24/7 Pizza italian style (Imbissautomat) in Lichtenfels

I was there with friends. Two of my friends' food arrived immediately, or rather within an acceptable time. For the other friend, it took ages because an employee wanted to prepare the meal personally and it took ages. When it finally arrived, he said, "Don't take it personally." This employee cannot separate personal from professional matters. It should be mentioned that this employee also served new customers before my friend and neglected her. This behavior has happened several times, and I can also say that on previous visits, the behavior towards me was very rude and at times offensive. After the food finally arrived, we immediately packed up our things and left because we found this behavior unacceptable. I'm not sure if this person is suitable for customer contact. The current situation was on April 13, 2025, from 12:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

I'm very satisfied. The deliveries always arrive on time, if not earlier. The manager and the staff are very friendly and approachable. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is always excellent. I'll definitely be coming here again. Definitely worth recommending.

On December 28th, 2024, ordered pizza and salad for €100. To deliver. The journey is about 6km. When I ordered it was said it would take about half an hour. After 2 hours and 3 calls, the food finally came. Pizza partly burnt. The guy on the phone was rude. Would have expected at least a bottle of wine as compensation. There was nothing. My visitor was no longer hungry. Not the yellow one.

Wir waren zu einer Familienfeier mit ca. 25 Personen (70. Geburtstag) da und das war wohl zu viel für diese Gaststätte. Die Servicekraft hatte "keinen Bock mehr" uns zu bedienen und ist abgehauen. Der Chef, der genauso überfordert war, musste übernehmen und hat nach kurzer Zeit ebenfalls "keinen Bock" mehr - wie ist es sonst zu verstehen, dass er entrüstet darüber ist, dass man etwas bestellen will? ("Echt jetzt" - sein Kommentar zur Bestellung). Auf die Frage, ob er denn keine Geburtstagsfeier mehr haben will, antwortete er "nie wieder" (obwohl ihm diese Feier rund € 800,00 einbrachte und sonst nur 2 Gäste im Gastraum saßen). Die Frage, ob wir den jetzt lieber nach Hause gehen sollten, beantwortete er mit einen klaren "JA". Das war der Rausschmiss für uns - dieser Wirt hat einfach seinen Beruf verfehlt!
