Pizza Sweet Chilli also distributes for Luciano's online chain Loco Chicken. Food ordered via Lieferando, delivery time of approx. 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the utopian delivery time set by Lieferando and not the restaurant itself could not be met due to the high volume. So I went there. I was greeted warmly by the staff at the restaurant and the problem was taken care of immediately. After a short clarifying conversation with the boss, I received my order. I can't share the negative reviews. Great team, very friendly and competent. The order error was not due to the restaurant but to Lieferando because they unfortunately provide all the delivery details and the restaurant itself has no control over it. Kudos to the staff and boss!

Very unfriendly, unprofessional service. Bad food that we hadn't ordered and in the end the mayonnaise and ketup bag was snatched out of our hands. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time.

Pizza wasn't cooked through and the taste had nothing to do with pizza. The oven was definitely set way too cold. Pizza made on a wire rack. How this shop managed to survive to this day is beyond me. No customers and the food... well it's not really bad. Anyone who eats there and thinks it's delicious has no taste buds or is really capable of suffering. Sorry people, there will never be good alternatives in the area again.
