Very good pub to drink beer and sit together. Cozy, rustic atmosphere. Nice landlady who takes care.

The beer garden is actually nice, but since the change of ownership the service and food have become subpar. Other guests' food is sometimes not cleared away for hours and ends up sitting around on the tables, and the service only brings some orders after repeated requests. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

Never had a meal as bad as this. The meat was so hard you could have broken a slice. Price very overpriced for a buffet. Carelessly done. Everyone didn't like the food. Only had three types of drinks, nothing for diabetics so you had to buy them from the kiosk over there. Sanitary facilities were ok. We won't be entering the restaurant again. Once and never again

It's cold, the Siegerland, Wittgenstein and Sauerland mountain trails are romantically covered in snow and then you come to a rustic, cozy and above all warm hut. There is a manageable number of hot and cold drinks to choose from, warm up, have a chat and move on. You don't need much more. Nodda, see you next time!

Been there for the second time for a special occasion. Very nice service, the local food was very tasty, the rooms have an old charm. Again and again!

I discovered the shop in 2019 when I was often waiting for the bus late in the evening after a language course. I moved to Saxony-Anhalt in 2020, and now every time I visit the family, I HAVE to stop by here. The Cigköfte wrap is incredibly tasty, the service is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Absolute recommendation!

We really liked the restaurant. We have been there several times and have always enjoyed the food. I can definitely recommend it. It's easy to get there and the service there is also good and friendly.🙂👍🏻

Actually a case for the public order office: no price lists, dubious menus, dingy, two dogs that run back and forth between the kitchen and the dining room all evening long. Overwhelmed service. The pizza we ordered tasted ok. But with the ulterior motive of allowing the dogs into the kitchen, the food got stuck in your throat. No recommendation !

Nice atmosphere and very quiet area.

We finally managed to visit the Höttchen yesterday (November 6th, 2024). We were very early and the first visitors, we were warmly greeted. The drinks were served quickly, unfortunately Pils is only available in a bottle and is ice cold. The food was very tasty, we had schnitzel (paprika or mushroom sauce) and the pepper sauce was made with fresh peppers. The ambience still has potential for improvement, 2 slot machines and some balloons decorate the room. The waitresses were wearing cardigans because the room wasn't heated. The beer doesn't get warm, but it's not much fun to stay there for long.

Price-performance ratio for the food is top. Whether on the phone, when picking up or when food was delivered, they were always friendly and responded to requests. In contrast to certain french fries shops or pizzarias here in Dülmen, Schmazz is simply really good. Even with the salad, where others only put 2-3 pieces of feta on it, they put a lot on it, especially the dressing is bomb. Of course everything isn't always perfect, it isn't anywhere, but you can look past it.

An evening with friends where everything was just right. Great ambience, good relaxed service and really delicious fish + chips. Juicy fish in crispy batter with crispy fries with homemade tartar sauce. Perfect 👌

Super nice service. The employee made a mistake when ordering and brought the wrong pizza to my table. I also agreed with this pizza and started eating it. Nevertheless, the correct pizza was prepared for me, even though I said I had no problem with it. I find something like that very accommodating.

There were six of us and the food was pretty good for three people. For three people everything is cold and the meat is tough. We returned two meals. Service was zero, our table was full of glasses and cups without being cleared away. Not even an apology.
