Always delicious, whether it's a waffle with coffee or a schnitzel with dinner. Everyone is very attentive and very friendly. The prices are also totally okay. We recommend!

Hello dear Wupper Terrace team, I actually didn't want to leave a review via Google, but rather write to you personally, but since I couldn't find an email address or website, I decided to do it here via Google. We went to their restaurant for the first time yesterday for Schnitzel Tuesday. 1.The fries: very good 2.The schnitzels: very good 3.The quantity: very good But the sauces served with it were in no way of the same quality as the rest. The sauces didn't taste like they were homemade, very stretched and watered down. Of course these are just our personal tastes and impressions! Maybe it would be an idea if the customer could choose one or possibly two sauces from their inventory. I hope you accept the kind criticism. Greetings from Wermelskirchen

Nice, friendly restaurant located directly on the Wupper. At the foot of Burg Castle (Unterburg), this is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes to Burg Castle or along the Wupper. Good value for money and fast, friendly service. For those who are comfortable, the path to the cable car that leads up to Burg Castle can be reached quickly.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Very friendly welcome and service. A special request for food was fulfilled excellently. We will be happy to come back.

It should be noted: Every meal is served with a starter. Unfortunately the soup fell into the stock pot. Extremely salty. Main course with fries. Unfortunately, despite the breading, Cordon Bleu tasted like NOTHING! Fries too short, fried too hot. Extra sauce...sorry...I've never experienced it...not definable as a sauce. Even packaged sauces look better and taste better. Underground!!! I've never experienced it!

Waited 45 minutes for the order, then got cold food (which is a shame, because if it had come straight to the table and been warm, we could have ignored the waiting time). Food was then warmed in the microwave. It also looked very bland on the plates. But the location was nice.

Unfortunately, there is a star deduction because card payment is not possible here and it is not described anywhere. Otherwise you really can't say anything negative here.

After flooding, apart from EC card payment, there is nothing to complain about. Nick also had two steaks here, as always, two large salads, I think that's okay. If I got a little more salad instead of fries! Hats off to the owners for having restored it so beautifully, especially remarkable for the flood image over the door arch in the kitchen/bar, not only as a "reminder", but also as a slogan/incentive to persevere, for the future!!! The Wupper terrace is now well attended even today in bad weather and the menu + cake/dessert, with homemade cakes, is a highlight for me anyway!!!👍👍👍🧜🏼‍♂️

Actually ZERO stars!!! Hello guys, if you are planning a nice restaurant visit, definitely avoid this restaurant!!! Otherwise the whole day is ruined!! I have NEVER experienced such cheeky staff! After 30 minutes of waiting at the table (without service, of course!) you are thrown out again! Because the waiter suddenly remembers that he “needs the table for something else”…(For what??? Don’t feel like it anymore??? Already at 6 p.m.!?!) And this despite the fact that, in addition to us, two strange, older, nice ladies have been drinking their coffee at the same table for a long time. We asked and the ladies gladly invited us to their table. They would also have liked to stay there if we hadn't been “kicked out”! (...we should “line up” again and wait again until another table becomes “free”!! Outrageous!!! Mind you at 6 p.m.!! (Opening hours until 10 p.m.!!!) An absolutely brazen insolence.!!! And then you get “done” by this cheeky, completely out of place staff!! No respect whatsoever!!!!! (After all, I'm 60 years old, so I'm not a teenager!) As an entrepreneur, I can only say: Such staff really have absolutely no place in the catering industry!!! Kick out!! But immediately!! ...if you as the owner don't want to lose your guests and therefore your existence! Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!! ….none of my large circle of friends, acquaintances and entrepreneurs in the Remscheid/Solingen/Wermelskirchen area and the surrounding area….!!! We won't accept anything like that!! Very unfortunate for the owner because we have enjoyed going there often in recent years...

Very unfriendly, if you just want to have a coffee here you won't be offered a seat. And claims we are reserved. I asked 3 people who came after me if they had a reservation. Anyone who cares about friendliness and humanity shouldn't go here.

We've been eating here for several years now. Price-performance ratio unbeatable. The waiters are very friendly and never at a loss for a funny saying. When the weather is nice, the beer garden right on the Wupper invites you to linger. Conclusion: highly recommended

I can't rate the food because we didn't eat anything, just drank something. Unfortunately the service staff weren't the friendliest. But what particularly bothered us is that ONLY cash is accepted. That's unacceptable these days and the reason we won't be visiting the place again.

My husband and I ate there for the first time today - and we loved it! We got the last free table at lunchtime. Very nice staff, a delicious starter soup that was included and a great meal with a really good price/performance ratio!👍🏻 We'll be back, even though Soligen isn't exactly around the corner for us🙂

Same super nice staff, been there for ages. And the food is fantastic. For us, Wupper Terrasse is the best restaurant in Solingen. German dishes to perfection. Waffles with hot cherries and vanilla ice cream are a must for dessert.

Wenn wir in Burg sind, dann Wupperterasse. Der Wirt und die Bedienungen Rafael und Nico top. Die Speisen sind lecker und die Anrichte hat sich richtig verbessert. Nach dem Hochwasser sind die Gasträume ansprechend renoviert wurden. Die Terasse ist bereits vor längerer Zeit schon überarbeitet wurden. Leute geht hin, das dieses Lokal noch lange erhalten bleibt. PS wenn es auch noch Bit geben würde dann unschlagbar. 😜👍

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Die Preise sind noch nicht so abgehoben, wie in anderen Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder. Ein Problem gibt es - man kann nur bar zahlen - wenn man es vorher weiß, ist es kein Problem.

Dienstag, Schnitzeltag, da habe ich es mal probiert. Lecker, zart und saftig, mit Jäger- und Pilzsose, sowie Pommes zu einem günstigeren Preis. Kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war gut, positiv ist, das man einen Seniorenteller bestellen kann. Im Sommer kann man auch auf der Terrasse sitzen direkt an der Wupper

Gut bürgerliche Küche. Schnelle Bedienung. Schönes Ambiente nur könnte mal überholt werden. Schön die alten Fenster, würde ich mal abschleifen und neu versiegeln. Würde sich lohnen. Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen da Preis/Leistung sowie die Speisen ob Pfannkuchen oder Schnitzel super lecker sind. Wir sind immer da wenn wir aus dem Pott einen kleinen Ausflug machen da auch im Sommer der Biergarten einlädt.

Wir hatten Putenschnitzel , was wirklich sehr sehr lecker war ,und Rumpsteak , auch sehr gut . Nur die Beilagen Pommes und Bratkartoffeln waren nicht gut . Die Pommes zu lange fritiert die Bratkartoffeln auch zu hart . Die Bedienung super freundlich

Absolut nicht auszusetzen . Wir waren schon öfter hier . Super Service und sehr leckeres Essen für Verhältnismäßig kleines Geld . Vor allem die Pfannkuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen .

Sehr nette Kellner, die immer zu einem Spaß aufgelegt sind. Draußen sitzt man angenehm neben der Wupper und etwas unterhalb der Hauptstraße. Das Essen ist hervorragend und viel, hier werden Preis/Leistung mehr als erfüllt! Sehr saubere und verhältnismäßig große Toilettenanlage, die inneren Räumlichkeiten sind unerwartet groß und bieten vielen Gästen platz. Wir sind durch Zufall dortgelandet, manchmal muss man einfach ein wenig Glück haben 😉
