We ordered a Pizza Napoletana and Gnocchi Pomodoro for €20. It took 45 minutes and the food was cold and tasteless. Very disappointing, we won't order here anymore!
A few days ago, we ate at this restaurant. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by a lady who greeted us warmly and escorted us directly to a free table, despite no reservation. The rest of the service was also consistently friendly and attentive. Particularly noteworthy was how patient the staff remained, even in an uncomfortable situation when a guest at the next table tried to provoke us with a €5 tip – as an observer, this was already very unpleasant.
The food was extremely tasty and left nothing to be desired.
However, the view into the kitchen upon leaving the restaurant – the door was open – was unfortunately very sobering. Of course, it's understandable that not everything can be spotless after a long day, but the condition of the stove and countertops seemed so unhygienic that I felt nauseous and the rest of the evening was filled with doubt. This shouldn't happen in a restaurant – just as you wouldn't want to see a messy operating room in a hospital.
Given the excellent food and friendly service, I would have liked to give it 5 stars. However, due to the unacceptable kitchen situation, I'm opting for 4 stars.
The Panora is the best Italian Restaurant in Grömitz.
It's close to the Beach and welcoming for Big and small.
Best things first. The View is astonishing, and the place is warm and welcoming. The food was great but nothing special for such a kind of Italian restaurant.
The Service was ok, a bit too hectic, and the chef was always nice, but maybe a bit too intrusive for the average German Visitor.
This wasn't the first time eating there, and I would visit this place again.
