An absolute insider tip near Neualbenreuth from a regular customer: Only on Sundays, by phone reservation, they offer a superb lunch of good Bavarian cuisine. Very friendly staff, very reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. On August 20, 2023, I had homemade semolina dumplings soup with sauerbraten and homemade dumplings (dark, gray color) without bleach, with a side salad. It's definitely worth stopping by. 5 stars

Always a cold beer, usually even two.

An oasis of bliss... The barmaid is always attentive and polite. I didn't even have to wait for my next cold drink in four hours. Barely finished, the next 0.5-liter hop-coated shot was in front of me. "Set the table" is a bad joke compared to that. The ambiance is reminiscent of grandma's living room, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and safe. This means everyone is happy to sip the freshly tapped beer. Even the beer seems to like you (see picture). Conclusion: I'd go back anytime!!! If you want to visit a real Bavarian pub and have a good time with your friends, this is the place to be.

A really great pizzeria. Here you can even get the seafood spaghetti without the usual tomato sauce 😉👍

A good clubhouse with mostly German cuisine. Prices and service are fine. The menu could be a bit lighter in the evenings.

I spontaneously went in while they were packed and ordered two pizzas to go. I was expecting a longer wait, but they were so kind and squeezed them in. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes, the pizzas were absolutely delicious, and the service was really friendly. I'd definitely order again!
