We have visited the restaurant several times and almost always ordered the all you can eat evening buffet because it is just so great. There are very many options of meat, vegetables and dessert. You can also have things freshly fried (meat, vegetables), which is also very great. The restaurant itself is also very nice and has good, large tables for families. It's just a shame that the restaurant is rather dark. The waiters are also very nice and the service is very good. We can highly recommend it.

I was really surprised! Great atmosphere, great selection of food, also a great selection for children. I really liked the way it was put together with the fresh ingredients and that it was prepared straight away. Price/performance is great! We'll definitely be back 😊

Very nice, not too big, restaurant. The service is very polite and accommodating! I have rarely experienced something like this!! The buffet is not too big, but sufficient and very tasty. Please note that you have to climb several steps to get to the restaurant. We just carried the stroller up the stairs.

Very nice service, delicious food (warm, fresh). Tables are a little apart so you can move easily between them. For the whole thing, the price was reasonable.

We were here for a team dinner today. The food was, as always, very good and, above all, tasted fresh. The service is also, as usual, simply top. The only deduction is at the entrance, this one just doesn't seem inviting. It is also not immediately clear whether the restaurant is open. Apart from that, it is a very good and cozy restaurant that we always enjoy going to.

Price-performance hammer: mega selection, very good quality...even at the lunch buffet. Staff a bit cold but friendly.

We were really surprised. The food was great. Not to be compared with the usual Greater Asian restaurants such as the Shangrila. The sushi buffet and the salmon cooked in one piece were particularly positive. The interior seems a bit thrown together and the lighting concept is a drama. But we latte, with such delicious food

Table reservation worked this time - unfortunately that was it. Let me say in advance: We enjoyed going to Fujiyama for many years. But unfortunately we were once again confirmed - as soon as a certain employee is not in the house, you can forget about the service and buffet, which is why two people out of four went home hungry. On a Thursday evening (6 p.m.) the buffet was lukewarm and some bowls were almost empty (chicken breast, duck). The taste then turned out that it must be leftovers from the lunch buffet (meat dry and tough, sauces with a thick film of fat on top). When we pointed out the cold, old meat to the service, they simply turned up the controls at the buffet, but did not replace the meat and did not refill it the entire time. We then wanted to try fried noodles again, but the bottom was burnt due to the high heat. Of course, all of this for the full price of €23.90! I have no idea whether the two ladies were overwhelmed, but we were never asked whether we wanted something more to drink or whether we were satisfied. All in all, we were pissed, extremely disappointed and, above all, hungry. Unfortunately this is the end for us. 2 stars for the food because the salad and dessert were ok. Unfortunately, mussels that hadn't been ordered suddenly ended up on the plate at the grill. Buffet, see above. 1 star service, because of the successful table reservation, that's it. 2 stars for the ambience because the restaurant itself is well maintained. But this time there was neither a candle with the meal nor attractive background music (just the strumming of the piano).

I think the sushi offer is particularly good for the price. All other dishes are good. I would definitely recommend.

We went to the restaurant on Saturday evening at around 8:15 p.m. We were greeted immediately and a table was prepared for us straight away. Great 👍! Drinks were ordered and we were able to go to the buffet. Since I love sushi, my first course went there. Unfortunately it was already very clear. And unfortunately I have to say that the sushi wasn't refilled for the rest of the evening. There were only leftovers where the fish had already dried. It was similar with the warm part of the buffet. Only leftovers, which were at least refilled upon request. Unfortunately, drinks were also forgotten on the first slide. The chocolate fountain was out at 9 p.m. But it was turned back on when asked. There are several little things that I won't mention now. But what I have to say is that the staff was really nice and helpful at all times. When I paid afterwards, I also said what I wrote above. The staff was very insightful. I would perhaps have liked a small “compensation” in the form of, for example, a schnapps on the house, a discount, a bottle of wine. Anything! A little something would really have been enough. A pity. We were really looking forward to the evening, as you don't do something like that every week anymore given the prices. BUT we really imagined it differently. When I read the reviews here, it seems like it might just be a blip. Unfortunately we fell. A pity.

We have been regular guests at Fujiyama for many years (mostly at lunchtime) and have been very satisfied with our visits, both in terms of the food, the ambience and the hospitality. For us, the successful mix of cold and warm buffet is a reason to come back regularly, as there is something delicious for every taste. From a personal point of view, the freely selectable sushi variations from maki sushi to California rolls to fried sushi as well as the duck with peanut sauce and sweet and sour chicken breast with fried noodles are particularly recommended. The large selection of salad, fruit and various desserts is also great.

Very cozy restaurant, the employees are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The food is very fresh and already prepared. It's always worth eating a buffet there, you can try out everything, even new things. The sushi is a dream, the classic fried noodles always works too. I can only recommend the Mongolian buffet for fresh frying to everyone. We've been there a few times and will keep coming back...

Incredibly rude and rude. The staff is unfriendly to customers, anti-social and certainly not able to communicate. I asked a few matter-of-fact questions about the buffet. The conversation ended with the words "We're not a shitty chip shop, we're an exclusive restaurant." completed. The second call also showed nothing but the utmost rudeness and incompetence. Personally, as an employer, I would think twice about who I let interact with customers. I definitely won't even put myself through something like that!

