Um 17.30 vorbestellt auf 18.10. Es geht um 3 mal Gebratene Nudeln. 19.37 immer noch kein Essen da. Nie wieder!!!!

Ich habe das Essen zum Liefern bestellt. Es wurde für 18:30 vorbestellt. Nach einmaligem Anruf um 18:50 wurde gesagt, dass Essen wäre in 10 Minuten da. Letztendlich kam das Essen um 19:40, allerdings fehlte die Hälfte.

Horrible!!!! Never ever I order at U. Bestellung nicht richtig. Hab andere Sache bestellt. Keine Sticks, Fisch ist warm (sashimi muss kalt sein)und gelüftet. 40€ for nothing. Will tell all my friends that

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend mit fünf Personen dort und haben das Buffet gewählt. Unsere Getränkebestellung wurde sofort aufgenommen & die Getränke kamen zeitnah. Das Restaurant war insgesamt zu ca. 80 % gefüllt. Geschirr wurde nicht oder sehr spät abgeräumt und es war insgesamt sehr laut/unruhig. Unsere Erwartungen an das Buffet (18,50 Euro/Person) waren schon im Vorwege nicht sonderlich hoch. Dennoch machte sich schnell Enttäuschung breit - es war schlechter als vermutet. Zu Beginn gab es nahezu keine Auswahl und es wurden keine Speisen nachgefüllt. Während des ganzen Abends gab es z. B. keinen Reis und kein Gemüse (...bei einem asiatischen Buffet...).. Die Qualität der Speisen war eher unterdurchschnittlich. Unsere Beschwerde wurde vom Personal zwar aufgenommen, aber nicht beantwortet und auch nicht entschuldigt. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht wieder besuchen und es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin extra aus Spanien angereist, um im Restaurant Com Lam zu essen, und das Essen hier ist wirklich köstlich und fantastisch.

War vor ein paar Jahren mit meinem Schatz schon mal da. War ein mega toller Tag mit ihm und der krönende Abschluss war das Essen da👍😍 Das Buffet war Klasse,lecker besonders die knusper Ente 🤩 Jetzt war ich vor kurzem mit meiner Freundin dort auch diesmal lecker Essen... immer wieder gerne. Wir waren am 2.weihnachtstag mit meinen Kindern und meinem Schatz dort. Der junge Mann der uns begrüßt hat war mega freundlich und sehr aufmerksam 👍🏼 Er hat gemerkt dass ich zb. Probleme mit der Treppe habe und hat mir sofort angeboten das ich den Aufzug benutzen kann 😊 Das Essen war sehr lecker und wurde immer frisch nachgereicht 👍🏼 Allein die Freundlichkeit war so schön das ich immer wieder dort hin gehen würde ❤️ Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Euch 🫶🏼 LG Nicole

Uns persönlich war es etwas zu kalt,haben etwas gefroren. Essen und Service war sehr gut👍. Toiletten könnten etwas sauberer sein und etwas netter duften😕 Aber das hält uns nicht davon ab,dort wieder essen zu gehen 😋. Über die Preise kann man nicht meckern, alles in Ordnung.

Wir waren eingeladen worden und leider war es noch ein bisschen schlechter geworden als wir es in Erinnerung hatten. Es war kaum Essen in den Schalen gewesen. Viele Portionen waen sehr fettig und die Soßen waren die reine Gelatine.

Wir sind jedes Mal begeistert! Das Sushi ist wirklich toll !!!!

Super nettes Personal, leckeres und frisches Essen und die Preise sind auch absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir waren Buffet essen und alles wurde immer wieder frisch zubereitet und heiß gebracht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben gleich nochmal ein Tisch reserviert! Bis bald! :)

Das Essen ist gut. Zum Mittagsbuffet sind die Speisen häufig lange leer.

Schön zu sitzen, Preise sind deutlich erhöht worden seit letztem Besuch.

