Zur Traube in Reiskirchen

I had a queasy feeling right from the start when I entered the store. The server was sitting outside smoking a cigarette. I went in. The server followed me without washing their hands and started taking my order and then preparing it. Kneading the pizza dough, stretching it, and topping it, opening the kebab, topping it, and serving it with the same fingers that had previously held the lighting stick. Delicious. The tables inside were unfortunately dirty, and the glass pane between the customer and the vegetables was dirty. I'm not being nitpicky, but we're talking about a very greasy film of dirt. The vegetables seemed limp and weird. Somehow not "fresh." The chicken rotisserie was okay. Only, they layer the vegetables first, then the meat. You have to like it. The pizza looked perfectly fine. The tomato sauce, unfortunately, was not of a high quality. But now the absolute main reason for the poor review: The pizza cheese (Edam or Maasdam, in any case, a cheese that really has no place on a pizza) tasted absolutely bitter. I'm not that picky about food. But I couldn't eat a single piece of it. The sucuk was okay, but the cheese was the end of the line. I don't know how something like that could happen. Was it stored incorrectly? Past its best-before date? I have no idea. That evening, I was belching gas like a dairy cow, and I had to spend the night on the thunder bar.

We had a kebab delivered, but it took half a round trip and then arrived completely cold. A new delivery was made, but it was also cold, and one kebab was practically completely empty. Two kebabs only had three pieces of meat on them and only salad. Even the bottle of champagne didn't help. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from there again.
