Pure chaos! Despite having a reservation, we had to stand and wait for almost 15 minutes, even though there were several free tables. The hot pot broth took forever to heat up, wasting another 20 minutes on that. We ordered rice cakes because none of them made it to our table on the conveyor belt. It took the waitress another half hour to bring them. At the end, she told me the bill three times because I never added a tip. Then she had the nerve to ask if the service was good.

Kanalstraße 22, BayernWe went there for lunch on Christmas Day with 12 adults and 2 children. Although it was very busy around lunchtime, we were served quickly and courteously, both with drinks and food. My hunter's pork tenderloin was delicious. Excellent service on such a busy day. The price was absolutely fair, and I can highly recommend the restaurant; it wasn't my first time there.
