hotel, you find yourself in an oasis and another world that immediately makes you forget the hotel's central location in the train station district.

Really enjoyed the hotel. The street outside can be a little dodgy late at night, but will definitely stay here again when I’m next in Frankfurt.

I will never enter this hotel again. I have never been treated like this as a guest. Service is completely bottomless. I'm being bullied at checkout as to why I'm parking in the company parking lot. There is a barrier there and the employee the day before let me in. That doesn't work at all.

For the second time in a 25h hotel. It's not just the price-performance ratio that's right. The employees are friendly, attentive and uncomplicated. The hotel is unconventionally decorated. It has many corners to relax in, including an attractive roof terrace. The restaurant, which also serves a sensational breakfast, is also worth a visit for non-hotel guests. Israeli specialties are served. The location is unattractive at the moment because Frankfurt's drug scene has established itself directly around the hotel. In the hotel itself you feel comfortable and safe. But leaving or coming back is at least unpleasant. It only takes 4 minutes to get to the main train station, The hotel is worth checking out and visiting.

No sleep possible. One condition for a hotel is that people who book a room there sleep there. This hotel (room 114) does not meet this requirement. So if you want to sleep on a subwoofer, I recommend “The Trip” in Frankfurt. Now to the rest. The hotel is located in the train station district. You will therefore have very close contact with many drug addicts. The hotel is colorfully decorated. We had booked a large room. Apparently it was clean too. But we found a jar of lip balm from our predecessor under the curtains. After the club closed at 6:00 in the morning, we slept until 8:00 and went to breakfast. The lady at the breakfast reception was aware of the problem. The poor one always has to act as a breakwater. Sorry for that. Strangely enough, the reception didn't know about the problem😉. We missed breakfast. Therefore I can't write anything about it. For us, a 25hours hotel will never be an option again.

The situation is a catastrophe. You come out the door and immediately find yourself among the junkies. The drain in our room was blocked, the air conditioning only worked sporadically, switching off every two hours. As we found out, breakfast is an external provider and the employees prefer fiddling around on their cell phones rather than serving the guests - unbelievable! We've stayed in a few 25hours hotels and this is by far the worst.

I loved this hotel, the rooms/staff/style/price. Like it is not very often that I stay in a hotel in Germany that I really really like. The only problem was the neighborhood. People getting arrested with knives almost right in front of the door, people with crack pipes following me in the street. It is not safe after dark to leave the hotel. In the morning it was not really much better. I know the staff can not do anything about the location but I have to give less stars. In a different location, I would have given five stars.

The rooms smell musty! Reason: There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, how did you come up with such a nonsensical idea, very unprofessional.

Super centrally located hotel - ideal for business trips. The hotel certainly can't do anything about the condition of Frankfurt's train station district... On weekends we recommend a room upgrade for a little more peace and quiet. Very special thanks to Karyna, the super friendly and warm host, who helped us a lot and probably saved the trip. A very unique hotel. Being close to the central train station is a great advantage. The free mini bar is a small but distinctive detail, and the idea of ​​a bag that you can use during your stay is also nice.

The hotel offers rooms that are unfortunately quite dark and very noisy. I found the loud music from the lobby in the morning disturbing. I stayed here on my business trip to Frankfurt. The hotel is definitely different from the other hotels. But people were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Minibar was great and so was the roof terrace. I also arrived quickly from the train station. I'd love to come back.

The 25hours Hotel Frankfurt is a stylish hotel. It is located between Frankfurt Central Station and the city. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are divided according to different continents and designed accordingly. Everything is not brand new, but still good. The windows are well insulated and keep out the ambient noise of the big city. On the roof there is a terrace with a sauna. The minibar is well stocked in every room and is included in the room price. I particularly like the breakfast in the Israeli restaurant on the ground floor - in addition to the buffet, there is à la carte and you are served at your seat. Employees are very friendly and relaxed. The only drawback is the location in the train station district with a lot of misery and unpleasant sights - but if you can ignore that, the hotel is great. I usually stay here when I'm in Frankfurt.

Very nice cozy rooms. Person at reception very nice and helpful. The highlight is clearly the sauna on the roof. Location is very central, yet quiet at night. When you leave the hotel you have to go through the train station district, which of course isn't very attractive. But that doesn't pose a problem either.

