Zattis in Ingolstadt

Unfortunately very disappointed with Zattis in Westpark. Takeaway pizza has often been completely burnt. If I had always seen it before, they would have stayed there. Please get out two minutes early and work on it because nobody wants something like that!! I have to say the new Zattis in Gaimersheim is better.

So what happened in WestPark was borderline, No greeting, no smile, nothing… The pizza 🍕 itself is greasy, the seafood isn't quite cooked through... the mussels with bits of shell... I pointed this out to this woman... then she hisses at me...; Can I do something about it that comes out of the packaging... For me it's a sign that they don't clean up how the stuff gets out of the packaging onto the pizza 🍕... Ugh, stupid... I'm thinking about informing the health department about these conditions... That was the last time for me and my friends and family at this pizzeria in WestPark... 👎👎👎👎👎

Pizza was tasty, but hygienically questionable. The man at the cash register collects and at the same time puts herbs on the pizza with his fingers! It doesn't work at all. So unfortunately disappointed.

Drank espresso. Unfortunately really bad :( 1.) Brewing group not flushed before use. 2.) Sieves not cleaned before use. 3.) Over-extracted coffee. 4.) Coffee lance for cappuccino is not cleaned, milk residue sticks Hygiene is not a priority. What a shame!

Get takeaway pizza regularly. Fast, super friendly service. The pizza is really very tasty.

It’s best to do take away than eat there during the peak hours. We ordered fungi pizza, the taste was just ok, not bad. The cost for 30cm pizza is 8€. Price wise, it’s pretty reasonable.

Delicious pizza for a small appetite. 🤤 Super nice service and short waiting time. Never wrong for in between. Because of the thin base, one pizza isn't enough for me if I'm really hungry 😊

The employee was very unfriendly and annoyed towards me and my brother. (Visibly rolled his eyes, just slapped change, etc.) We didn't do anything?? However, he served the customers after us (a group of young women) very friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great either. Wouldn't go again.

Ich liebe die Pizza dort wortwörtlich. Meiner Meinung nach die beste die ich bisher überhaupt gegessen habe. Kommen sehr oft und gerne dorthin. Eigentlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Seit Jahren sind wir immer wieder Pizza Essen im Zattis...Immer super Qualität...Die Pizzen sind günstig und super lecker... Das Personal immer freundlich...Und der Chef hat immer einen lockeren Spruch drauf ... frisch aus dem Ofen... besser geht es nicht... leider seit ihr nicht in Bad Tölz ... So kommen wir nur ab und zu in den Westpark...So wie heute ... Danke für die gute Pizza ...

Sehr freundliche Leute, bei sehr vielen Besuchen über 10 Jahre hinweg noch keine einzige negative Erfahrung gemacht. Pizzen sind günstig im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien und dennoch gut Der Belag ist stets großzügig, im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien wurde ich da noch nie enttäuscht. Immer zuverlässig. Der Teig ist sehr dünn (ich mags). Nur die Pizzaschnitten finde ich überteuert und nicht immer schmackhaft, das hängt dann davon ab, wie lange die schon rumliegen. Dennoch 5 Sterne, weil ich seit über 10 Jahren sehr zufrieden bin.