Guter Service jetzt bei den Getränken am Tisch. Schnell und zuvorkommend und sehr nett! Qualität des Essens und des Buffets haben aber schwer nachgelassen. Behälter immer wieder leer, es wurde nur wenig und zögerlich aufgefüllt. War gleich wieder alle. Das ist schlecht. Gerade natürlich die Lieblingssachen wie gebratene Ente, Huhn oder das Garnelen Gericht. Macht keinen Spaß mehr und war auch kein Genuss! Verbessert Euch wieder oder wir sind raus. Update: Neu bewirtschaftet seit ein paar Wochen. Leider zum Nachteil! Die nette lachende Bedienung leider weg, mit der wir uns sehr gut verstanden hatten und die den berühmten guten Rundumblick hatte, mal ein Späßchen machte .... Jetzt muss man darauf hinweisen, daß mal aufgefüllt werden muss. Sehr Schade, momentan negative Entwicklung! Traditionelles China Restaurant - Personal freundlich und zurückhaltend. Sehr leckeres Essen mit viel Auswahl und gut gewürzt!! Ich geh immer wieder sehr gern hin. Preis Leistung topp. Für mich angenehmes Ambiente und keine Bahnhofshallen Atmosphäre. Wenn voll, Service etwas langsam, wenn leer, dann schnell.

I found the buffet much too small. Could you go to a different one where it's bigger?

We were there today about an hour before closing time. And we spontaneously took the buffet. Even though it was already quite empty, they offered to cook us whatever we needed from scratch. It was so delicious! I haven't had such delicious Asian food in Heide in over 25 years. The taste is truly amazing. And there's a fantastic selection. You can really tell that everything is freshly prepared here. The prices are fair, and the staff are very friendly.

5:30 p.m. Worst buffet ever. Leftovers from the lunch buffet were lukewarm. Some pans were empty, and the others were filled with stirred-in leftovers. Disgusting. Sorry for my companion! Ate pasta on vacation. When I complained, I was given a sneer. Never again!!!!!!!

A typical "Asian" restaurant with Vietnamese owners. The food is standard fare, but recommended for a quick lunch (buffet). Tip: If you're traveling by train from Hamburg to Sylt like we did, you can take a lunch break here and continue on with the next train.

We had the dinner buffet with four people. The service was super friendly, accommodating to our requests, and regularly ensuring that our guests had everything they needed. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of selection.

Everything was really, really greasy. Purely deep-fried food. Everything that was fried tasted like fish. The young man who served us was very friendly and attentive.

A journey back in time. I'm nine years old again, and my parents want to introduce their young son to Asian cuisine. That was 25 years ago. Yen-Yen brought me back to those carefree times. Buffet was delicious and was always freshly refilled. The selection of desserts was not that extensive but the price-performance ratio was top even our dog was welcome there.

I ordered takeaway. The food was freshly wrapped upon pickup and was still piping hot even after 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the baked duck was quite fatty and had gristle. This was my only criticism.

I recently (re)discovered this restaurant and am glad I came. The ambiance alone is worth it, but the food is also great. The service is polite and friendly, and even small special requests are accommodated. My new old favorite place, especially when I'm in the mood for something Chinese.

To be honest, my expectations weren't particularly high based on the restaurant's exterior. But the carelessly coordinated decor, consisting of artificial flowers and typical Asian knick-knacks, reinforced this impression. Unfortunately, the food wasn't even mediocre. All-you-can-eat basic food with little to no selection. Just when I was hoping the house-made lime-mint lemonade might turn things around, my existing opinion was unfortunately confirmed once again by an attack on my cardiovascular system and the suspicion of diabetes. Well, you know.

Beautiful beer garden, really great! You could almost disconnect your battery there. Great Chinese beer with ice cubes and a cigarette. 🚬 Highly recommended.

We ordered sushi for delivery and were very satisfied. However, within an order, the veggie box sushi should be packaged separately from the fish sushi. Delivery was quick.

