ZOZO-Burger in Rellingen

The pizza tasted really delicious; the dough and toppings were excellent. Unfortunately, it was significantly smaller than advertised: instead of 32 cm in diameter, it was only about 29 cm. That's roughly 18% less, which is almost €2 less for a pizza that cost €10.79. For me, that's a definite deal-breaker, especially considering the already high prices. A real shame.

I ordered a 2 for 1 offer and other dishes, but only one of the two burgers was delivered. The driver didn't know anything about it. I was supposed to get my money back. After 5 days, I still haven't received or heard anything. If you don't want to make an offer, then delete it.

Best burger ever. We'll only order from there from now on 🤤 And we've tried a few in the area over the past few years. Go for the Smash Burger 😍 Service was good too. They specially picked out something for my daughters' kids' box, which they loved. And there were some really cute things in there. 🥰

The burgers are great, and the fries are a bit ambitious at €5. Since this is a delivery service, you can't eat there.

Food is always great! Delivery is pretty quick too.

Update 8/17/25: Driver is racing at 80 km/h in a 30 km/h zone and is overtaken. In a company car! What's going on at ZoZo?? Driver is traveling at breakneck speed and cuts through a parking lot at a red light... poor Rellingen/Hamburg, if an order needs to be made there, the service can't be that urgent to risk a red light violation... unless it's closing time in a COMPANY VEHICLE! 10:58 PM on Wednesday evening. I learned over the phone that the boss won't be available for complaints for another two days, very interesting... Ordering there is a no-go!

I ordered from ZOZO again after a long time and was immediately disappointed. I ordered the Two Hundred Fifty Burger Meal Burger with 2 x 125g beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and cheese, including one side and one drink of your choice. The tomato and pickles were missing. There was very little lettuce and two onions. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't juicy. But at least the delivery arrived quickly instead of the stated 45 minutes. Nevertheless, I'm dissatisfied. Unfortunately. Years ago, ZOZO was really great, and I used to order regularly. I don't know why the quality has declined so much, or why the burger isn't properly prepared, which makes you want to order more often. Too bad :-/

What happened to you? I used to really enjoy ordering from you several times a month. But in the last few months, you've been slacking off considerably: The food is cold (burgers cool down quickly, but they should still be at a certain temperature when they arrive). My girlfriend is allergic to tomatoes, which is why she always orders her burger without tomatoes. This rarely works in practice, though. And when it does, I get my burger without tomatoes, too. You really should read the order better! Also, there was only a small dollop of sauce on the burger, so the bun was very dry, and we had to put sauce on it ourselves. Then I wouldn't have to order a burger, but could make it myself. That would actually be better quality at this point.

I had a cheeseburger meal today and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I received the wrong ketchup, and what was even worse was that the chef was smoking outside with gloves on and didn't wash his hands; otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. Hygiene is paramount!!! You can pay by card here!

I ate a Burger here today and have to say it was surprised and very tasty. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home.

I ordered one of the croques today via Lieferando. What was delivered was an absolute disgrace. The pictures show a croque with plenty of toppings. In reality, it was a dry piece of bread with burnt corners. Instead of three pettis, there was only one petticoat cut up on the whole croque and there is one 25g of sauce included, which isn't even enough to cover half the croque - an absolute disgrace. I then called ZoZo and complained. I was offered a replacement delivery. The second croque looked just as pathetic. The second time I called, the employee simply hung up... I will never order from this shop again. An absolute disgrace!

Too long a wait and one dessert forgotten, I'll never order from you again!

This was my first order at this restaurant. I received a different burger than the one I ordered, and it was cold. The restaurant refused to deliver the burger I ordered.

I've never eaten at the place itself. However, I often order there via Lieferando. I can always recommend it! The food there is delicious, especially the Crunchy Chicken Wrap is my absolute favorite! Once, an order wasn't delivered quite correctly and even then I got my food after I called. The man on the phone remained very friendly, even though it was really late. I would always recommend Zozo Burger!

Today we ordered burgers from Zozo again. A chili cheese burger menu, a crunchy chicken burger menu and one chicken nuggets. As usual, delivery was very quick. The food arrived warm, the burgers are terrific. A really good portion, I think the price/performance ratio is very good here. The only thing I found this time was that the fries weren't quite as good as usual. But that's complaining at a high level.

The sweet potato fries for €5 are an absolute joke. That was exactly a handful. Very bad price/performance ratio. Unfortunately, eating on site is not possible. Of course that's not a bad thing with a delivery service

Crunchy Chicken Burger is a delight. A real tasty treat.

