Wir waren schon oft hier Essen. Das Surf&Turf ein Traum , das Rumsteak bekommt meine Frau auch immer perfekt. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Preise sind bei der Qualität gut. Kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Hallo, zusammen! Wir waren vor 5 Tagen zu 16 Personen zum Mittagessen bei Ihnen. Das Essen war okay. Die Tische-Stellung gar nicht. In T-Form! Das hat einige meiner Gäste sehr gestört. Das hat eine mögliche Kommunikation untereinander sehr beeinträchtigt. Und das jemand jemandem im Rücken sitzt, also...ein absolutes No Go. Schade, daß ich das nicht reklamiert habe. Wußte nicht, daß man das kann...

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience on New Year's Eve. Waited 1.5 hours for food. The taste of the food was good, only the schnitzels were about 5mm thick. At all 4 meals.

Went here for dinner with the family on Boxing Day evening. The nice service staff and the fact that they tried to serve everyone's food at the same time were positive. The mixed salad I ordered with sheep's cheese for €14.90 and the garlic bread for €6.90 are not recommended. Price performance was absolutely wrong here. The salad consisted of 90% iceberg lettuce, a spoonful of corn and kidney beans, 2 quarter pieces of tomato, a few onion rings and some sheep's cheese... Worth maybe €3... the garlic bot consisted of a baked roll with crushed garlic and oil...for that The price is much better! My fellow visitors' meat dishes looked good.

We have eaten at the tap several times and have always been very satisfied. So we decided to reserve a table for Christmas Day. The 8 of us were shown a festively set table. We were very satisfied overall. Great food, great service, very child friendly. We will come again.

If I can't eat a lot, I don't eat out and if you're allowed to have some foods as a senior citizen, I think that's perfectly fine! You can't go to a restaurant as an adult and order children's portions, in my opinion!!! And if we don't like something, I don't eat half of it, I just have it returned straight away! Tap keep it up

Ate here again after a long time. The food was good. The service with 2 people in a full restaurant is not enough. I would like to see a barrier at the transition to the entrance, quite drafty when the door opens and the smell of smoke from smokers wafts in.

We were here for dinner. There are enough parking spaces as it is a kind of clubhouse that is attached to a sports facility. The ambience is rustic, but the lighting is too dim for my taste, at least when reading the menu. The service was friendly, but everything took a little longer because the restaurant was busy. Unfortunately the food couldn't keep up. There was a hair in the salad and the stuffed minced steak was raw inside. After the complaint, it was fried again, but it was not possible to eat together as this also took a long time. Too bad.

Bruschetta was with onions!!! The salad was terrible! The salad dressing didn't taste like anything... the others looked good. They had ordered fries with meat. We would have done that better too. The only bright spot was the friendly service!

Der Salat war frisch, knackig, gut sortiert und die Sauce war über (!) dem Salat und nicht - wie fast sonst überall - unter dem Salat. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und die Lage des Restaurants zwar etwas außerhalb, aber hier gibt es dafür keinen störenden Autolärm! Wir waren jetzt 2-mal dort und planen gerade unseren nächsten Besuch. Lieben dank!

Tap is a “restaurant” that is located on or even in a clubhouse of a tennis court. It has retained the charm of a bygone decade and invites you to get together in a cozy atmosphere. The service is friendly and also accepts special requests when it comes to food. The steaks are highly recommended, but basically everything on the menu tastes good. I was there with three other people and two of us had a fillet steak that was cooked to perfection. Regardless of whether medium or rare, the chef does it very well here. The quality of the meat is also very good for the price. In general, you get very tasty food here for your money compared to many other restaurants. In my opinion, a little insider tip for a cozy evening with friends or family.

Had dinner there. I had a chicken stir fry. I enjoyed the food very much. It was as if I was with my mother (because mother is and always will be the best cook). I've been to a lot of restaurants, but this one tasted the best by far. I am extremely satisfied. I will definitely come again. That is certain. Service was excellent. The service was very attentive and very friendly. Every wish could be fulfilled. Personally, I found the atmosphere very nice. I know that tastes are different, but according to my taste, I felt really comfortable here. I like it rustic. I can generally recommend this restaurant.

