As regular guests we are really disappointed……we had several plates returned from the Mongolian! Food burnt and inedible! The waiter was really great...he was embarrassed by what was presented to us as edible! It's a shame that the food and the ambience suffer so much there! Oh yes…… the Mongolian buffet is always refilled!

Unfortunately we weren't exactly thrilled with our visit on a Saturday evening. The buffet selection is OK, but when it comes to hot dishes, it's not particularly large. Aromatically OK, but rather flat (even after adding more salt - the food was pretty low in salt throughout). Unfortunately, the food from Mongolian BBQ was really bad. The meat was mercilessly overcooked and therefore extremely dry. The chosen sauce was completely forgotten several times. The waiting times were extremely long for an estimated 35-40% occupancy of the tables. Some of the food came to the table cold. The service was very friendly, but a bit slow throughout. All in all, three stars is more of a friendly rating - I would have liked to have given it 2.5.

It was cold, not properly fried (baked banana, for example, was like freshly made with dough around it), peanut sauce was so light and runny and didn't taste good at all, duck wasn't crispy but wobbly and rich in gristle! So we haven't had such a bad meal in a long time and we're not difficult eaters!!! We are extremely disappointed and the price, 2 adults and 2 children: 65,- hefty....We then ate our fill of ice cream... what a shame

I was at XIAO with my wife for the first time today; we didn't have a reservation and we were still warmly welcomed. We were shown a selection of different seats. Apparently we tried our way through the buffet, which definitely surprised us positively. A good selection of fresh and hot dishes. The atmosphere is very nice and modern. The Asian waiter was very friendly and personable. He immediately took our empty plates and asked if we needed anything else. Overall we were very satisfied and would like to come back.
