1 point just because there are no 0 points. The young, mature, blonde lady who was today's service worker has completely missed out on her job. Rude, constantly interrupting words, losing sight of one another. Card payment is not possible and there is no indication of this. The lady's behavior was worse than in the GDR era, which I was able to experience in my childhood. "It doesn't say anywhere that you can pay by card" statement from her AFTER the meal. When we objected that it wasn't stated anywhere that it wasn't possible, there was only a sublime shrug of the shoulders. Ergo: withdraw cash with fees, €74.20 for 3x starter and 3x main course + 3 drinks: starter too little, main course only eaten half. To place guests: tables (6 + 7 empty since 1 p.m.), 1x 4-seater table empty since 1:15 p.m.: young people and couples are turned away with the reason that everything is full. (1x3er us + 1 reserved couple (Stammies) + 1x5er reserved (Stammies) occupied). At 1:40 p.m. 3 older gentlemen came without a reservation and were seated. Enough space, but at 1:45 p.m. a group of four in their mid-20s was turned away. Clearly a great dislike for foreigners AND young people. We also got raised, misty eyes when we sat down (I look younger than 45 and our son looks 17 instead of 13). Obviously there is value in more mature people without a sense of taste who come regularly. The older blonde waitress clearly has no idea about gastronomy, service and respectful behavior. Nor is it about treating other people of all ages with respect. The "lady" constantly interrupts the guests, constantly loses her eyes, constantly answers with an annoyed undertone, and changing the dishes is only possible with loud moans. When she asked how it tasted, I replied, "It worked like that." Which immediately resulted in a defensive stance where I then had to stop her. I don't care why convenience products or too much salt are used. I was asked and answered politely. Point. Deer soup + wild mushrooms: too salty, more meat than soup, soup tasted like diluted game sauce instead of soup. Counting mushrooms on one hand Tomato soup completely finished product (yes, you can taste it). Camembert: Deeply charred, breading burnt, barely cuttable, toast burnt. Chicken breast + chicken strips too dry, too fried, sauces salty, as well as the mushrooms.
