We booked a table for 4 people on December 31st, 2024 via Open Table on December 29th, 2024, received reservation confirmation and then received an email on December 30th asking us to confirm attendance. This has been done. Today on December 31st, 2024 at 5:05 p.m.!!!! the reservation is canceled for no reason and no one at Le Chateau can be reached at the telephone number provided. Only a voicemail box takes the call. We have never experienced anything so outrageous!!!!!
