I ordered from them (Sommerrolle Shrimp - wrapped with rice and vegetables) and I also ordered (Salmon with rice and vegetables with a delicious bitter sauce). The food was very wonderful and the service was very wonderful.

Very good Vietnamese cuisine. The food is freshly prepared and every dish tastes different. The service is extremely good and friendly. The furnishings are modern and lovingly designed. If there is a lot going on, you should be patient. This is then rewarded with excellent service and food.

The Zamui Restauranten Baden-Baden was an experience that I would not repeat. I was drawn to the terrace, although we ended up eating inside. The place itself has a very interesting decoration, with an art-deco style combined with Vietnamese touches, which promised a lot, but that's where the positive ended. The service was absolute chaos. The German waiter did not speak English and nodded without really understanding what we were asking. I wanted double portions of chicken and seafood nems, since there were three of us diners, but they brought a single portion cut in half. The disaster continued with the waiting times: first the chicken nems arrived and, after 20 minutes, the Pad Thai and the salmon bowls. And 25 minutes later they brought the seafood nems! It doesn't make sense. To make matters worse, the Pad Thai was scarce, and the salmon bowls were tasteless, nothing like what you expect from a poke bowl. The bill rose to €77, with two glasses of Riesling and a soft drink. In the end I spoke to the owner, who did speak English, and she apologized for the bad service, but nothing more. The truth is that, walking around the city afterwards, I saw much more interesting restaurants than this one, and I was left with the feeling of having chosen wrong. I wouldn't go back.

We have been eating there regularly during racetrack season for about 5 years. It was always very tasty, beautifully prepared and the price-performance ratio was really good. Gladly again and again

So if after 45 minutes I don't even have water on the table and I have to complain twice until the drinks (partially) arrive, I'm already disappointed. But when I order a sushi bowl (I'm attaching a photo from the menu) and get a salad (corn, tomato, etc.) with salmon, I'm speechless. Prices are fair - but I wouldn't go there again

One of the only place in Baden Baden with a large panel of options for vegan people ! The food was great and the service as well, really happy about it.

What a gem! My wife is gluten free and vegetarian and finding options was very easy. The Tom Kha soup was incredible. The non-alcoholic homemade drinks were lovely as well. We ate at this restaurant multiple times in our short stay in Baden Baden.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hotel Quellenhof. The price-performance ratio is great, the service is very quick and friendly and the food is always delicious. I love the wakame salad, the summer rolls and the chop suey. There is also sushi (no nigiri but California rolls and maki - very tasty) and a very large selection of vegan dishes. My husband always liked it too. The ambience is nice, but I find that the rooms are very cold. What I find crazy is that I wasn't there for several months and the Asian waitress still remembered my last order :D

What comes out of the kitchen is a joy. The service staff is attentive and pleasant. There is a fountain bubbling in the dining room.

The food was very nice but unfortunately a piece of glass , almost 1cm long, ended in my mouth after taking the plate from my child, so that I can finish the noodles she left. The owner insisted on the fact that it was plastic from the packaging... ( like this is explaining everything.....). They didn't even offered not to charge the dish or not to charge our drinks (one beer and a bottle of water) . The waitress was very kind, nevertheless!

The three of us ate there at lunchtime. Large selection of dishes that were all tasty. The ambience was good and the service was ok. You can't complain about the price.

What an absolute surprise. The food and drink is superb! I had a delicious smoothy of mango and mint, followed by an excellent Pho bo (Pho beef). Pretty authentic to Hanoi except the beef was already added when it came to the table. I was not expecting anything this good from this little gem.

Deze plek is heerlijk rustig en heeft een overheerlijk menu. De kwaliteit van het eten is geweldig en de bediening is heel prettig. Het is een schoon en comfortabel restaurant. Echt een aanbeveling om rustig en lekker te eten.

Es gab schon einen Besuch vor circa 2 Jahren, der schon unterirdisch war. Freunde berichteten dann, das es einen neuen Inhaber gäbe. Also 2. Chance, 2. Versuch. Um es kurz zu machen, es war wieder eine Katastrophe, sowohl von der Bedienung, als auch vom Essen. Die Teller gingen unberührt zurück, natürlich bei voller Berechnung. Nicht mal den Reis hat man hinbekommen. Die Inhaber waren lieber am Rauchen vor dem Restaurant, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Als man uns dann erklären wollte, das Ketchup und Mayonaise selbstverständlich über das Sushi gehören, mussten wir das Lokal schnell verlassen. We were in the mood for Thai and the good reviews convinced us. We got a table straight away and without any problems. The decor is a matter of taste, personally it was a bit too kitschy for me. At least we had some peace and quiet, which was great! The food is cheap and there is a lot to choose from, including vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Maybe I would have preferred to try it, because unfortunately the duck really wasn't good. I had no idea that meat could be so greasy, and the consistency was very mushy and therefore not enjoyable. I couldn't eat a lot of it. The rice was okay, but a bit boring and bland, but the sauce was obviously freshly prepared and very tasty. The service was nice, but disappeared at some point. At some point we went out and looked for her to pay because we hadn't seen her for a while. It wasn't a disaster, but it wasn't good either, I personally wouldn't recommend it.