Today I was there for the first time. The boss himself accepted the order. I told him that we live around the corner and this is the first test... I ordered the crocue with chicken and mushrooms. In terms of taste, it was “pretty ok”, the garlic sauce is good. There was very little chicken on it and mushrooms: I didn't taste any or see any. See photo. Too bad!

I ordered a Sucuk Croque for €13. The food was delivered quickly as usual. It's the last time I'll order something here. The croque is an impressive size and I assumed it would have the same toppings, but puff cake! The relationship to toppings and bread is just disrespectful and a rip off to the customer! I pay 13(!) euros so that I can only eat bread and iceberg lettuce. The sucuk was cut into wafer-thin slices and had to be searched for in the croque, so you didn't taste it either. If you think you're going to charge prices like that, then you should offer the customer something!

We ordered a few times within a short period of time. And we were really excited! Burgers are consistently great in terms of taste, juicy and sufficiently topped. Pizza rolls well filled and also very tasty. Delivery always arrived hot and the driver was friendly. Gladly again!

I have driven past Zozo Burger several times in the past, and on June 6th, 2024 I finally had the opportunity to visit the snack bar. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Upon entering the store, my enthusiasm was immediately dampened. The interior was dark, the furniture and everything else in brown and black tones. Everything seemed wacky and had nothing to do with the pictures on the website. The counter was pretty shaky, but I ordered anyway. The nice lady at the checkout seemed pretty bored, but dutifully took my order: three burgers - one without cucumber or tomato - and a currywurst with fries. I paid 38 euros for this meal. Payment with EC card is possible, but American Express is not accepted. Since the interior of the store didn't appeal to me at all, I asked to take the food away. I waited outside the door and after a while the lady brought the bag with the menus outside. When I unwrapped the currywurst, I thought I was going to be hit. The dish looked like it had been thrown carelessly and the curry sauce was runny like warm oil! There was no curry visible on the sausage. Look at the photo and you'll know what I mean. I still took a bite - and immediately regretted it! The sausage tasted just as terrible as it looked – just like nothing. This misery went straight into the trash. The fries were at least edible, a small consolation. The burgers were edible, but my extra request was ignored. The burger was topped with cucumber and tomatoes, even though I specifically asked for them to be left out. There were neither napkins nor a picker for the fries and currywurst in the bag. Of course I could have complained, but then I didn't feel like it anymore. That's why I'm writing this negative review today. I won't give Zozo burgers a second chance either. The store will never see me again, there were just too many negative impressions. It may be that other menus are served better, but for me this burger place is definitely not worth recommending. ###Update### Unfortunately, I can't post the picture of the curry sausage because Google's AI recognizes it as feces! This is just gross and disgusting! If necessary, I will be happy to send the picture by email!

Croque was limp, I wanted without onions and extra sauce, but both were still on it. The fries were soggy and what was on the children's burger couldn't hurt anyone...it's a shame.

Really great food, absolutely great, the best burger I've eaten in a long time with juicy meat, fresh salad and well-fried bacon, just awesome, even my friend's wrap was great and I don't even like wraps. Absolute recommendation, we will definitely eat or order here more often!

The best pizza I could find in Germany so far! I ordered the Zozo Special and took it with me. Crunchy vegetables, juicy meat, not too much toppings and not too little! The bottom and sides were perfectly crispy and not dry! Clear recommendation!

Wir haben bestellt, da unser Lieferant geschlossen hat. Alles wirklich super. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis wie überall teurer geworden aber das geht schon einmal zwischendurch. Alles frisch zubereitet und das Essen kam so schnell, wir hatten noch gar nicht mit der Lieferung gerechnet . Wir hatten bei Lieferoptionen schnellstmöglich gewählt und das Essen kam binnen 20 Minuten. Völlig ungewöhnlich wenn man in unserer Gegend nach 20 Uhr bestellt Also wirklich noch einmal vielen Dank und nicht zu vergessen.....lecker war es auch noch! Auch der Lieferant war höflich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Snacks wie zb Mozzarella Sticks und Onion Rings kann man gut bestellen. Heute zum ersten Mal Pizza - der Teig ist relativ geschmacklos und der Belag für eine 18 Euro Pizza wirklich sehr mau!

Hab da jetzt Real talk 100 mal bestellt und es war IMMER sehr schnell da, knall heiß und knackfrisch. Keine Ahnung wer da die Pommes macht aber es sind die besten im ganzen Liefergame. Dazu ist der Preis echt fair und alle Fahrer total freundlich. Absolute 12/10
