Tldr, I wish this place every success and will definitely go back next time I am in Hamburg. Japanese food with a twist, which personally I appreciated. Also, it's obvious looking at the website, so don't really understand the people who got surprised by that. Really good food. Started with the sandwich, about which I can only sing praises. Amazing, tho a bit hefty when ordered an entrée, like I did. The ramen was also really good, tho quite "calories rich" let's say, which made finishing it a bit of a struggle after the sandwich.
