Super nice. Super tasty. Great quality.Super comfortable. You can go there without hesitation. And the prices are okay too.

We visited the Klosterwirt restaurant twice on our trip during the European Championships and were completely impressed. The lemonades were fresh and the cocktails were high quality. The dishes were lovingly prepared and the taste was more than impressive. This restaurant is a must if you live in the area and are visiting.

One of my favorite shops in Friedrichshafen. Nice menu, well cooked, quick, attentive service. The ambience is also good. No wonder it's always so crowded here.

Great location with very good food and service. We felt very comfortable.

Were there with a group of 20 people. The food was cold, when we complained it came back five minutes later and it was luke warm and without cutlery which we had to get from the neighboring table. Nobody seemed to care, there was a feeling of mass processing. The price level corresponds to upscale gastronomy. A volume like in a beer tent. You would have needed rubber boots on the toilet. The desserts were missing the spoons, which were only given after asking at the counter. The waiter spoke to everyone, even though we didn't know him. Later he came with the words you are my last table and come to collect, even though our glasses were still half full. The adventure continued, he noticed again and again that something hadn't been paid for and in the end there were two drinks left open that the last person had to pay for even though he didn't have them. Never again!

Had a great Christmas party with a wonderful mulled wine reception in the beer garden, delicious food and friendly service. Everyone was thrilled and we made reservations straight away for next year :-)

Extremely friendly and quick service! We were there with 8 colleagues and were served in no time! The food was also tasty, in short, GOOD! Unfortunately, the parking situation is not yet satisfactory, but the restaurant can't help it if the ZF closes the parking lot!

Eine extrem aufmerksame Bedienung hat uns gleich Wasser für den Hund gebracht, ohne lange zu fragen. Da beginnt der Besuch schon einmal sehr gut. Die Burger waren dann auch sehr lecker. Im Biergarten kann man dank der schattenspendenden Bäume sehr angenehm sitzen. Insgesamt waren wir dort zweimal und es war jedesmal ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Unfortunately, I'm not convinced. The vegan alternatives are there, but the salad with fruit and falafel was unfortunately inedible. The falafel tasted more like vegetable balls and the fruit on the salad tasted like it had been frozen. The salad also consisted simply of green lettuce. Visually it's somehow not appealing. However, the meat eaters at the table were convinced ;)

Not enough parking space, nice atmosphere, service very nice and friendly, food very good, food arrived very quickly, lunch portions far too small, actually 4 stars, but we were charged for a dessert that we didn't even want, THAT was it then not very nice.

All in all a great experience: there was no table available online, but if we called outside opening hours it was easily possible to accommodate two people. Friendly welcome upon arrival, super fast service, very personal with good advice. Food and drinks came very quickly. Very attractively prepared, large portions, tasty. The only problem: we both had stomach pains and diarrhea afterwards in unison - signs of intolerances or ingredients, such as flavor enhancers.

5 stars for food, service and ambience! There's nothing else to add - everything is great! Keep it up, we'll keep coming back 😁

Wir waren hier mehrmals in großer Gruppe essen - ein großer Pluspunkt an das Lokal, das organisatorisch so toll hinzubekommen. Wir haben die Essen zeitgleich und warm erhalten. Qualitativ hatten wir beim Essen leider große Unterschiede, auch Tütenspätzle. Der größte Minuspunkt war der angebliche Decaf-Kaffee: wir haben uns mehrmals erkundigt und uns wurde zugesichert, dass Decaf kein Problem darstellt. Leider eine Fehlanzeige. Dennoch würde ich das Restaurant für Gruppen wieder empfehlen.

Simply a great restaurant! The food was super tasty, everything was fresh and very well prepared. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The atmosphere at Zum Klosterwirt is cozy and invites you to linger. You just feel comfortable, whether you're sitting inside or outside. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Friedrichshafen – I would love to come here again

Overall great food and good service, but this is a real rip off... For 1 liter!!! Danger !!! TAP WATER bottled in a nice blue bottle for € 6.90 SORRY but that is outrageous or rather modern robber baronism. That ruined everything. I'm happy to pay for quality, but "aqua hana" just tastes like crap...and a joke. That doesn't save the lemon slice in the glass either. What a shame management at Klosterwirt, you don't really need that?! VG from Meersburg

Its a good place for a dinner. Amazing beef, cheese table delicious. Don't be in a hurry, but the waiters are very friendly.

