The food is okay. Just like everywhere BUT... I had vouchers in my mail and wanted to redeem them, the employee rejected them: my boss said we wouldn't take part. Has anything like this ever happened at McDonnalds? Unimaginable.. very strange shop 🤡I drove away without buying anything.

They have their own stupid policy that only 2 sauces are allowed with a footlong, and i have to pay more for the 3rd sauce. However all other subways give 3. When I asked why is it so, the man replied rudely that its his Subway. No respect for customers. Thanks anyways.

In all seriousness, this footlong SubMelt in the “savings menu” costs over €17. In addition, there is no discount for students (unlike usual). I have rarely experienced such poor value for money. It is also difficult to understand the employees due to their lack of knowledge of German.
