Very tasty food in beautiful surroundings, a very friendly waiter who served all by himself and still had a word for the guests

Unfortunately, the visit to the “Pause Schmaus” was not entirely convincing. The toilets were clean, which is a positive, and the service initially seemed relatively friendly. However, the ordering process was a bit unclear: we ordered at the counter, we were told that the colleague would be there shortly, but at the same time the order seemed to have already been taken somehow. That was a bit confusing. There were bigger problems with the burger. The meat was completely pink inside, which immediately raises questions about pork. When we asked, the first cook said that was correct because there were onions in the meat and it wouldn't get any darker. That sounded strange, and the second cook confirmed that it wasn't supposed to be that way. Nevertheless, the first cook came back and insisted that she was right - it almost seemed as if she wanted to be confrontational, which didn't make the situation any more pleasant. We ended up canceling the burger, which was a good thing. Instead, we ordered a meatball (probably the same one as in the burger) to take away. This was as we expected, without any large pink spots. In summary: Clean toilets and a hard-working team are positive, but dealing with criticism and the disagreement in the kitchen have greatly tarnished the overall impression. With more clarity and less discussion the visit could have been more pleasant
