It was great here 1 year ago! We are there every 2 months and it gets worse every time. The rooms are actually really nice, but what's the point when it's so cold that you freeze to the tabletop. And then they charge room rent even though 20 people have ordered food! We then waited 1.5 to 2.5 hours for this meal... That means we only ever got 3 or 4 meals and everyone ate at a different time. Because I was so hungry, I ate the Christmas decorations. 1 meal was forgotten again and there is no flexibility to take other wishes into account when ordering. At the very end it was said that cash payment EC was broken. Some then had to go to the bank! There is always a shortage of staff and the boss smiles away any criticism. I would like to believe that... 1x or 2x but as I said... Nothing works anymore. I'm afraid you'll be able to close soon. There was also a large company at a baptism... Eating for over 3 hours...