Were there for the second time yesterday. We were able to sit outside. Yesterday there was a bit of a problem, but only a little with the drink order. hallo ! wir waren heute nach längerer Zeit nochmal im Zapfhahn essen! um 17 Uhr einen Tisch bestellt mit dem Hinweis das es das geburtstagsessen meiner Tochter ist da sie heute Geburtstag hat! der Tisch wurde telefonisch bestellt und es hieß dann wir lassen uns was einfallen als kleine Überraschung! wir waren die ersten Gäste dort und die Bedienung sagte uns erstmal das es erst ihr 3. Arbeitstag ist...aber wir dachten ok...kein Problem! die getränkebestellung dauerte 10 Minuten..dann vergingen wieder 15 Minuten eh die Speisekarte kam ! mitlerweile waren weitere 2 Tische besetzt dann kam der Salat und 10 Minuten später das Essen..bis dahin war alles ok ! draussen waren auch mitlerweile 2 Tische besetzt und drinnen mit uns 5 Tische! also nicht die Hütte voll ! meine Tochter bat darum das restliche Schnitzel einzupacken...klar..gebt mir noch 1 Minute! aus der einen Minute wurden dann 20 Minuten..meine Enkelin 20 Monate wurde auch schon unruhig und wenn ich nicht gesagt hätte sie soll doch jetzt bitte endlich das essen einpacken hätten wir wahrscheinlich noch viel länger da gesessen 😔 sie kam dann mit dem essen ..schnitzel nur alufolie drum nix worauf das Schnitzel gelegt wurde ..nur Folie! ich war entsetzt ! Überraschung zum Geburtstag gab es auch nicht ! die speisekarte hatte sich auch zum letzten mal etwas verkleinert und Desserts gab es nur gemischtes Eis!! wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht...viel Geld bezahlt und dann sowas 😔 ob wir uns das nochmal antun weiss ich nicht ..aber wenn drinnen 5 Tische und draussen 3 besetzt sind und dann von voller Hütte gesprochen wird finde ich das schon krass! schade ...echt schade

Went here specifically based on the reviews. Really very hidden, not even any advertising on the thoroughfare. This is not intended to be a criticism, just a comment. The facility there is getting old but, as you can read here, it needs to be modernized. But it doesn't factor into my overall rating because I don't care about that sort of thing. However, we sat very comfortably. We made reservations online, which I find very convenient. We wanted to book at 5 p.m. but it wasn't possible. Also 5:15 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. But 6:00 p.m. was fine. We expected that there would be some reservations. But that wasn't the case.🤷‍♀️ 2 tables were occupied, one with 2 people, the other with 6 people plus 1 child. Then why didn't it happen sooner? The only explanation would be personnel problems. Well, we were allowed to choose a table. My wife noticed that there were a lot of plastic decorations (flowers, etc.) scattered around the room. Men probably don't care either. Service came, very friendly but not that fake friendly. We thought it was great. 👍 Ordered drinks and they came to the table very quickly. In the meantime we had chosen food and then ordered it straight away. After a reasonable wait this was served. I forgot photos (as almost always 😏). I was just hungry. The pepper cream schnitzel I ordered was 2 smaller schnitzels plus fries. My wife ordered a stir fry. The fries were very tasty, to the point. Now the 2 points of criticism: The taste of the schnitzel was okay, but the shape and uniformity clearly indicated that it was frozen. I didn't expect that and was a little disappointed. My wife's last bite went from her mouth back onto her plate while the tendons were chewed.😒 Nevertheless, we give a clear recommendation. The rest was just right. As I said, super friendly, which is rare enough these days. We will definitely come back again.

Wir waren am Montag Nachmittag in Düren auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant und unser Navi hat uns zum Zapfen geführt. Ein Sportstätten Lokal mit Terrasse und vielen Plätzen innen. Das Lokal wurde wohl gerade geöffnet, wir hatten Hunger und bestellten bei der netten Bedienung: 1 x Schnitzel Wiener Art und 1 x Schnitzel mit Sauce Bernaise, beide mit Pommes und Beilagensalat. Wir bekamen je zwei Minischnitzel mit reichlich Pommes und meine Schnitzelchen mit aufgewärmter Fertigsauce. Die Beilagensalate waren auch nicht frisch, aber die Biermixgetränke waren frisch und in Ordnung. Berechnet wurden hierfür 39 € und mehr war es auch nicht wert. Das Lokal war sauber und die Bedienung sehr nett. Ich glaube, der Koch war noch nicht ganz auf der Höhe, da wir wohl die ersten Gäste zum Essen waren.

