The kebab is really very good. But if I pay €11.50 for a Dürum, then I expect there to be a decent portion of meat in it. Otherwise 5 stars.

The kebab tastes really great, the meat is tender and you can tell the quality. However, the price has increased by 2 euros within a year. In addition, you now have to wait at least 40 minutes for a kebab. I ordered two kebabs, but in the end I was only served one because apparently there wasn't enough meat left. The Iskender costs a whopping 17 euros, but unfortunately it was anything but a real Iskender. I used to enjoy going there, but I don't think €10.50 for a kebab that is rather small is justified. For this price I expect at least a much larger and fuller portion. The quality is good, but since the hype it has simply become too expensive.

Let's come to the kebab😎, top 5 in Germany😎 I can only say people, let these camera junkies chatter, the kebab is no better than at Ali around the corner! The beef, which is supposed to be so great, tasted too much like lamb to me, I can't tell whether it's lamb fat or the skewer is mixed with lamb, but the taste was noticeable. The herb/yoghurt sauce had no power at all, tomatoes, cucumber and onions were fresh. The bread is rather crispy, tastes like homemade, personally I like it better when toasted. Conclusion: The hype due to the influencers is definitely exaggerated, so I bought it especially from Berlin, Mannheim or wherever they come from just to eat the kebab.

While I waited, I grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge. When the machine beeped, I put the bottle on the table and went to the counter to pick up my kebab. When I returned, my water bottle was missing. I asked the staff if they had put them away, but instead I was treated very rudely. The manager accused me in a rude tone of saying that I should take better care of my things. There was no understanding or apology, although I remained polite. After some back and forth I got my bottle back and the new bottle was simply taken from the table with disrespectful behavior and facial expressions, the tone and the lack of customer friendliness spoiled the entire dining experience for me. It was particularly disappointing because I had to travel an hour to try this hyped kebab. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the trip at all - I definitely won't come again and can't recommend the store.

I recently went to this takeaway with a friend. After we initially sat down at an uncomfortable bar table with high chairs, a normal table became available. We got around on our own, which is a completely normal thing to do in a snack bar of this type, especially since there were no signs or other information indicating that you had to ask first. Shortly afterwards, an older waiter came up to us, whom I had ever seen for the first time that day. His first sentence was a sharp reproach that we should have asked him before we changed our minds. How could anyone have known that, without any information, without any introduction, without any communication? The accusation of having to ask him when that was his first sentence ever to us? He repeated this accusation several times in passing, without giving us the opportunity to react calmly or clarify the situation. This behavior seemed less like genuine concern for business operations and more like an impulsive need to exercise authority over guests who had given no reason to criticize. What was particularly noticeable was that the tone suddenly became more respectful after a male acquaintance sat down at our table. This raises legitimate questions about the respectful treatment of female guests!! Friendliness and a respectful approach would have been a given. Instead, the impression was that impulsive anger and unnecessary dominance were prioritized over professional customer dealings. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience that had a significantly negative impact on the overall impression of the visit

Versehentlich haben wir den falschen Mitarbeitenden angesprochen und wurden sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, bei einem anderen Mitarbeitenden zu bestellen. Hingewiesen ist hier das falsche Wort, wir wurden angeschnautzt. Weiterhin sind die Preise mit 10,50 € für einen Döner überhöht. Das „Restaurant“ sieht schmuddelig aus. Wie schon erwähnt sind wir wieder gegangen. Kein Döner kann so gut sein, dass diese Preise, das schmuddelige Restaurant und der miese Service gerechtfertigt ist.

Regardless of whether it was tripe soup, tavuk Şiş, kebab plate or the classic kebab in flatbread - every dish completely convinced me in terms of taste. The meat is incredibly tender, flavorful and simply of high quality. I am particularly impressed by the freshly baked bread, which gives every order a special touch. The combination of the two house sauces and the rocket salad makes the kebab taste unique and perfectly balanced. The entire team, both behind the counter and in service, is always friendly and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Personally, I prefer the classic doner kebab because the meat tastes fantastic on its own, but it simply performs best in combination with the flatbread, the sauces, the rocket and the other ingredients. I didn't find it quite as good on a kebab plate - the perfect interaction of all the components was simply missing there. Due to its high popularity, there can be longer waiting times at peak times, and unfortunately it is not possible to pre-order by telephone - which I personally find a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, the quality of the food prevails, and for me it remains the best kebab I've ever eaten. If you value really good kebab and high quality, you should definitely take a trip to Kornwestheim and see for yourself!!

I pointed out to him that my meat was soaked in the draining fat, but he just responded with a rude smile and still put this meat on my bread and said it's good now. He then handed the kebab over to his colleague for further preparation. The horrified look on my face didn't go unnoticed by the cashier, who eventually suggested I use a kitchen towel to soak up the grease. I rejected it and then his defiant comment was “whatever you want.” This was the next shock for me. Although he assured that the cloth was clean, this suggestion alone shows questionable hygiene standards. The kebab was of course inedible. Both the interaction with customers and the adherence to basic hygiene rules leave a lot to be desired in this store. Such disrespectful service combined with a lack of quality is unacceptable - especially for a price of €9.50. Price-performance ratio, hygiene and customer service are definitely not right here. I will not visit this store again.

Hiermit komme ich dem Wunsch der alten Dame, die in diesem Restaurant arbeitet, nach und gebe somit mein Feedback als Bewertung ab. Unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant war eine einzige Enttäuschung! Wir waren heute zu zweit in diesem Restaurant und haben zwei Döner, Getränke und eine Portion Pommes bestellt. Nachdem wir die Döner gegessen hatten, fingen wir an, die Pommes zu essen. Plötzlich wurden wir von einer älteren Dame, die dort arbeitet, aufgefordert, unseren Platz zu räumen, damit angeblich wartende Gäste Platz finden könnten. Das Ganze war ziemlich unangenehm, zumal wir gerade noch mitten im Essen waren. Als wir dann nach etwa fünf Minuten fertig waren (insg. ca. 30min im Restaurant) und zur Kasse gingen, nutzte ich die Gelegenheit, um dem Sohn der Dame ein freundliches Feedback zu geben. Doch bevor er darauf reagieren konnte, kam die alte Dame auf uns zu und reagierte sehr aggressiv. Sie behauptete in scharfem Ton, dass wir unhöflich gewesen seien, obwohl wir bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt überhaupt kein Gespräch mit ihr hatten. Ihre arrogante und laute Reaktion mitten im Restaurant war unangemessen und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, unerwünscht zu sein. Schlussendlich forderte sie uns auf, unsere Beschwerde online zu äußern und den Laden zu verlassen. Ein solches Verhalten trägt leider nicht gerade zu einem positiven Bild der Community, zu welcher sie gehört, bei. Wir werden dieses Restaurant in Zukunft meiden und auch unseren Freunden und Bekannten von einem Besuch abraten. Gäste sollten respektvoll behandelt werden – leider war das hier nicht der Fall. Wenn ich die Erfahrung in Stichwörtern zusammenfassen sollte, würde es folgendes ergeben: Unverschämt, untragbar, Agressiv, Arrogant.
