The evening in the Schloss Filseck restaurant was an incredible experience for us. We had received two vouchers and were now able to redeem them. In our opinion, the restaurant deserves 2 Michelin stars instead of 1. We have never eaten so unusually and exceptionally in our lives. Every course was a taste explosion. Very sophisticated combinations of excellent ingredients. The wine pairing with the meal was excellent. Each course was highlighted by the selected wine. The service was exceptional, courteous and I think the best we have had in our lives so far. Yes, it's not a cheap pleasure to eat there, but it's also something very special and in the end you're very happy. We now try to celebrate this pleasure every year. Many thanks to the team.

Because there was no alternative, we went to the Kälberer again. Unfortunately the pizza was nothing again. The dough is too thick, far too much cheese and the ham is grated. A prosciutto pizza should look and taste different. I deliberately avoided using mushrooms because canned mushrooms are used here. No recommendation!

First the positive, the food was very good and the service was very friendly. But if you go to a brewery to drink the special types of beer and they are not available, it is sad and poor. When you ask the brewmaster why there is no Edel, you are reprimanded and described as one of the few "Hansele" who seem to ask exactly that. P.S. There was no wheat beer either...
