Dear Kaisertemple team, After our visit on Christmas Day 2024, we would like to give you our feedback in this way because you did not respond to an email that had already been sent. All family members share the same opinion. Unfortunately, the evening did not live up to our expectations and hopes. Despite the festive season, a cozy and Christmassy atmosphere was missing. For example, your fireplace could have been burning on an evening like this. Instead, it was overall cool and the atmosphere was rather uncomfortable. The atmosphere (dining room and bar area) also seemed untidy and uninviting. For a restaurant like yours we would have expected more cosiness and a Christmas atmosphere. In our opinion, the Christmas menu was also absolutely not justified for the price asked. The portions were very small and disproportionate to the price. Sometimes the food was only served lukewarm, which many people disliked. We found the carbonated tap water served for just under 8 euros to be a disgrace. The condition of your toilet facilities combined with the unpleasant smells emphasized the overall negative impression of the evening. In many restaurants we visit, it is also common for you to be offered at least a small digestive as a friendly gesture when a larger menu or a special occasion occurs. We ate in your restaurant for over a thousand euros, but unfortunately we missed such a gesture. We know the “Imperial Temple” differently and more positively from the past and really expected more for this Christmas dinner. Especially compared to other restaurants that were fully booked, there was more of a “ghostly atmosphere,” which we found very unfortunate. We hope our feedback is helpful to you.

Starter olives oriental style recommendation

Very tasty food. The portions are sufficient, the prices are ok. Very friendly and helpful service. If you order by telephone, the dishes will be ready for collection at the agreed time.

No room booked as I live nearby

We did not stay in the hotel but went there for dinner. Worst food I had in a long long time! No flavor. Veggies were out of the freezer heated up. Broccoli had black rotten part inside of it. On top the portions were all very small and pricy. I had Caprese, I had no idea you could mess that one up ! Nasty.

Great service that fulfills individual wishes

We have been ordering from Kim Kim for years and are always more than satisfied. I can't understand the negative reviews at all. The delivery is super fast and the portions are quite large, so we usually eat it for two days. We can't complain.

We ordered at 6:20 p.m. and finally received the food at around 8:15 p.m. The stated delivery time was 40-55 minutes! At 7:50 p.m. we asked, apparently the driver was on the way... the journey time was less than 10 minutes. The pizzas were cold, seemed kept warm, dry. The extra minced meat was missing from the family pizza - but we paid for it. What was okay: the margharita for our daughter - but it was too late for her today... Unfortunately we can no longer recommend it, as this wasn't the first disappointing experience. Also no apology or accommodation in any way. Too bad...
