I checked the order again with the employee over the phone to rule out any misunderstanding. When we got there there wasn't a single burger in the bag, the employee made two ChickenSchauwrma instead. I have no idea how that can happen. My parents fled to this country with us 37 years ago. They can at least speak the language well enough to get by on their own. With all understanding you should know the difference between burger and shawrma, no matter what language you speak. I can also not have a kebab on the menu and then make currywurst instead. From a factual point of view, everyone should know their own products and offers in detail. Nothing unusual in terms of taste, although the pizza dough was so thin that you had the feeling that the toppings were sticking to the cardboard box. I can only recommend that people there quickly learn the language and, above all, what they have to offer.