Very nicely decorated hotel, the whole thing is very well thought out. You can eat well here and also get delicious cocktails. Very nice for an overnight stay in Frankfurt.

Worst experience ever. Very depressing style/decoration (interior, exterior & facade). The staff members i met were all weirdos, no identity, no dna, the neighborhood is a total disaster.

I had a great time at this place. The music and DJ were fantastic, and the staff was friendly. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The only downside was that two toilets were out of order, but it didn't affect my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun and affordable night out.

The hotel looks quite stunning in most parts. It's maximalist, retro decor is distinctive and very welcoming. The video shorts playing behind the front desk, great idea. Provocative and bold. The staff all worked hard this was clear. To me they looked like they were stressed. Some of their responses reflected this. My room... Great bed but the room lacked some comfort in its design. Just a bit short on basic TLC. The loo roll holder was falling off, carpet felt pretty tough and bare. Clearly style is prioritised here but is comfort then sacrificed? I don't think the price is fully justified currently. The area..yup. a lot said about this, its a full on awful wreck but do your research before coming! Its not the fault of the hotel. Its gotten worse over recent years. Why the city allows this in such a lucrative area is a mystery.

I spent one night at the 25hours hotel. It was my first but also probably last visit to this hotel. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out went smoothly. Unfortunately, on my floor some people made excessive use of the speaker box provided in each room to start their party night in the hotel. After returning home around 3am they continued shouting and making noise. I wonder why the rooms are not built in a better way to cancel some noise for the rooms next door. I visited the roof top terrace. The sauna seemed nice and cozy. The breakfast was menu based where you could order one dish per category. It was an interesting experience, but I prefer a breakfast buffet with a la carte add-ons. The location is close to the main station but with lots of homeless and drug using people in the streets around.

The hotel is great... staff friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious and sometimes very unusual, rooms clean and well equipped, sauna and restaurant, quiet, simply a dream and for us as trade fair people it's a 10 minute walk away. The only minus is the proximity to the train station, so you have to be prepared for the streets to be very big to the hotel idyll... but I never felt in danger, rather surprised

We lost our car keys in the courtyard and were pretty lost as a result. Dear Catinca tried very hard and in the end the key was found and we were able to drive back to Switzerland. This was during the strikes in Germany. The hotel is great, a bit like mama shelter, fun and young. The staff was extra friendly. Location is just 10 minutes walk to the congress center and 5 minutes from central station. The only downside would be the surroundings, I did not feel very safe and confident waking in the evening.

Chices Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Das ist auch schon das größte Manko. Die Zimmer sind individuell und kreativ eingerichtet. Pfiffige Gimmicks wie ein Wählscheiben-Telefon oder eine Tasche, die man während seines Aufenthaltes nutzen kann, sind außergewöhnlich und ein nettes USP im Hotel Jungle. die Konferenzräume waren für unsere Begriffe zu dunkel und zu unruhig in der Einrichtung. Highlight ist das angeschlossene Restaurant: israelische Küche vom Feinsten. => Empfehlung! 👍

The distinctive and immersive design is exceptional, making the stay a delightful experience. Even the most minor aspects of the hotel experience are handled with an exceptional level of care and quality, with housekeeping being particularly impeccable. However, it's worth noting that the charm and excellence of the hotel do not quite extend to the surrounding neighborhood.

Pourtant situé dans un quartier pour le moins chaud, cet hotel est génial: des chambres originales, confortables, une literie parfaite, le sauna sur le toit ouvert à tous les voyageurs et gratuit juste parfait. Les fenêtre étant bien insonorisées, on entend peu le bruit extérieur. Et Karyna et Catanya les deux personnes à l'accueil sont merveilleuses. Bravo et merci

Terrible experience. 370 euros per night and: no room service. U have to go down and take the food. One plate with chicken and potato's without drinks without bread 27 euros! On Sunday the restaurant is closed!! Air conditioned only cool, not heat. It was warmer the corredor than the room! No wake up call. The shower less than 1 Sq meter. Really small. Very low pressure water. The location is terrible. All rounded by drug dealers, homeless, drunk people. Very scary. Really a fraud.
