Zum Rabe in Chemnitz

Eine angenehme Überraschung. – Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Der Inhaber (Herr Arben Ebibi) sorgt stets dafür, dass alles nach Wunsch läuft. – Die Küche: Die Gerichte werden zügig zubereitet und serviert. Sehr reibungslos. – Das Essen: alles sehr schön angerichtet und köstlich. Das gilt für jede Speise auf der Speisekarte (die Wein- und Dessertkarte ebenfalls). Das ist nun schon ungefähr mein fünfter Besuch in diesem Restaurant (ich hatte bisher keine Zeit, eine Bewertung abzugeben). Normalerweise fahre ich beruflich nach Chemnitz. Aber an diesem Donnerstag habe ich es mir nicht nehmen lassen, mit meiner Familie von Hannover nach Chemnitz zu fahren, speziell um (wieder einmal) dieses wunderbare italienische Restaurant zu genießen. War mit meiner Frau & Mama zu Besuch in Chemnitz. Habe das Ristorante zum ersten Mal besucht & war sehr angetan. Würde es sogar als Geheimtipp empfehlen. Wir mussten nicht lange warten auf unser Essen, was auch sehr toll angerichtet war & genau auf denn Punkt zubereitet wurde. Der Service war wunderbar, freundlich & zuvorkommend. Man kann auch was man nicht schafft zu essen mitnehmen. Bezahlen kann man mit Bargeld oder mit Karte/Bargeldlos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wir haben dort unser Seminargruppentreffen gefeiert. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient.

Schöne Einrichtung, guter Service, lecker Essen

Das Essen ist lecker 😋 Es war allerdings zu laut und nicht so einfach, das Restaurant zu finden. Die Bedingung war schnell und höflich.

Gestern Abend war ich mit meiner Partnerin zusammen wieder hier gemeinsam essen. Wir durften dieses Mal im romantischen Außen-Bereich dinieren und es gab jeweils wieder ein richtig gutes Gericht für uns Beide. Super lecker😋, und wieder mehr wie gut! Immer sehr gerne wieder😀.

Ein spontaner Besuch, der mit einem guten Essen plus Appetizer vom Haus zur vollsten Zufriedenheit war. Komme gerne wieder vorbei. 😊

Ob kleines Klassentreffen, Schmaus mit Kollegen, Familie oder Freunden. Man wird nicht enttäuscht. Vom Ambiente, der Freundlichkeit der Bedienung (en), den gepflegten Getränken, tollem Essen. Ein Starter ist auch dabei mit Oliven und Pizzabrot. Alles sehr entspannt. Danke dafür, Denise

Sehr gutes Essen, an Zutaten wird nicht gegeizt. Aber es fehlt mir etwas das gewisse individuelle, ein "Schnipps". Das Neue, Nouvo eben. Klare Empfehlung, komme sicher wieder.

Toller Italiener mit sehr gutem Essen. Das Ambiente ist etwas ausbaufähig, da der Italiener in einem Hinterhof ist und erst einmal nicht sonderlich einladend aussieht. Der Service und das Essen sind jedoch extrem gut und daher auch absolut empfehlenswert. Innen ist das Restaurant modern eingericht und auch ansehnlich.

Schade, dass man nicht 8 Sterne vergeben kann. Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Preise sind auch völlig moderat. Man kann das Restaurant einfach nur mehr als empfehlen

Mittlerweile Stamm-Italiener und jeden Dienstag Tradition nach der Arbeit, sich spät Abends was kleines zu holen. Die Qualität ist erstklassig und die Leute super sympathisch

Das Essen war super lecker vorallem die Pizzen mit dem. Unfassbar knusprig gebackenem Rand. Nur zu empfehlen.

Das ist ein wirklich stimmungsvoller Ort! Wir waren begeistert von unserem Besuch. Meine jüngste Tochter hatte Geburtstag und wünschte sich italienische Pizza. Das Personal war einfach super! Tolles, authentisches Restaurant mit aufmerksamen Service. Waren jetzt innerhalb kurzer Zeit zwei mal zu Gast und beide Male absolut überzeugt.

Schicker italiener mit freundlichem, aufmerksamem Service. Pizza solide, hätte etwas mehr Tomatensoße und Käse vertragen. Tiramisu mit gutem Kaffeegeschmack, auch wenn es nicht hausgemacht war.

