Nice atmosphere and very tasty food

Wir lieben den lustigen Hirsch, haben auch schon übernachtet. Heute freuten wir uns riesig über einen sonnigen Platz im Biergarten. Netter, angenehmer Service, alles perfekt, bis unsere Kässpatzen kamen, die leider völlig verkocht und wässrig waren. Dem Käse fehlte die Würze, schmeckte absolut fad. Die Dame am Nachbartisch reklamierte ihre Kässpazen sofort und wir schlossen uns an. Für den hohen Preis hätten wir auf ein Entgegenkommen, bzw. Entschuldigung gehofft. Leider vergebens :( Das passiert uns so schnell nicht mehr!

Wir waren früher öfter in dieser Gaststätte zum Essen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Leider mussten wir uns ein anderes Lokal suchen, da unser kleiner Hund nicht (mehr) erlaubt ist. Schade, aber dieses Lokal ist Tabu für uns!

A fantastic restaurant with a lovingly decorated ambience. The food is also outstanding, especially the FRESH game dishes. If the hunting areas do not provide any prey, there is no corresponding court. We are regular guests there and have NEVER been disappointed!!!

We spent lovely days in the deer. There were no complaints, everyone was nice and friendly. There are new fly screens on the windows and doors. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished and the mattresses are new. The landlord was always friendly and we were treated very fairly. We'd love to come back. The food, but especially the breakfast, leaves nothing to be desired.

We are thrilled with the funny deer! We celebrated the baptism of our first child there and today we celebrated the baptism of our second son. The service was very friendly and had a sense of humor :) you felt very comfortable. The food was very tasty and my onion roast was just right. The starters are highly recommended because the kitchen works with high-quality products and has come up with something special. You can't complain about the price performance either. It's very clean there and not stuffy. Our table was beautifully decorated for us. It's definitely worth a visit there. HUGE compliments to the owners and team.

We had a reservation. Without it, the waiting time can be quite long. The waitress was young and inexperienced but very friendly and committed. An experienced waiter always provided support and you could clearly see his experience and high level. The food was very good and the selection was varied. We had a lovely evening and can only warn you that you will want to come back here to try the other dishes.

The tables are cleaned after each customer. At breakfast we swapped forks with sausage and cheese if someone took the wrong one.

The prices are comparatively low, but unfortunately so is the quality. I get this cheese sliced ​​better if I make myself something warm to eat in the evening. It is also noticeable that vegetables are missing from both of our dishes. The worst thing I found, however, was that the store was so full and therefore noisy that you could hardly have a conversation with your companion. Personally, I'm happy to spend 5 euros more and get a quieter atmosphere and better food in return.

We were there on a Thursday for a cheese spaetzle evening with live music. A reservation is definitely advisable here! The restaurant was very busy, but it wasn't too loud. The extremely good cheese spaetzle were freshly prepared to order in front of us (we sat there cheaply). On cheese spaetzle evening, cheese spaetzle is all-you-can-eat, but I really couldn't manage more than one "bowl". I can highly recommend the cheese spaetzle and the whole evening.

We went there twice during a short vacation because the menu offers a good selection for everyone, vegetarians and normal people 😉 and the dishes were very well prepared and tasty. It is advisable to reserve a table, as even on Mondays the occupancy was almost the same as on Saturday. Parking is a little more difficult, but doable with a few meters walk. Definitely worth a visit!

The food is just as authentic, honestly prepared and incredibly delicious. The service is the most courteous and friendly we have ever experienced. As a guest you immediately feel at home here! We have enjoyed coming here regularly for years. Every trip to the area is rounded off and perfected by a visit to the “Lustigen Hirsch”. Thank you, you are a great team!

In search of a delicious knuckle, we reserved a table here. We felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My husband was very enthusiastic about his crispy and delicious knuckle and the side dishes. And I'm glad that I tried something "new" today because my pumpkin raviolis were also extremely tasty 😋

The three of us were there as a small family for a week and I can say with certainty that it won't be the last time. The room we stayed in is the perfect mix between tradition and modernity (rustic atmosphere with modern bathroom, smart TV and WiFi) and really clean. The staff is thoroughly friendly, especially towards children. We had to deal with that first get used to. The food is really the best, I tried everything on the menu and it was all really tasty. The children's meals are also very popular. There is also plenty of parking space. Definitely recommended!

