Zur Krone in Nastätten

We were there for lunch on Thursday, September 4, 2025. A nice, typically American restaurant with very friendly service and absolutely delicious, juicy burgers at absolutely fair prices. You can tell that the prices here in the country are still reasonable; in Wiesbaden, you would certainly have paid more for such a delicious burger. If you want to eat a delicious burger, this is definitely the place!

Not recommended – unfortunately disappointing We recently ate at Nam Hai and were initially pleasantly surprised: a stylishly decorated restaurant in the middle of an industrial area – something we hadn't expected. The service was also extremely attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, neither of these could disguise the restaurant's major weakness: the food. The noodles were completely overcooked, the duck poorly fried and dripping with fat. The peanut sauce tasted artificial and had an unpleasant consistency. Overall, the food felt neither fresh nor lovingly prepared – a shame, because the ambiance would have given rise to expectations of more. The menu is also too extensive and lacking in variety; many dishes are very similar. A bit more reduction and, above all, freshness would have benefited the concept. Given the hefty prices, we unfortunately cannot recommend Nam Hai.