Reservation was very easy online, quick confirmation of the reservation. Parking spaces directly in front of the house. Large beer garden. Everything is very modern but still comfortably furnished, very clean. Very friendly and courteous staff. Food was super tasty, lots of choice, food came quickly. Large portions, everyone will be satisfied here! Price performance was top. Clear recommendation!

A tavern like it is written in the book! Open-minded, friendly and very attentive service staff - nothing more is possible. The kitchen fits in seamlessly, from the pretty and appropriate menu to the quality of the food This is how a Swabian plate should be! As a special highlight, we were able to happily order dessert even after the kitchen closed, many thanks to the entire team -Until next time of course 👌👍👍

The website asks for advance reservations. We reserved a table online the day before, it says the reservation is only valid when someone gets in touch again and confirms it, that didn't happen. Tried to call several times the next day and no one ever answered. Reserved online again from the other device, perhaps the confirmation was lost somewhere, but nothing came back. I have no idea whether the food at the Klosterwirt is tasty, so we went somewhere else. The next day I received an email asking if I had enjoyed the visit and would like to write a Google review...

Alessio's attitude has made him one of the most beloved people over the years. We are always happy when the year is over and we finally see each other again. Thank you very much for your great service. We'll see each other again on Saturday. 😂. Unfortunately only 5 stars are possible here. But 10 ⭐️ would be deserved. Addition from September 26th. We couldn't wait until Saturday 😂😂😂. And it was super tasty again.

Tolles gemütliches Restaurant, große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Unser Essen war geschmacklich sehr lecker und die Portionen waren groß. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We stopped at the Klosterwirt for lunch. Delicious food, nice atmosphere and friendly service who also looked after our four-legged friend. The Swabian plate and especially the cauliflower soup are highly recommended. Gladly again!

Food and service excellent. This is how I introduce authentic Swabian cuisine. Plus Meckatzer Hell on tap. What more could you want? An attractively priced lunch menu is also offered. The only downer is the poor parking situation when the restaurant is busy, which is certainly often and rightly so :)

Stopped by chance while passing through and we were greeted very nicely... What we really liked was that we were assigned a table and we didn't have to walk through the guests present to get a seat. The service was attentive and the children were given something to paint. This made the waiting time child's play. The food was really good and the service was always there. The dishes were freshly prepared and attractively served. Everyone enjoyed it very much and we will definitely eat here again!

There were 6 of us. Vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters... there was something for everyone on the menu. Everyone was happy and full. Good portions, nicely served and friendly service. Gladly again!

Schade. Früher konnte man hier gut zu Mittag essen und wir waren Stammgäste. Heute waren wir das letzte mal, es ist einfach nur noch eine Frechheit. - Der bestellte Salat kommt nicht. - Der Hauptgang bestand aus Spaghetti Bolognese und man hat vergessen das Rindfleisch rein zu tun. Nudeln mit Tomatensauce wie ein Fertiggericht. - Die Ofenkartoffel hat nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Einfach nur fad. Der Kellner erklärte bei der Beschwerde, dass der Chefkoch Dienstags nicht da ist und das dann mit der Küche halt nicht so richtig funzt. Ansonsten hat er aber nur mit den Schultern gezuckt. Ja wo gibts denn sowas. Meine Kollegen und ich werden nicht mehr hingehen, das war das dritte mal, dass wir reingefallen sind. Schade.

But due to the attentive service, the outstanding food and the attractive price-performance ratio, I can't help but give it the full rating. If you can find a parking space or don't have to rely on it, you can look forward to a restaurant that is worth visiting more than once.

We looked for a restaurant with good reviews around our hotel and found this one. We were greeted directly at the reception by super friendly staff and shown to the table. As soon as the order was placed, the drinks and appetizer were prepared and brought to the table in a flash. The staff was very courteous, friendly and motivated throughout the entire visit! After the above-average and filling starter, we were offered to wait a while for the main course, which we politely declined. And in no time the starter was set. These portions also overwhelmed us in terms of size and appearance! I'm not sure when was the last time I was so full with such delicious food! After all our efforts, the plates were scraped empty and the nice waiter was ready to hand us the dessert menu. Despite the sinfully good desserts that other guests around us ordered, we unfortunately had to pass on dessert because we were completely oversaturated... There was only room for a Gin Basil. This was also very tasty and rounded off the almost perfect visit to the restaurant. Unfortunately we are only here for a visit. If the restaurant were in our area we would definitely become regular customers! Everything can be recommended without reservation! Hats off and keep it up!
