A worker greeted his collegues, handled money, and then prepared my wrap- all while wearing the same gloves. Honestly, the hygiene was terrible, and the visible part of the kitchen was quite disgusting. I'm absolutely sure I wont be coming back again.

It's really a nonsense that there is no grill anymore. Instead, all areas will be switched to vegetarian and vegan. The cafeteria has no educational mandate. In addition, the vegan dishes are more expensive and only these disgusting meat substitute products. If it's vegan, then please do it right....

I had dinner at the Ratskeller with my wife again on Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious, as always. The service was very friendly. You simply feel comfortable there. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Booked through Booking.com. Received an attic room. It was a complete disaster. Light broken, faucet leaking, no plug in the bathroom. TV without any decent channels like RTL. The minibar was a joke. I've had better breakfasts. Public transport is easily accessible by bus (line 35). It goes to the city center. Highly recommended for dinner: pizzeria. We won't be coming back. There are better rooms available. Booking.com customers are apparently treated differently.