We ate on site. The buffet was again super tasty. The staff was so attentive and friendly. We ate our fill. Gladly again. Top!!! 👍🏻

The buffet had become smaller, there was almost no ice and ice crystals had formed, which indicated that it was older Overall the food was okay Prices from the buffet online and on site do not match! Price-performance is not OK. 18.90 for the buffet instead of 14.90.

We took things out of the house today. Unfortunately, communication on the phone was poor, the lady didn't understand me and I didn't understand her. The fried noodles were bland, there was no meat in the food, although she told me two types, chicken and duck. Everything tasted watery, so much money for that. And the portion bowls are also smaller than before. Never again for us!

Two years ago I wrote a review that didn't speak so well of the food, ordered it again today and I have to say it was excellent... the sushi 🍣 that I ordered isn't worth 5 stars but almost 4. There's also a very tasty flat rice noodle salad with plenty of fresh greens and two large spring rolls. I like to order from you. The punctual delivery was also great. Keep it up

What a disgrace!! Reserved a table online for Saturday, February 15th, 2025. Between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Full of anticipation, we stood in front of a closed door because they were “closed for operational reasons”. At least the reservation page could have been closed... We were disappointed and angry because we went there specifically. Impudence!!!!

We really enjoy eating buffets at Yen-Yen and have been there several times. We have never been disappointed so far. Everything very tasty and fresh. Small but perfectly adequate selection, everything is warm, it is always filled up quickly, great sushi selection and the staff is very friendly. The price is unbeatable these days. We always enjoy coming back. 😊

After almost 2 hours we got food, only after asking did it come 10 minutes later. Cold and not fresh. €80 wasted!

We had something delivered. Everything was very tasty and the warm dishes were also really hot. We will be eating there soon. That's why no star for the ambience, because I don't know what it looks like on site. I can only recommend it!

Whenever we order food home our choice falls on Yen Yen. Clearly one of the best to-go restaurants here in Heide. Always super hot, fresh and delicious. Great seasoning, simply fabulous. Gladly again at any time!!

The selection isn't big, neither for the main courses nor for anything else, but ok. Tastes are different... I think it's good that the processed vegetables are mostly fresh, you don't have that often anymore. Compared to other buffets, that's true Price-performance ratio. However, it shouldn't be more expensive with the current offer.

1 star is still too much Ordered today – and definitely for the last time! Even ordering by phone was a disaster. After a tough 10 minutes we finally managed to eat four meals. After an incredible 1.5 hours, the food arrived - only after we called to ask where it was. Chinese noodles were ordered three times (one with crispy duck) and a menu called Flavor Duck. The result: disappointing. The food was cold, the "crispy" duck was inedible - thick breading with almost nothing but fat underneath. The Flavor Duck menu went straight to the trash. The noodles were okay, but only because we were hungry. The only positive takeaway: We will never order or eat here again. Absolutely not recommended, waste of money.

For a quick lunch Ok.....don't expect too much given the low prices!!!

Nothing has changed since last time. For me personally there is not enough choice and there were no French fries there. Sauces for that but no cream that doesn't fit. I won't go there again. There is an even better restaurant.

Well, what can I say, the duck with noodles wasn't that great. And of course there is no bill either. Didn't know when you order a dish that you have to pay extra for the sauces... So we won't be eating there anymore...

There was very little going on that evening. We ordered some sushi and ate buffet. The sushi was freshly prepared and was very tasty. The buffet was no longer particularly hot and some of it was already empty; unfortunately it was only refilled when we were already full.

I'm there twice. 1 time I didn't eat well. Have tried 2 times and the pasta is not well cooked. The rest of the food..Ex.beef with vegetables is not good..The insalata is not fresh. Sorry, but sooner is better.

My favorite Chinese in Heide. We were there for my husband's birthday. They were so kind, they brought us a plum brandy to eat. Fortune cookies afterwards. 💕😊 In general, I've been going there since I was 10.

We were there today for the dinner buffet. Very courteous staff, drinks were brought very quickly and they always asked in a friendly manner whether everything was OK. The food was really delicious, it was always refilled quickly so there was always hot food. My highlight is the sushi. It's freshly prepared and there's a nice selection. It tasted very fresh and delicious. Price performance was top. We would love to come back.

