You can do it. But you don't have to go there for the sushi. It looked like the packaged one from the discount store. The rest was standard and not great in terms of taste, but ok. The fresh things that you can put together yourself are very fresh and of good quality and the dessert buffet was great. We were particularly fond of the chocolate fountain. Service was friendly and attentive.

The XIA Pavilion is definitely worth a visit! The selection of food is varied and delicious, and the exotic meats that can be found at the buffet even during the week are particularly impressive. An absolute highlight was the operating robot that brought the food from the grill directly to our table - that was really a special experience! The service is consistently friendly and attentive, which makes the stay very pleasant. There is a large selection of seats, so you can always find a comfortable spot, whether you come alone, as a couple or in a larger group. What particularly pleasantly surprised me was the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant. Everything seemed very well maintained and inviting. I would rate the quality of the food as above average - not exceptional, but definitely more than satisfactory. Overall, the XIA Pavilion offers a thoroughly successful restaurant experience with an interesting technological twist. For anyone looking for good food in a clean environment with friendly service, the XIA Pavilion is definitely worth recommending!

Food was okay and tasty, we came in and were told that we should just sit at a table for four.... after half an hour of waiting we got the tickets ourselves... and after another 10 minutes I then went looking for someone... when we were finally able to start eating, I dropped off something to grill and after about 20 minutes I was delivered the wrong plate (different table number) and then received the correct plate but with completely different ones things. When I handed it over there in person, all I was told was: "You have to take it back there" so I kept walking until someone agreed to at least take the plate. However, without a suggested solution. I won't come again.

We like to eat here. Our kids are most excited about the grill buffet. Unfortunately, drink orders sometimes take a long time.

We attended the afternoon buffet on Sunday with three children. The service was very friendly and took care of us quickly. The selection of different dishes was extensive. Some of the food was already a bit dried out. The highlight for the children, however, was the service robot that brought the food from the Tepanyaki grill. Overall, the children were very enthusiastic about the buffet. I personally found it reasonable for the price.

Unfortunately the fresh vegetables were no longer refilled even though we were there at 6 p.m. That was a bit of a shame. Otherwise the standard buffet with grill. So good, but not exceptional.

Amazing buffet style restaurant with lots of options: fresh salads, hams, fruits, deep fried meats and seafood, fresh seafood and red meat that you can let them grill for you teppanyaki style. The best part is that a cute little robot delivers the food to your table! We will definitely come here again.

We've been there twice now, even though we drive 142km there.... Mega selection at the buffet... You can always find something in the huge selection of ice cream... There are even frog legs, crocodile and zebra for those who like it like....You can also have something freshly fried....

Had dinner here with my wife on the last evening of our weekend trip. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was tasty and plentiful. It's worth a visit if you're in the area and fancy a typical Asian buffet.

I was eating there, very unfriendliness in the conditions, man feels very uncomfortable, there is a lot of respect for what man eats because it is an open buffet, they think the man is lying or something. I also wanted a plate for my little daughter. I was asked a lot of questions. If I want to eat somewhere, I have to feel comfortable too..!

Staff overwhelmed. Drinks take forever

The staff was friendly but the food was really subpar. Not worth it anymore. Either it was fried to death or it had all been sitting too long and was dry. When I roasted the meat, a lot of it was burned.

A week ago I was at Xia Pavillon again with friends from the Swabian Alb. As always, very nice service and the food was very good and plentiful. We will always come back here.

On our last day of spa treatment we chose this restaurant as the crowning touch... And that was the best thing that could have happened to us. Super nice ambience, friendly service and a huge selection of delicious dishes, nothing was missing. And the highlight for our children, the chocolate fountain, We will miss it. 5 stars from us definitely 👍

We go here often with our children. You can always find something good to eat, no matter what you feel like. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating. Buffets are usually nice and hot and tasty. Fresh preparation from the grill is also very tasty. If you have something prepared on the grill, the food will also be delivered to you by a robot. The children always have a lot of fun with it.

