At the beginning the Zoom kebab was the tastiest kebab I've ever eaten. But the last time I ate it, it tasted somehow different and not as good. I had heard that he wasn't that good anymore, but I didn't think that was true because he was always the best for me. But unfortunately it's true. Maybe they changed something in the recipe. It's a shame if that's the case. Otherwise they are very friendly and try to serve quickly.

The kebab in this shop is really tasty, and you can tell that business is going well. However, the conditions of the toilets are an absolute disgrace. This suggests to me that the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers. For me it was definitely the last time I ate here. It's unbelievable how you can run a store in such a disgusting condition.

I had the döner menü (11.50€). Bread tasted old, meat (kalb) was dry. Vegetables looked/tasted fresh, and sauces are ok. The fries were unsalted, quite bland. From all döner I tried in Aachen, it is firmly in the bottom 2. I do not understand how there are so many customers, maybe because the place on the other side of the street is closed (it was better). Would not recommend.

I once noticed that a person was having a medical emergency in front of the store, an employee went over and gave free water and checked on their welfare. Orders are processed quickly and I've never had to wait long here, even when it's busy. But you have to clearly communicate what you want so that no one gets confused. There is a discount for students, which is a great thing. For the high quality offered here, I think the price (€7 for a kebab, €11.50 for a menu) is absolutely fine. Card payments are only available from €10, so bring some cash if you're hungry.

Unfortunately, they have declined significantly. Today a colleague picked up food there and I was really shocked. I wanted a veal kebab plate with some onions, mayo, sauce (it was really unappetizing slapped on it) and no salad. I got the meat, a handful of fries and 250 onions, cheese and pepperoni that I wasn't allowed to eat and hadn't ordered. The mayo I paid for was completely missing. Absolutely disappointing for the price and a shame when the restaurateurs don't listen and just do what they want.

Doner kebab was dry and tasted nothing special. Friendly employee. Pigeons eat the vegetables from the kebab outside while you hold it in your hand. Inside there are tables with leftover food on them. Overall not recommended.

I ordered a doner kebab chicken meal which included fries, sauce and a drink. The price was €11.50 but there was a student offer for €10.50 which was clearly displayed on the screen. When I paid I noticed the sauce wasn't included. When I asked about the sauce I was told it was 50 cents extra. Seriously? What then is the purpose of the offer? This is misleading. If the sauce is not included, that should at least be mentioned on the screen.************.

New lady is giving small quantity if even though I ask for special.. This is really bad. In the picture you can see with special you cannot able to hold together. But now without much meat the thickness is low. Please make sure to give adequate quantity.

Chicken doner is disgusting and makes you vomit.

These guys don't know how to take orders. I often ate there because it is close to my apartment. Each time they mix up the sauces that I didn't order and twice I got raw chicken in the kebab which almost made me vomit. The worst thing is that they comment on customers in their own language. I won't eat in this store anymore.

The second time the sauce was so incredibly slathered on in several layers that I almost threw up after the third bite. The meat wasn't anything special either. But the kebabs that they sell there after 11 p.m. are absolutely bottomless. Ate there twice in the night and experienced the same thing twice: The meat is gristly and not even half cooked. The chicken was even worse than raw. I bit on pure pieces of fat and all for a price of 7 euros, although I had to buy 2 thirst quenchers so I could pay with a card. Absolutely horrible store like you know from the bus station but with very nice staff

Mainly, eventhough if we order for DönerBox or any items, they really put the meat as low as they can. It was not like that before. They have decreased the quantity of the meat they serve and as well as they increased the prices also. If rate increases means and if we are paying also, then it should be worthful for the money we spend on. But TO BE HONEST, at present the money spend here is Not worth it. Cost is High and Not upto the Money we spend. I FEEL IT'S NOT WORTHFUL FOR THE MONEY I SPEND AND THEREFORE I STOPPED GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT! I decided to try the Hänchen Döner (6.50€) from Zoom Döner today instead of the giant Döner place located bang opposite. I was delighted by the Döner! They have a "Panini" style bread which is filled with vegetables and sauces (Scharf, Knoblach and Cocktail). The Döner is filled in, followed up with some red chilli powder! This isn't your conventional Döner! The blend of sauces with meat and salad elevates the whole experience of having a Döner. The service is quick and you can pay by card above 10€. The seating is fine considering it's a small restaurant. The flavour stands out! I would definitely recommend this place for all the Döner lovers.

Laut den Bildern wird ein sogenannter Drehspieß aus Hackfleisch verwendet. Offiziell darf dieser nicht als Döner Kebab verkauft werden. Deshalb eine irreführende Beschreibung auf der Speisekarte!

War zum zweiten mal dort essen. Essen ist lecker die Bedienung freundlich und nett. arbeiten schnell um den Andrang auch zu schaffen. Sind hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Leider ist es ziemlich klein und man findet nicht immer einen Platz. Wer zuerst kommt isst zuerst 😋. Werde auf jeden Fall immer wieder dort essen wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Nichts besonderes. War das erste mal da. Habe mir ein Döner Teller bestellt. Dazu ein e Dose mezzo mix. Der Geschmack der soßen war gut. Aber leider habe ich den Geschmack des Fleisches nicht schmecken können. Kann man essen als Trend Food. Für mich persönlich kein traditioneller Döner. Topping ist Trend.

Für Veganer eher nicht zu empfehlen :(

Der beste Döner meiner Meinung nach! Kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen, weil ich bisher dort schon sehr oft gegessen habe und jedesmal wurde ich übertroffen von der Qualität!! Der beste Laden in ganz Aachen als auch in NRW. Empfehle euch dort zu essen falls Ihr Lust auf Döner habt!

Kam meine Freundin vom Krankenhaus abholen und war heute 3 Uhr morgens mit meiner Freundin einen Döner kaufen und einen Dürüm Döner zum mitnehmen und im Dürüm war einfach eine Büroklammer drin werde da nie wieder essen . Muss sagen der Service war top tolle Mitarbeiter . Aber essen werde ich da nie wieder.. Wie kann so etwas im Essen landen ?! Eine Frechheit ..

Bin das erste mal in Aachen,musste erst mal suchen bis ich dieses Döner geschäft gefunden habe(etwas versteckt).Personal sehr nett(geht auf wünsche ein)voller Döner und sehr lecker,Toiletten auch vorhanden.Sollte ich iwann nochmal hier sein komme ich gerne wieder,weiter so.

Der döner war die reinste Katastrophe das ist kein Kalbdöner sondern ein Salat döner in war hauptsächlich nur Salat enthalten und sehr wenig Fleisch. Ich empfehle es nicht weiter.