Fahren extra aus dem Unterallgäu zum Essen , vor allem der Kässpatzen wegen, zum lustigen Hirsch. Aber jede andere Speise auf der Speisekarte ist Klasse. Das Personal sehr flink und freundlich. Aber ganz toll finden wir den Chef des Hauses! Er bedient die Gäste wenn das Haus bis zum letzten Sitzplatz voll ist und scheucht nicht sein Personal durch die Gegend, sondern arbeitet super freundlich mit! Wir kommen gerne und immer wieder nach Akams!!

We have been to this inn every now and then over the last few years and we have always enjoyed and enjoyed it very much. But yesterday it was different than usual. Four tables in front of us, a couple complained about a meal. The waiter apologized and brought the lady a new, fresh dish. My wife ordered a roast wild boar. The dumplings and chanterelle sauce as well as a slice of the roast were ok. The rest of the roast was old and tasted spoiled. She left the remaining meat and told the waiter. There was only one answer. “We sell this every day.” He spoke to the manager of the house, but nothing came. No “sorry” or “excuse me”. We paid, but we left the garden disappointed. We don't visit this restaurant anymore.

Whenever we are in Allgäu, we try to eat here. Great food, nice atmosphere, great service and the kids look forward to the fries in the dustpans.

We stayed in the funny deer for 5 nights and felt very comfortable. This was certainly due to the most beautiful room in the house with a large bathroom and refrigerator, but also to the excellent breakfast, which left nothing to be desired. Jams, muesli, fresh rolls, eggs, cheese, sausage = simply everything you need. The food in the rustic restaurant was delicious, and here you can find something for every taste. A schnapps at the end and on the lawn with a view of the Grünten, what more could you want. And the innkeepers are absolutely friendly and helpful. The landlord is at his best on Thursdays when he produces cheese spaetzle on an old stove in the middle of the restaurant. We liked it, we would like to come back

Feels far out of the way, at least if you live in Immenstadt. We went there for dinner and the winding path was worth it. The restaurant was very well attended. Food very tasty. The service was great!!!! attentive. We felt well looked after as guests. Great. We'd love to come back.

For the last 6 years we have been traveling to the Allgäu Triathlon and living there in the Funny Hirschen. Michi and his team are always in a good mood and take care of everything that is needed. The rooms are very nicely furnished and lovingly furnished. The food at the Hirschen was also really tasty. Thursday evening there is Kasspatzen and live music. Definitely book a table in advance otherwise there won't be anything in the Hirschen. Almost every evening there is fully booked.

You can taste the quality and notice that the main focus is on regionality and the highest quality. Basically typical regional dishes, but appealing and of high quality. Refreshingly friendly and cheerful staff. The location is also very nicely designed (a great combination of rustic and modern), beautifully located with a great view and a cozy beer garden. Reservations strongly recommended! It's a shame that such businesses are rarely found in general. Keep it up, you show that it can work! (I can't say anything about the rooms because we only went out to eat, so no stars here.)

I can only call this restaurant an eatery in Muhosransk! The waitress was a wheezing woman, about 60 years old, and she looked like a drunk from the train station. We sat down to eat on the street, flies and wasps swooped in, and in the end we didn’t eat properly because the wasps landed on the food and climbed into the glasses of drinks. Their food also sucks, but their prices are high. The result is 100€ and a lot of negative emotions!!!

We have eaten there several times and, except for yesterday, have always been completely satisfied. Yesterday the three different dishes were not recommended. The venison goulash was poorly seasoned and essentially unsalted, the accompanying Romanesco was totally limp and watery and as if it had been microwaved, and the cheese patties were doughy. The sliced ​​meat was almost ok and the potato rostis were the best of all. The two portions of schnitzel with fries were also very bland and unspectacular. We hope that the kitchen returns to its old form, otherwise we will have to change our focus!

Vegetarian summer rolls were filled with lettuce and there was salad as a side dish. The cheese soup was rather creamy. We hoped for a lot, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Yesterday the two of us had dinner at the Gasthaus Zum meine Hirsch. We really enjoyed the onion roast and the Allgäuer Geschnetzeltes. Except for a hair in my Rösti - but help was provided quickly and easily and the Rösti was replaced... We liked the decoration in the dining room. We will definitely eat there again at some point.

We had dinner there today. We had 2 different dishes. Both arrived lukewarm or cold. My dish (stewed beef) was pretty bad. Most of the meat is cold, dry and tough. I could only choke down half of it. When the waiter asked if everything was OK, I explained it to him. The only comment was that it could have been warmed up again! We won't go there anymore.