Even though I only wrote the truth, my review is rejected. That disappoints me very much. I can actually only give this store minus stars. You can't say that here. I don't understand.

Good Asian value for money. Food is also good

Ordered 4 things. Fried rice with chicken - I got yellow curry rice. 2x 8 mini spring rolls. These were tipped together only 11 pieces! The sauce was in the bag and the sauce packaging has melted and is therefore inedible! 1x Hanoi spring rolls with vegetables and minced meat. There was just a piece of pig there?! in there and no hack.

The buffet was always replenished. There are definitely better Chinese buffet restaurants. However, you will get full. The price/performance ratio was not appropriate. Children's buffet only up to 10 years.

The ambience was ok. What it is like in places like this. But the food was sublime. Plate not warmed. The food is lukewarm. You can probably expect a little more for the money. Just a very poor performance. I was here at 8 p.m. Don't think it's too late for hot food. Oh well. Once and never again.

Best Asian buffet in Heide and the surrounding area.

Hi everyone. We used to often go to the restaurant itself. The food was ok but at some point we were there again and something tasted different and we weren't thrilled. Today, after a long time, we ordered food and had it delivered to our home. My meal had beef and that didn't work at all. It just tasted like cooked meat. There is far too little sauce when eating, just enough to coat the food. My son had spring rolls and they were terrible. more dough than vegetables. Everything tasted very much like it was ready to eat and was quickly stirred together. You expect more from a restaurant. The only positive thing to mention is the delivery person, he was very nice. That was really the last time and I won't give this restaurant another chance.

At 7.30 p.m. the buffet was empty and we were asked if we wanted to eat the buffet. Three things were filled: 2x duck, 5 pieces each...1 x rice for not even 2 people and beef with vegetables. What food was still there was cold. And €18.50 is pretty steep in my opinion. Oh yes, my husband also ate flambéed salmon, which was good. So that was our last attempt at Yen Yen. What a pity

We had dinner delivered to our holiday apartment in the direction of Büsum, delivery time under an hour, absolutely reliable and the food was hot, the sushi was fresh and the mango salad was delicious.

If you are looking for a classic glutamate buffet, you will find it here. There are the classic meat and fish dishes. The price is reasonable and affordable. The money here is made through the drinks. These are slightly over-average. Overall recommended. The sushi is good too. I often go to the buffet, but I also like to order from the new delivery service.

So the food was so, well, hardly seasoned, very light. Things were missing from our order and they were delivered after a call but no apology or anything. Overall 2 out of 5 stars

I just had a top experience in Yen-Yen! Very friendly, cleanly dressed staff, delicious food at the buffet for me and excellent sushi from the menu for my wife. The yen-yen is 10x better than the last time I was there. Only the staircase needs to be redone!

Food of your choice, like a free buffet, eat as much as you can, very good, I recommend all the food there.

We've been coming here for buffet meals for years. I still think it tastes really good there. I just think it's a shame now that at the price of €18.50 (evening buffet) per person, it's not possible to have all the dishes available. Sushi (which is advertised on the flyer, for example) is always empty, as are spring rolls, bananas and small things. I just don't think the price is justified anymore when you can only help yourself to "half" of the dishes. If that were to change again, there would be nothing left to complain about. Service is very friendly.

We were there last night at 6:30 p.m. and just hours later we suddenly had symptoms of food poisoning. I've been there several times and never had anything like this before. The last time was a while ago, maybe the owner changed there or something else. In any case, there could be something wrong with the food, otherwise I wouldn't be lying here with these symptoms. I've read in other reviews that things from the day before are fried again, so that's no wonder. The buffet was sometimes a bit cold and brusque.

Since there is no buffet on Sunday lunchtime, we chose a soup and a main course from the very appealing menu (food from various Asian countries). Everything is very tasty, of good quality and "filling you up" at moderate prices. We didn't miss the buffet (on the contrary!) and would love to come back.