Ich hatte ein wunderbares Erlebnis in diesem Restaurant! Das Essen war absolut köstlich. Was den Besuch aber wirklich besonders machte, war die Bedienung. Sie war unglaublich liebenswürdig und freundlich und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlten. Ihre herzliche und authentische Art trug wesentlich zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Alles war einfach perfekt – großartiges Essen, exzellenter Service und ein gemütliches Ambiente. Wir waren heute mit Freunden da. Niveauvoll, schön mit weissen Tischtüchern, Gruss aus der Küche und mit der Rechnung kommt wahlweise ein Espresso und Grappa. Der Service ist freundlich und es schmeckt gut. Leider hat es etwas gezogen als die Tür auf ging. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren heute zum Ersten Mal hier und : alle Sterne ! Was von außen zunächst mit etwas Skepsis angeschaut wurde hat sich als für uns das derzeit beste italienische Restaurant in Chemnitz gemausert: beim Eintreten wird man sehr freundlich empfangen, das Ambiente ist gediegen, gemütlich und irgendwie sehr italienisch. Der Service führt diesen Gesamteindruck weiter - sehr zuvorkommend, kleine Wünsche werden prompt erfüllt. Ein leckererer Gruß aus der Küche in Form von wirklich heißem Pizzabrot mit Oliven lässt die Stimmung sofort steigen - dazu ein guter Wein und Mineralwasser, was allein optisch ein Highlight ist.( gibts natürlich auch immer in Italien) Der Querschnitt an Speisen ( wir waren zu viert) hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen : von der kombinierten Vorspeise über Pizza, Pasta und Lasagne alles lecker und eben italienisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung . Wir haben unser „Neues Italien“ entdeckt und werden uns sicher öfter verwöhnen lassen. Danke für den tollen Abend und bis bald ! Und da wären wir -jetzt mit einem Abstand von einem knappen halben Jahr gibt es weiterhin 5 Sterne in allen Kategorien - es gibt eine neue Karte mit weiteren Highlights der italienischen Küche, z.B. Originale (!) Spaghetti carbonara ohne Sahnesauce und Amatriciana... Weiter so! Ihr seid großartige Gastgeber ❤️

I always enjoy coming here. For business lunches, meals with friends, or with family. The food is excellent, and they also serve delicious coffee afterward. The service is very friendly and attentive. In the summer, we enjoy the terrace and the pleasant courtyard. Parking in the area is generally not a problem. You just need to remember to use a parking disc in some spots :-)

A very good Italian restaurant, and in my opinion, the best in Chemnitz. Not the cheapest, but the quality is definitely worth it. The seating is nice, and in the summer, there are also a few outdoor seats. Unfortunately, they don't offer delivery, but you can order takeout.

A tip from Pension Tiffany: we got a table for two without a reservation. Very friendly staff. A welcome from the kitchen and a grappa on the house at the end. Delicious bruschetta and pizzas. An insider tip in Chemnitz.

I ate at Nuova Italia today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The ambiance is very cozy and inviting; you immediately feel at home. The service was attentive, friendly, and warm – our waiter, Flamur, was particularly personable and attentive, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The meal was a real highlight: The pasta was fresh and perfectly prepared, the pizza crispy with a wonderfully aromatic topping, and the tiramisu to finish was simply divine. Everything tasted authentically Italian and was served with great attention to detail. I particularly like the fact that quality and hospitality are a top priority here. The value for money is also excellent. I will definitely be back and can recommend Nuova Italia to anyone who wants to enjoy top-quality Italian food. 🍝🍷🇮🇹

We were here for the first time today and: all stars! What initially looked a bit skeptical from the outside has turned out to be, for us, the best Italian restaurant in Chemnitz right now: upon entering, you receive a very friendly welcome, the ambiance is sophisticated, cozy, and somehow very Italian. The service continues this overall impression – very attentive, with small requests promptly fulfilled. A delicious welcome from the kitchen in the form of really hot pizza bread with olives immediately lifts the mood – accompanied by a good wine and mineral water, which is a visual highlight alone (of course, that's always the case in Italy). The selection of dishes (there were four of us) left nothing to be desired: from the combined starter to pizza, pasta, and lasagna, everything was delicious and quintessentially Italian. The price-performance ratio is absolutely excellent. We have discovered our "New Italy" and will definitely let ourselves be pampered there again. Thank you for the great evening and see you soon!

