Schwindt's Restaurant...it was only very late in my discovery of this small, exquisite vaulted restaurant. Nevertheless, I quickly learned to appreciate it greatly. For me, this restaurant is a place of well-being and enjoyment. Everyone on the team contributes equally to this. From the atmosphere of the vaulted ceiling, decorated with attention to detail, to the attentive, respectful service, and, of course, the excellent dishes – you can feel the dedication in everything. Be proud of this great achievement and keep your time here in Dresden in good memory.
I am grateful for every evening I was able to spend here.
I wish you all the best for the future.
We had the most delicious sauerbraten ever here. And the roast goose breast was also incredibly tasty. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
Great restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine! I haven't had such a good Italian restaurant in the area in a long time. The pizza base is homemade, let rise for a long time, and is very fluffy. The pasta has the perfect consistency, the sauce is fresh, and the flavors are bursting with flavor. The service is also very friendly, but not intrusive. A definite recommendation!
You probably won't find better pizza for that price. Unfortunately, it's now closed on Sundays, which is such a classic day for lounging on the couch and ordering pizza. Also, be aware that there are only a few picnic tables outside on the median strip. In the summer, it's best to eat your pizza on the nearby banks of the Spree River, and in the winter, it's better to take it home.
In short: incredibly delicious and very affordable pizza, and that's what really matters.
★★★☆☆
We went to Thai Aroma without doing any research beforehand, expecting more Thai cuisine. In fact, the food has a strong Vietnamese flavor. The noodle soup is more reminiscent of pho than guay tiew, and the chicken is the same as the satay skewers, including the marinade. It's not bad food, but it's not what you'd expect from authentic Thai cuisine.
A real recommendation! We had spare ribs and a veggie burger. Both were delicious. The chef is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. He runs his restaurant with a lot of heart. You can taste and feel it. Keep up the good work, and thank you for the wonderful evening.
An absolute highlight! I've never visited a restaurant twice in three days before – I simply couldn't resist!
World-class goulash, freshly tapped Tucher beer, incredibly delicious still-warm bread, and fantastic dumplings – simply amazing!
The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. The owner is a very entertaining character, the staff are super friendly and keep the charming chaos under control. Everything is very fun and very special – you won't find anything like it anywhere else.
The price of around €20 for the goulash is perfectly reasonable – a world champion could certainly charge more.
From now on, this is a must-visit for me on every trip to Nuremberg!
