Hello, just in advance: The sandwiches are solid and tasty. Very affordable with a coupon. I've heard a few stories about the boss. Now I could convince myself. With all due respect: The boss of this subway urgently needs to hold a seminar on employee management. Constantly attacking your employees so harshly live in front of the customers is a no go for me. An example: Telling the employee that there is also a portioner for the cream cheese is all well and good. But this piece of shit doesn't work (I've been wondering for years why Subway hasn't optimized it yet)! What else can the employee do other than take it bluntly out of the bucket with a knife and spread it on the bread if the ball doesn't want to come out of the portioner?! The next employee then had to fumble this ball of cream cheese out of the portioner with her hands... With gloves of course, but that's something else. In the next moment, careful attention is paid not to put too many tomato slices on top. I can absolutely understand that all sandwiches should be produced economically and as fairly as possible. But how much does the KG tomatoes cost... €2? 5-6 slices isn't even 1 whole tomato and there were two tubs full of tomato slices. I would be very interested to know how old vegetables and meat can be before they have to be thrown away and replaced. As many as there were left, such a company would certainly be interested in bringing its goods to the customer rather than throwing them in the bin. The atmosphere in the entire store was simply extremely unpleasant. How high is the fluctuation in this company? As a customer, the working atmosphere seems very toxic. There are some good restaurants in this city where you can earn extra money as an unskilled waitress. Maybe not with much better conditions but in a much healthier environment.