Leckere Speisen. Komme gern wieder

Waren heute wieder zum Weihnachtsbuffet da und es war wieder super lecker. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Man kann gar nicht alles probieren, weil die Auswahl soooo groß ist. Inhaber und Personal 1 a !!!! Immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen ist absolut Top! Es wird ständig nachgefüllt und sollte einer sagen es hätte etwas Essen gefehlt würde lügen! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und fleißig! Ich kann nur sagen da kann sich so mancher eine Scheibe abschneiden! Ich kann alles mit reinem Gewissen sehr empfehlen! Immer wieder gerne! Weiter so und danke!

Super Auswahl am Buffet, schnelles Nachfüllen der Speisen und nette und schnelle Bedienung. Preis-Leistung passt auch. Wir kommen wieder!

Gutes Restaurant, frisches Essen . Das Personal ist wachsam , räumt sofort den Tisch ab, fragt nach Getränken, sehr freundlich. Da gibt man gerne auch ein gutes Trinkgeld.

Sehr lecker -besonders Barbecue. Alles wird ständig frisch aufgefüllt. Sehr reichhaltiges Buffett und freundliches, aufmerksames Personal.

Ein wirklich super zuvorkommendes Lokal! Ich habe dieses Lokal mit zwei Freundinnen jetzt zum dritten Mal besucht, obwohl wir gar nicht aus Hameln kommen. Dieses Restaurant ist zu unserem Nummer eins Hotspot geworden, weil es hier wirklich an Qualität kaum mangelt! Der Service im Restaurant war so liebevoll und hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen! Das Personal ist stets aufmerksam, freundlich und bereit zu dem Zeitpunkt und an jeder Stelle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man kann mit ihnen außerdem sehr nett und lustig plaudern, was eine sehr wohlfühlende und vertraute Atmosphäre zu einander direkt aufbauen konnte, was nochmal das Esserlebnis natürlich auch auf eine neue Ebene hebt! Die vielfältigen und köstlichen Angebote an frischen asiatischen Gerichten sowie auch Fleisch als auch Fisch zum Selberanbraten, waren schlichtweg umwerfend. Jeder einzelne Geschmack war authentisch und hat uns einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Der Chefkoch wurde sogar persönlich vorgestellt und hat uns auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist dementsprechend auch sehr ansprechend und authentisch gestaltet worden. Die Koi Fische im Eingang sind ziemlich süß. Eine liebe Bedienung hat uns sogar erlaubt diese zu streicheln, was kein alltägliches Erlebnis ist, muss man sagen! Eine einzige Kritik, die wir dennoch haben, ist dass man den Eingangsbereich (also den Bereich mit den Treppen) ein wenig monoton dagelassen hat. Der Bereich hat sehr viel Potential und das sollte man nicht zur Verschwendung gehen lassen, finden wir! Ein roter Teppich oder ein paar mehr Lichter würden schon eine Menge dazu beitragen. ☺️ Insgesamt ist aber zu sagen, dass dieses Lokal wirklich sehr empfehlenswert ist und wir ganz bestimmt ein weiteres Mal zum Essen kommen werden!

Ich war heute im diesem Lokal essen und bin im vollem Umfang zufrieden essen sowie Bedienung tip top und die Atmosphäre ist einfach nur himmlisch ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Guten Hunger

Essen preis Bedingung und admosphäre top

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Fujiyama Gäste und haben auch zum ersten Mal mongolisch gegessen und weil es dort auch leckeres Sushi geben soll, sind wir heute dort eingekehrt. Von der Größe des Restaurants und der reichhaltige Auswahl des Mittags Buffets waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Das haben wir im ersten Stock mitten in der Bäckerstraße nicht erwartet. Das Ambiente war angenehm, nicht so furchtbar überladen wie bei so manchen chinesischen Restaurant. Auch standen die Tische in einem ausreichend großen Abstand, so dass man die Unterhaltungen am Nebentisch erst gar nicht wahrgenommen hat. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Buffet war immer gut gefüllt, es gab nie eine Wartezeit. Die von uns probierte Speisen waren alle schmackhaft und lecker. Uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Zum Nachtisch wurde ein Obstbuffet mit einer wirklich großen Auswahl angeboten. Auch acht verschiedene Eissorten standen zur Auswahl. Wir können das Fujiyama uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Eigentlich ist es ganz nett dort aber leider immer viel zu voll. Gedränge am Buffet,nicht ausgefüllte Behälter, keine Teller kein Besteck. Die Mitarbeiter alle im Stress und total überfordert. Zum Nachtisch einen Schokobrunnen,eigentlich ja großartig aber Obstteller leer,alles restlos leergefegt,Kinder halten ihre Finger oder benutzten Bestecke darunter :/ keiner sagt was dazu ... Auf Anfrage wurde dann wieder etwas aufgefüllt aber man musste wegen des Andrangs fast um ein Stück Obst kämpfen. Vielleicht ist es nur am Wochenende so voll ,keine Ahnung wir waren samstags abends dort.

Das Essen ist fantastisch. Die Auswahl vor allem bei Sushi hervorragend und die Mango Sauce ist Spitze!! Der Inhaber ist der perfekte Gastgeber und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. 7 Gäste, Getränke wurden stetig nachgefragt und Teller zügig abgeräumt. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag Abend da und kommen bald wieder!!
