Service disaster… I ordered online – unfortunately, my main course was missing. Dealing with the restaurant was a nightmare. First, they accused me of having received the food and lying, then they said they would get back to me to resolve the issue – but they never did. Luckily, I got my money back. I will never order from here again.
After 1:30 p.m., I was told there was no food until 5 p.m. It's annoying when you can't get anything to eat at lunchtime. And it's not mentioned on the website or in the opening hours.
We celebrated our wedding at Oscar's. The planning was straightforward – all our wishes and ideas were taken into account and made possible. There was something for everyone at both the cake buffet and the evening snack buffet. It was very cozy and intimate. We especially appreciated that the leftover food was packed into containers we brought with us – this way, no food went to waste, and we had another delicious meal the next day. Thank you so much for the wonderful day!
How friendly can you be? Answer: Bollywood! Incredibly friendly service! And fantastic food! We've been to (almost) every Indian restaurant, but for some time now we've only been going to Bollywood. A great selection of dishes and everything we've had so far has been absolutely delicious. The atmosphere isn't quite as cozy, unfortunately, but we still always feel comfortable there.
We weren't there in person, but were in the middle of moving and ordered from this pizzeria via Lieferando. We ordered two doner kebabs, one spicy, both with tzatziki, a pizza tono with peppers, and a pizza Margherita with mozzarella. The pizzas were undercooked and not crispy at all; quite the opposite, in fact. Furthermore, half the toppings were in the box and not on the pizza. Is this intentional? The doner kebabs arrived without sauce, with dry meat, and without any lamb. When we tried to complain over the phone, explaining that we were in the middle of moving, hungry, and couldn't stomach something like that, the staff smiled and accepted it. Since we had already eaten the food and simply didn't like it, they assured me over the phone that the owner would call us right away. That promise was several hours ago, and unfortunately, I couldn't deliver a decent meal to my helpers who were assisting me with the move. It's sad that such poor service is still being delivered these days.
I'd give them -10 stars if I could for their behavior/acceptance and service.
The food is very clean. Taste-wise, it's nothing special, pretty much like any other kebab shop.
Unfortunately, the price doesn't match the ambiance. There are much nicer Turkish restaurants in Recklinghausen.
The food was actually good, but when you order 5 burgers from a group order and only receive 4, that's a real bummer. The truly ridiculous thing is the note you get with the order confirmation: "For further questions, please contact us exclusively by phone. Emails will not be processed due to time constraints." The only problem is that after 15 (!) attempts to call, nobody answers. We're still waiting for compensation.