We visited the restaurant because of the good reviews. You can really eat very well here. Whether meat or vegetarian, the dishes are perfectly prepared. We stayed in Baden-Baden for 5 weeks and went there several times. This restaurant is highly recommended!

We had a spontaneous meal here today. The reception was very nice and the order acceptance was also very quick and polite. The food didn't take long to arrive and from the looks of it, it looked very good. The taste was even better. I can't complain about the price either. All in all, a very successful and tasty stay.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the food was bland. Especially the spring rolls.

Since we know original traditional Asian cuisine well, we didn't think the food was bad, but rather "ordinary" and trimmed to look "western". If you don't like experiments, this is definitely the right place for you.

We spontaneously had dinner here on New Year's Eve. We got a table at short notice, initially with a time restriction, but then the plan was rescheduled so that we were allowed to stay seated longer. The food was freshly prepared and was delicious.

We visited this restaurant 20231228 at 2100 due to it's close proximity of our hotel. The atmosphere was good and at first the server was pretty welcoming. Upon receiving our menu's and after less than 10min our server returned to us and stated to us in a very rude and unprofessional manner that we needed to "choose quickly" because the kitchen is going to close in 20min. The time was 2108. So we chose our appetizers then our main course. The server came back to us after 7min and said one option (the shrimp wrap) wasn't available. So we chose another one. The appetizers took a while to come out. While we were waiting another couple came in and was seated next to us. The same server as we had attended to them, took their drink order, and told them to "take their time" to decide on their order. Finally our appetizers arrived and about 5min later our main course arrived. While eating another couple arrived then a party of four. They weren't told to "choose quickly" and weren't pressured into ordering. In addition to all of this taking place, not once did the server come by and ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. We we informed her that we were ready to pay, she rudely stated "that we pay upfront". Before she walked away I informed her that it was very rude and unprofessional to tell customers to choose quick on their orders especially when other customers walked in after us. She stated (again being rude) that's what her boss told her to say and walked off without giving an apology. When we paid our tab usually I tip very well but did not this time. While the food was absolutely amazing the service was below standard. We will not patronize this establishment ever again. Servers need be trained more in proper customer etiquette.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Vom Betreten des Restaurants bis zum Erhalt des Hauptgerichtes dauerte es 1 h 20 min, und dann wurde statt bestelltem Entengericht ein Lachsgericht serviert

An excellent restaurant, where we have been 4 times now and will continue going and recommend to anyone who likes eastern cuisine. We have tried several dishes and they were all very delicious. We went with small children and they ate also with pleasure. The service is perfect, very friendly. And it is not expensive. The restaurant is also very clean and the interior modern and pleasant.

Authentische vietnamesische Küche

The ambience and setting of this restaurant is really nice with outdoor seating in a courtyard area. However the food was disappointing and very average. The vegetable tom yum soup which contained few vegetables lacked the typical flavour and turned out to be made of the same paste as the Thai curry. The chicken Thai curry was made using poor quality breaded chicken. The pho soup seemed like a packet mix soup and lacked depth of flavour of a pho broth made from scratch.

Am Pfingstmontag waren wir im Restaurant Zamui. Das Lokal befindet sich in Baden-Baden nahe der Caracalla-Therme, etwas zurückgesetzt zwischen zwei Häusern. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, wo wir gegessen hatten. Und es gab einen großen und modernen Innenbereich, den wir bei nächsten Mal vielleicht nutzen werden. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Essen - knusprige Entenbrust mit Gemüse und Reis - war ansprechend angerichtet. Hat lecker gerochen und auch lecker geschmeckt. Dazu gabs ein kühles Hoepfner-Pils im Königspilsner-Glas. Gerade richtig nach einer kleinen Wanderung und einem Stadtrundgang. Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei der Auswahl des Essens beraten. Preislich hats gestimmt und für Baden-Baden sogar günstig. Das Restaurant Zamui ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Haben sich deutlich verbessert im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren! Alle Gerichte (Pho, Miso Suppe, Curry und Bowl) waren sehr lecker und schienen qualitativ hochwertiger als früher. Toll, dass es nun einen Lieferservice gibt.