If you like grilled, sushi and "standard Asian" dishes such as noodles, rice and spring rolls, you will definitely get your money's worth here. The grilling here is not just with soy sauce, as is often the case, but with a choice between 6 different sauces. You choose the sauce based on the letter on the bracket corresponding to the table, which is clamped to the plate. There are of course a lot of desserts: cakes, ice cream, fruit and a chocolate fountain. What we found to be very good was that we were there with our brother-in-law, wife and 2 children: the restaurant has a small room where the children can play or watch TV (in this case Spongebob was on) instead of having to sit at the table forever. We were also placed close by because of the children so that we could keep an eye on the little ones. Really great :)

Food was okay, often dry and nothing special. Cocktails were relatively good but nothing special. Otherwise the toilets were just nothing special. For the price it's okay. Sushi was really bad.

I would give 0 stars for the food, inedible. I have never eaten so badly, the fried foods were fried to death that was impossible to digest. Price performance doesn't match, OK for the ambience and service but a disaster for the food. This was our second time there and it was clearly the last time!

Unfortunately we will be there for the last time. The quality of the food is not appropriate for the buffet price. Little selection of already cooked dishes. Very large buffet for freshly prepared food, which is then brought to the table by a robot. Unfortunately there is not enough sauce on the dish, which means there is hardly any taste and the dish is lukewarm because the robot travels to several tables and thereby cools it down. Service makes an effort. 8 people 6 adults 2 children all buffet, no alcoholic drinks Unfortunately it wasn't worth €220 :(

I was in the restaurant on a Sunday. On Sundays there is a huge selection of dishes at the buffet. Especially the selection of raw meat and fish that you can have fried. It ranges from zebra to crocodile and kangaroo to the well-known ones such as chicken, turkey, beef and lamb! When it comes to fish, you can choose from salmon to scallops and much more! The fried food is then brought to the table by a service robot, in keeping with the times. A downer in the restaurant is the noise when eating. Due to the large room and the many large and small guests, it is inevitably very loud and of course the ambience suffers as a result! This restaurant is a good choice, especially for larger groups, because there is something for everyone, regardless of diet!

It was okay, but we somehow expected a little more. The selection of food was good, but dessert could have offered a little more variety. The service was friendly, but we had to keep pointing out that we still needed drinks. We were 4 people. Cleanliness still has room for improvement. We had food leftovers from previous guests under the table. The water for the spoons to remove the ice cream didn't seem particularly hygienic. Should be changed more often. We found the atmosphere of the restaurant nice. All in all it was a nice evening.

At the buffet, the food is sometimes only produced when the buffet is empty or it is not recognized. I find the food to be mediocre in terms of quality, hence only 3*. The service was attentive and nice, could be a little more attentive but was fine.

We had dinner there last Friday. What can I say? Great atmosphere, it was a Chinese New Year party with great musical accompaniment by Andreas Kruppa. We liked it very much. The buffet was plentiful and tasted great, and the service was great. We'll definitely go there again.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und das Buffet war sehr vielseitig und lecker. So lecker, dass ich vergessen habe Fotos zu machen 🙈 Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Obwohl viel los war, hatte man nicht das Gefühl gehetzt zu sein. Wir gehen auf mit Sicherheit wieder hin!

Essen ist Top. Der Service ist Top. Das Ambiente ist zwar schön, könnte jedoch einen tick gemütlicher machen.

Wir waren schon öfter dort waren auch bisher immer sehr zufrieden, doch dieses Mal mussten wir zu unserem erschrecken feststellen das wir für 2 spezis 2 saftschorlen und ein Mineralwasser (alles 0,4l ) 62.80 gezahlt haben das war leider unser letzter Besuch dort denn wir fühlen uns einwenig über den Tisch gezogen. Servicekraft hat uns leider auch nicht immer richtig verstanden. Bei einem unserer Teppanyaki Teller mussten wir auserdem feststellen das sich zu den meerfrüchten ein froschschenkel verierte, der von uns definitiv nicht auf diesen Teller gelegt wurdeb . Zu allem Überfluss wollte meine kleine Schwester mir zum Geburtstag eine Freude machen und hat zusammen mit meinem Freund beim Personal nach einer wunderkerzenföntäne gefragt. Diese wurde leider komplett vergessen

