I was there to try out the new “Ochsen” atmosphere. The dish I ate was tasty and well prepared, really tasty. But what really bothered me about a new offer: NOT a single VEGAN dish on the memory card and the 2 vegetarian dishes were really just absolutely ordinary! I have at least 10 friends and acquaintances who are vegan and were excited about the reopening of the "Ochsen" and are now very disappointed. It's a shame because the staff is friendly and helpful. But these days you can no longer score points with vegetarian cheese spaetzle, so unfortunately only 3 stars!

The food was good, even if it took a long time and we apologized. OK for once on a relaxed trip, I wouldn't hold the local get-together.

Cheese spaetzle were very soft and without any taste. The conditions were great for that.

We went to the town festival in Trochtelfingen and ate at the Ochsen. It was outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and we had fun together. Will definitely eat there again on our next visit. Greetings from the Ruhr area

What happened to the store? Eating isn't possible at all & for the price it's not normal. Do you want to buy a Porsche or what? Awkward

Since the ownership changed, the food has been terribly bad. The gyro is soft and dripping with fat. I feel sick

It was there at the opening that not everything worked out.. but the service and food were very bad.. it took forever and everyone was completely overwhelmed.. that shouldn't have happened on the opening day

We were passing through a week ago and, after a long search, we came to this inn VERY FRIENDLY RECEIVED. The menu immediately surprised us. Greek, Italian, and German - Swabian cuisine. Everything is beautifully described and not even that expensive 👍 The food was very tasty 😋and very nice to look at, the starter - baked sheep's cheese - was also very tasty. Five stars again and again, for friendliness, for humanity, for warmth, for your great family-run guesthouse at a high level. Whenever you enter there, you are always warmly welcomed and served tasty food based on a Greek/Swabian menu. Simply a force. Thank you, dear ones!

Super leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal jederzeit wieder

Von Außen etwas unscheinbar. Habe die halbe Karte durchprobiert, alles lecker. Der Wird ist super Kinderfreundlich und hat immer einen lockeren Spruch drauf. Sein Töchterchen macht den Service und ist auch super nett und zuvorkommend. Hier ist einfach immer gute Stimmung. Das beste Lokal im Ort.

Top Service. Die Kinder werden zuerst bewirtet. Die haben ja auch am meisten Hunger ;-). Anschließend gab es für die Kinder noch Spielsachen für draußen. Griechische Vorspeisen und die Pizza sind zu empfehlen.

Das Personal und das Essen ist vorbildlich!

Wahren heute hier kurzfristig essen. Ein super Essen ein toller und freundlicher Chef ! Die Preise sind nicht zu teuer sondern mehr als angebracht und günstig ! Das Ambiente genau richtig, schön und gemütlich ! Geht einfach hin und probiert es aus ! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Das Essen war gut italienisch griechische Gerichte. Man kann sehr gut mit Kindern dort essen gehen. Die Kinder werden sehr gut und bevorzugt bedient.