Hidden restaurant that isn't even on anyone's radar in Düren. Went there on a recommendation and ate here as part of a birthday. Very positively surprised. In addition to the simple, home-style, but delicious food, the friendly, attentive service is particularly worth mentioning. It's great that schnitzel is also offered as a chicken version. Furnishings are less modern, but still comfortable.

I had dinner there again with my family after a while. Unfortunately I only have to give 1 star for the food this time. We had the tap plate twice for 2 people and apart from the minced steaks you couldn't eat anything there. The beef was rubbery and had no seasoning. The pork had a strange taste and consisted more of sinew than meat. After we told the service. We received a round of drinks on the house as compensation. The service was great as always. We'll try it again to see if it was a slip-up, as we were actually used to something different from the tap.

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten eine Tomatensuppe als vorspeise, die leider nach nichts schmeckte. Jede Tütensuppe schmeckt mehr nach Tomatensuppe. Bei 2 Bestellungen kam eine falsch an, echt traurig. Die Qualität und quantität des Fleisches (Schnitzel) war sehr gut und die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Wir kommen nicht wieder

A great salad was served, beautifully prepared, the main course was excellent, the staff were courteous and very friendly. Food was really tasty. I had the pork medallions with Belgian fries and pepper cream sauce. The medallions were very well fried and well parsed. Fries and sauce are nothing special, but they tasted good! Side dishes salad + dressing also tasted good. I would love to come back again.

After a recommendation from my work colleague, I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service was extremely nice and friendly, and the selection of food was impressive. Every dish we ordered was deliciously prepared and made us enjoy the meal to the fullest. We reserved a table for five people via email and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to the next time and will certainly come back.

War super dort,habe mit meinem Sohn ein leckeres Schnitzel mit Zwiebeln gegessen es war hervorragend. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat bei nachfragen sofort geantwortet. Und nicht zu vergessen 😀 auch auf Kinderwünsche wird dort eingegangen. Dort werde ich Öfters mal Essen gehen.

Ich hatte heute das Vergnügen, das Restaurant "Zapfhahn" zu besuchen, und ich war von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und gemütlich. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam.

Unfassbar leckeres essen und herzlicher Service. Hier arbeitet man mit Herz, das spürt man in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wir kommen immer wieder aus Baesweiler für einen tollen Abend mit Humor, tolle Gastfreundlichkeit und (für mich) das beste Steak weit und breit. Macht bitte weiter so, wir sind unheimlich gern bei euch. 🥰

Nachdem man uns dieses Restaurant empfohlen hat haben wir es dann auch mal besucht. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich. Das essen aber war nicht nach unserer Vorstellung. Es waren auf keinen Fall Belgische Fritten, manche schmeckten frisch und manche waren total vertrocknet. Das Grillfleisch war aufgewärmt und fad. Auch die Jägersosse schmeckte wie fertig gekauft obwohl im Internet damit geworben wird das sie selbst gemacht wird.Summasummarum war die Bedienung super aber das Essen sehr schlecht

Das Essen sowie der Service sind ganz außerordentlich gut. Ich war schon sehr oft hier, habe stets ausgezeichnet gegessen und bin immer besonders aufmerksam und freundlich bedient worden. Auch Extrawünsche werden mit einem netten Lächeln möglich gemacht.

Mein Besuch in diesem Restaurant war einfach fantastisch! Das Steak, das ich bestellt habe, war außergewöhnlich lecker. Es war perfekt zubereitet, saftig und hatte einen herrlichen Geschmack. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss für die Geschmacksknospen. Das Restaurant selbst bot eine angenehme und einladende Atmosphäre, die zum Genießen des Essens beitrug. Der Service war erstklassig, das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Die Qualität des Essens und der Service stand definitiv im Einklang mit dem Preis, den ich bezahlt habe. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, um erneut das köstliche Steak zu genießen.