Sensational! We were looking for a suitable location for a shared meal following our civil wedding. We went there once for a rehearsal dinner... and then again because it was incredibly delicious. A complete success! We were greeted with delicious antipasti and fantastic pizza bread, and then, in no time at all, we were served the finest Italian cuisine! Plus, an extremely accommodating team and a cozy atmosphere. We're happy to have found a regular spot. (:

Highly recommended! I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was very attentive, polite, and professional, accommodated special requests, and contributed greatly to the atmosphere of the evening! The prices are reasonable. Even as a vegetarian, I had a variety of dishes to choose from, which isn't always the case. Kudos for that! I think the portion size is very good, almost a bit too large. But we could easily pack up any leftovers and take them with us. The entrance is a bit harder to find, as it's located in the back courtyard. It's signposted, though.

I enjoyed my meal here. The food was well-crafted, the atmosphere was pleasantly relaxed in the courtyard, and the service was very attentive. The spaghetti aglio e olio was good, but I would have liked to have been asked how spicy I wanted it. It was my first time here and I didn't realize that this dish was served too spicy for my taste.

We actually love coming here. The lovely atmosphere and warm, welcoming hospitality. Unfortunately, everything was missing today. From the lack of bread and spices to the oil that came after the appetizers, which were also quite unambitious today, to the kids getting their food last. When we wanted to share our opinion at the end, no one cared. For us, the most missing thing today was the heart :( What a shame.

Very inconspicuous Italian restaurant, which really impressed us. The dishes are all really delicious. No matter whether it's pizza or a pasta dish, I can recommend it all. The rump steak that I had last time was also cooked to perfection and the meat was of very good quality. For dessert I can still recommend the Pana Cotta. Note from the beer drinker - there is Duckstein on tap, very digestible and really something different! The waiters are all very attentive and friendly and there was even a grappa on the house with the bill. All in all a really cool Italian restaurant.

An unforgettable evening awaited our group of eleven (a harmonious mix of adults and children) at Ristorante Nuova Italia. Even on an evening when no table remained empty, we felt well looked after at all times thanks to the always present and incredibly warm staff. The menu presented itself as an inviting journey through Italian cuisine. Whether it was a variety of antipasti, the perfectly prepared pizzas or the delicate grilled fish – every dish was a delight for the eyes and the palate. Given the general trend in prices for eating out, we appreciate the moments when a visit is really worth it. The Ristorante Nuova Italia is definitely one of them. The overall package here is perfect: excellent food, a relaxed atmosphere and service that leaves nothing to be desired. One thing is certain for us: When Italian delicacies tempt you in Chemnitz, Nuova Italia is the address we trust.

We've been wanting to try this relatively new Italian restaurant for a while. Located in a rather inconspicuous backyard on Clausstrasse, it doesn't initially arouse the highest expectations. We were all the more surprised to find a really tip-top, professionally designed restaurant. Everything is very clean and well maintained, attention is paid to a good ambience, e.g. B. that you have a small lamp on the table in the evening. The classic beautiful white tablecloths have a touch of star restaurant. However, express praise goes to the service: the staff is quick, friendly, in a good mood and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. This is rarely seen in this form these days. Opinions can be divided when it comes to the food. I had saltimbocca with spaghetti on the side. The dish was too spicy for my taste (no mention of the abundant pepperoni in the menu) and too salty. But that wasn't because of the excellent ham, but because of the sauce. Nevertheless, I give a total of 5 points because 1.) the prices are rather low and 2.) the dessert (panna cotta) was beyond any doubt - simply a culinary delight. Payment by card is possible. During the week you can get a table relatively easily. If you want to be on the safe side, you can reserve by phone. You have to park on Clausstrasse or side streets, the parking spaces in the small inner courtyard are reserved for the medical center.

This Italian is an absolute recommendation. We were impressed by the delicious pizza, the good service and the relaxed atmosphere, so we always like to come here come again. The price-performance ratio and the selection of cocktails are great. At the end we even got a schnapps on the house, which rounded off the evening for us. Since October I have been to Chemnitz several times for a few days on business and after the first visit to the restaurant, we were there every evening. We learned something from the guesthouse about your difficult start, the restaurant opening and immediately afterwards the Corona crisis came, definitely not what you want for a new restaurant when. But you persevered! If I'm in Chemnitz again, I'll definitely come back to you! Keep it up!