In diesem Restaurant gibt es sehr viel Platz, auch für größere Gesellschaften. Das Buffet ist sehr sehr groß. Von Suppe, Sushi, eingebackenes, Salat, Soßes, verschiedenes Fleisch und Beilagen, alles vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Teil mit Lebensmittel, die man sich auf den Teller macht und dann fertig gebraten werden. Auch außergewöhnliche Levensmittel, wie Zebra o.ä. Es gibt viel Nachtisch. Eis, Schokobrunnen, Tiramisu, Wackelpudding, Kuchen und vieles mehr. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich. Auch ein Roboter ist vorhanden. Ein Besuch ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert und zu empfehlen.

Aber Weihnachten und Silvester ein kräftiger Preisaufschlag ....bei erwachsenen kostet es dann 29,90€ pro Person und Kinder dann 15,90€....der Preis bei kleinen Kindern bleibt bei 6,90€......es wird nirgends darauf hingewiesen.....sowas finde ich persönlich als Abzocke

An sich ist das Essen für die Verkostung am Büfett echt gut. Nur das Ambiente hat stark abgenommen. Es ist eher eine Massenabfertigung mittlerweile. Das ist sehr schade.

Es gibt hier echt ein großes Buffet zu einem guten Preis und recht guter Qualität. Leider gibt es nicht mehr die leckeren großen Frühlingsrollen wie früher. Das Restaurant hat sehr viele Plätze wodurch man normalerweise einen Platz bekommt. Allerdings geht dies leider ein wenig auf Kosten des Ambiente.

Frisches Essen vom Buffet, es wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Personal ist freundlich, jetzt sogar Roboterkatzen die einem das Essen vom Grill bringen😅 Wir kommen schon seit Jahren gerne. Der Preis ist für die große Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Sushi, Hauptspeisen, Grill und Nachtisch absolut fair.

Leider ist das Essen was vor Ort frisch angebraten wird nicht durch.Meeresfrüchte waren alle noch teils roh.Die Leute vor Ort sind sehr freundlich aber bitte tut doch die Kois aus dem viel zu kleinen Becken raus

Einwandfreies Restaurant - hohe Qualität und gute Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. 1 Stern Abzug im Service, da sich in den selbst zusammengestellten Platten Abends plötzlich große Muscheln und Baby-oktupussis befanden...

Das Buffet ist recht umfangreich und geschmacklich gut. Jedoch hatten wir nach jedem Besuch Magen-Darm-Probleme, von Durchfall bis sich die Seele aus dem Leib brechen. Werden leider nicht mehr dieses Restaurant besuchen.

Echt super. Gehe schon sehr lange hier her und das Essen ist super. Nur das Aquarium sah früher besser aus.

Wir waren eben zum Buffet. Alle Speisen im Teig waren mit fetten, voll gesogen. Wir haben die Hälfte wieder zurückgehen lassen. Nach Hähnchenspieße etc. waren sehr stark über würzt. Kein Vergleich zu der Art und Weise, die wir beim letzten Mal hier erlebt haben. Das schlimmste war jedoch am Eis: die ganze Kühlmaschine, in welcher die verschiedenen Eisbehälter aufbewahrt wurden, war mit Schimmel und dicken schwarzen Spuren überzogen. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie die Küche aussieht, wenn nur die Eismaschine so da steht. Es wurde schon Monate lang nicht mehr sauber gemacht.

Ein sehr großes Restaurant mit schönen Ambiente, dass für jeden Anlass geeignet ist. Das Essen am Buffet wird rasch nachgefüllt, falls etwas komplett leer gegessen wird. Wer Samstags Abends zu den Stoßzeiten kommt dem kann ich nicht empfehlen sein Essen an der Theke anbraten zu lassen.

Guter Buffet-Chinese, das Sushi ist leider nicht so gut und vielfältig. 😅

Хороший ресторан. Большой плюс, есть детская комната где дети могут играть если им скучно за столом сидеть. Робот "Котик" приносящий вашу еду приведёт детей в восторг. В тот день когда мы были не хватало персонала, пришлось долго ждать напитки. Но это я думаю не страшно.
