Was there with his wife and small child. We ordered food with a starter and specifically said that it should be quick because our child was hungry. After 35 minutes I asked for the first time...no answer. Then I asked a man in the kitchen (maybe the cook) again "the food is coming soon" was the answer. 10 minutes later I asked again "the food will come immediately" was the new answer. After 5 minutes we complained (with a little more force because our child was really hungry), then we were told not to get upset. Since we continued to ask how long it would take, we were turned away from the restaurant without food. During the time we waited, at least one table (maybe two) left without eating. A larger group had ordered around 6:00 p.m. and were still waiting for the main course around 7:30 p.m. (according to their statement).

I was very happy with the hotel, the room was just standard, Came after 9:30 p.m I wanted to eat something, I was told that the kitchen had been closed since 9 p.m., but they made an exception because I had been driving for over 5 hours. I didn't want anything special, but I'm not a schnitzel and fries fan, but I ordered it, I have to say the schnitzel was big, I know a schnitzel smaller and it tasted good too. Great environment for hikers. I was happy with the breakfast, which included bacon and scrambled eggs.

This restaurant has a tradition in Bergen. Back then it was in another building, where you could also get a small square pizza on hand. I miss that a bit. Otherwise you can get decent pizza and pasta at reasonable prices here. Parking right in front of the door. The atmosphere with Italian music in the restaurant is also very pleasant. We like to eat here sometimes.
