High prices in an unclean place, and worse than that, we paid a lot of money for the order and in the end we could not sit because of the coldness of the place.

The worst experience was at 20:22. I stood at the cup and waited. There was no one there. I asked the young man standing on the shawarma skewer for two shawarma sandwiches. There was no one before me. After that, there were customers when the same young man from whom I asked for two sandwiches came and said, “You don’t have anything to order.” I told him, “I told you, I want two sandwiches.” He said, “Think.” I greeted him and said that my friend or someone coming to his house was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him to speak to the manager and tell me I am the manager, so the store manager is like that

Very late, even an hour, I didn't get food, and very bad staff

I eat at this shawarma restaurant regularly and highly recommend it! The food is always incredibly tasty and the portions are more than generous - they really indulge here. The dishes are authentic, freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned, so you can enjoy the full taste of oriental cuisine. The staff is always friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. A great restaurant that you should definitely visit if you are looking for excellent oriental food.

I come here regularly, sometimes to pick up food, sometimes to eat on site. The crispy chicken, the nuggets with fries and the shawama are always delicious, as is the coleslaw. The prices are fair for the portions. As a rule, food is not brought to your seat; you are usually called. But the staff is always friendly. The restaurant itself is clean but not really cozy. Even after many years, you can still tell that there was once an MC in here. The men's toilet is also a disaster, unfortunately it looks something like a motorway rest area. The women's toilet should probably be OK.

I bought a fried chicken from you and it was one of the worst fried chicken experiences in my life. The meat was dark and it looked like the oil hadn't been changed in days. My stomach hurt for hours because of the taste of the oil. The staff there are very friendly and the place is good but the food is really bad.

Amazing halal food, we got chicken wings and they were super crispy and delicious 🥰 would say it needs a bit more flavor, but nothing ketchup can’t fix 😅

It took a very long time for the food to arrive. Burgers were very fatty and almost impossible to eat with hands, we were delivered the wrong burger. Fries were okay and the salad tasted a little too much like mint.

Don't recommend it for taste . If you really miss then it is ok. But i don't like the food and their quantities are also less

Unfortunately, I was there yesterday when the young man was looking up from two Arabic plates. He dropped two pieces from the plate and put a spoon in it again. He passed away and went behind the cup, not the kitchen, for 3 seconds. Then he came back on a replacement basis, and he didn't do anything to go out to the customers like that.

The buffet was manageable but tasty - you can only eat as much as you can manage

We walked in for lunch hour and got ourselves seated and no one came to give us a menu or even welcome us after 10 minutes. And then we got up and they were just staring. No management and no hospitality whatsoever. Felt so unwelcome so not going there again!

Mandi was really delicious! I would recommend you to consume this 😋. For €8.99 per plate I think it's good enough to be full and happy.

How to serve even the main courses on a small plastic tray? The paper softens in no time, it's impossible to eat so pleasantly. The chicken was dry, the rice was ok. Like in the canteen

I wanted to eat the shawarma but it was late so I ate the grilled dish but it was undercooked and had no taste and there was something else. Tualatin was broken and very dirty. That is my clear opinion.

I'm dryer than this kind of food I've ever tasted, and if you put someone and pomegranate molasses on a sandwich, and don't put the bread in a doughy, chewy way, I don't recommend it at all.

It's okay. Today I was there for half an hour, had an Arabic kebab meal with a drink and then left. There were many customers in the store.

Great atmosphere, good treatment and good reception. And the food is cheap and delicious.

The only problem is with wash room facilities. It seems very ugly ,dirty and foul smelly always.. Personally only because of this , many times I went to many other restaurants with friends even though they serve low quality food.

Plastic dishes not so nice for a restaurant and the duration of the meal definitely needs to be improved

The food tasted really good. Unfortunately it wasn't clean - the tables and floor were sticky. There was paper lying around in the toilet and the light didn't work. A pity. Besides, I don't have a receipt...

Everything was very tasty, some of it was a bit greasy, but that was probably due to the dish. I can only recommend.

Es war kalt und nicht geheizt. Musste die Jacke anbehalten. Das Essen war sehr lecker - das ist aber auch das einzig Positive. Die Toiletten sind eine Katastrophe. Dreckig, Rohre kaputt dadurch nass, stinkt. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Die beste dinge hier sind: Menu Crispy Burger mit Pommes Halbes Hunchen Crispy Chicken Chicken Wings Hahnchenfleischstucke Teller Fleishcstucke Teller Ich habe hier fast alles probiert, alles ist sehr schön und wallah schmeckt echt lecker.

Mein Lieblings-Araber-Restaurant in Halle; das Essen ist köstlich, besonders ihr Reis. Es ist der einzige Ort, den ich gefunden habe, an dem sie köstliche Levante-Küche zubereiten. Ich habe einmal ein libanesisches Restaurant ausprobiert, aber Yaman Sham ist das Beste. Auch der Service ist hervorragend – 5 Sterne.

Waren das erste mal da und mit der Auswahl an Gerichten etwas „überfordert“. Wurden aber bei der Bestellung super beraten. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

It's one of the only Arab places me and my friends always go to. The food is exquisite and tastes delicious. I personally love the crispy chicken roll and the mix grill platter. And the people here are the most kind and friendliest ever! I see them as my family at this point 😁. Also don't forget to try their sweet shop. Their kunafa is amazing ❤️

ich habe heute 2h auf mein essen gewartet das essen war kalt und hat nicht mehr geschmeckt dazu waren die Mitarbeiter noch unfreundlich zu mir gewesen

It was tasty and the food is great.

Since I am Syrian ,I know what to expect with food quality ,and since I live in Dubai ,I have ,kind of some exposure to what great service is about , so I can say that Yaman Sham barely met any of those standard .... orders were late ,few mistakes here and there with the order, the toilet is not clean ,tables are not well organized, and food quality is a ... meh.. But the most annoying thing is the atmospher, they could simply put some oriental music ,which would cost almost nothing ,maybe some plants or decoration here and there ,to reduce the suffocating atmospher..

Wenn man dort essen geht 10/10 aber wenn man über lieferando bestellt wartet man gerne mal 2 Stunden, essen sollte 14.30 da sein, es ist 15.15 - ist immer noch nicht da😂. Hoffentlich kommt es heute noch Edit : 15.45 kam es dann

Essen teilweise schmackhaft, teilweise ungenießbar, vorwiegend Selbstbedienung,, falsche Reihenfolge der Gerichte, Treppen und Toilette dreckig

Alot of the items on the menu wasn't available so we irder fatosh salat crispy chicken and grilled chicken. Fatosh was just blend salat with bad seasoning Crispy chicken is so dry and no taste except oil Grilled chicken was nice and jucy but lack of taste and spices!! We had to go and ask for plates to eat in. And forks and knives.. its help yourself restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!

Cooles Schnellrestaurant, leider gab es viele Gerichte nicht mehr und das Ticketsystem war nicht sehr nachvollziehbar (man bekommt seine Nummer nur gesagt und diese wird auch nirgends ausgeschildert).

Einladend schönes orientalisches Ambiente (vor Allem auch die Aussicht oben). Gut gelauntes Personal. Großzügige Portionen und hervorragendes Essen. Mein absoluter Lieblingssyrer in Halle!

Sham is good restaurant with lot of traditional arabic and turkish dishes. I highly recommend händchen schwarma. It's good to know that next to tables people can make traditional tschai tee for free. But, be careful - you have to mix it with hot water because it's really strong. My friends and me are frequent guests there because food is really cheap and delicious.
