Update 12/2025: I treated myself to another doner kebab here today, and nothing has changed – they definitely have the best doner kebabs!!! I haven't had such a flavorful and delicious kebab in a long time. I find the sauces and spices to be exceptional. The staff takes the time to answer questions about the ingredients. The bowls looked delicious too. I'll definitely be back!

Simply a wonderful, traditional Bavarian inn where you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The decor is designed with such attention to detail – cozy, authentic, and inviting. The owner and his team are incredibly friendly, warm, and always in good spirits. The food is a real highlight every time! Every dish was a hit – fresh, regional, and simply delicious. We've been here many times and are always pleasantly surprised. Many thanks to the whole team – it's so great that you're here! We're already looking forward to our next visit to Griaß di Resi!

The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was very attentive. I can imagine coming back here again.

We ordered, but unfortunately, the food wasn't what we expected. The sauce was too thin and the naan bread was cold and soggy. What a pity.

I haven't had such a good meal in ages. We had roast beef with onions and Spätzle, and for dessert, the incredibly delicious Belgian waffle and tiramisu. My boyfriend and I enjoyed every single bite. The staff is also very attentive and friendly! It's a shame the restaurant is closing at the end of the year. If you can, you should definitely go one last time. :)

A truly fantastic restaurant with Franconian cuisine. The shoulder of pork was amazing; I haven't had anything this good in a long time. My companions also enjoyed the food. I think it's great that they offer alternatives for almost every dietary need. I particularly like the gluten-free options; even people with celiac disease can eat there without worry. The service was extremely friendly and attentive; you felt at home as a guest. The only major drawback is that they don't accept card payments. I rarely carry that much cash with me.

I would particularly like to highlight the excellent breakfast: fresh, regional, varied, and beautifully presented. Whether it's fresh fruit, homemade spreads, or superb coffee – it's a truly great way to start the day. Another plus: the convenient charging station for electric cars right at the hotel. For travelers with electric vehicles, this is a real advantage – uncomplicated, reliable, and perfectly integrated into the hotel's modern overall concept. Overall, the St. Raphael impresses with its warmth, quality, and commitment to sustainability. I would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel – both for business trips and private stays.
