Anything but French fries has been a disappointment so far.

I ordered food, but the pizza wasn't cooked properly and the topping tasted completely sour. When I called to complain, they were rude and brushed off, saying someone would get back to me as soon as possible. Nothing happened. I was ripped off for 31 euros.

I don't know where to start, it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough wasn't cooked properly, I had to hunt for the cheese, as there was very little cheese. The toppings were completely careless and the taste wasn't great, but the prices were like Dubai. Outrageous... Never again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

The only nice thing was the swimming pool where the pizzeria is located! We were very impressed by the website and therefore decided to try this pizza. When we got there, we politely asked if we could go into the sales area (we were in the swimming pool stands and sweating ourselves to death), but we were told not to! So, I guess you can only order from the stands. We asked if they also delivered, and the answer was "sometimes yes, sometimes no!" A truly ridiculous statement. Anyway, we were hungry, so we ordered, and then went back to the hotel with our pizza! We were really looking forward to it, but were so disappointed! I don't think I've ever eaten such a terrible pizza! It was soggy, sloppy, undercooked, and absolutely tasteless. And all of that for €13. Absolutely outrageous! We won't be back!

We ordered a "homemade" lasagna and a Leberkäse (meal royal). It took over an hour to deliver, the food was incredibly cold, and the lasagna came in a cardboard dish. The dish wasn't even remotely full; there were exactly four lasagna sheets in a tomato sauce that was definitely not homemade, one of which was stuck to the bottom. Bottom line: the pasta doesn't taste good!!! Not to mention that it wasn't edible. Don't expect a true Italian lasagna, but with this one, you might as well stick with a frozen pizza, be full, and save yourself the €13.99 (!!!!!!!).

If 0 stars were possible, this store would deserve them. I ordered through Lieferando, and shortly afterward, the employee called and explained that the delivery would take too long. I asked if I could cancel. After I agreed (as if there had been an alternative), the delivery was still shown as delivered, and the money is gone because I had paid online. Theft is the first thing that comes to mind; I will never order anything from here again!! And I advise everyone else not to do so. I'm also currently considering possible further steps, such as filing a criminal complaint.

But I was in the blu. Food poisoning on day 3, even though I only ate one baked potato. Terrible. My colleague is experiencing the same thing.

We pre-ordered food here... It was supposed to arrive at 8:10 p.m.... It finally arrived at 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the pizzas were cold! Given the price, we expected more. We've ordered from WOP often in the past and have had similar experiences recently. We won't be ordering from WOP any more in the near future. What a shame...

On April 25, 2025, I ordered two pizzas and a cookie via Lieferando for pickup at World of Pizza (Brauhausberg 1, 14473 Potsdam). After waiting on site for over an hour, I was informed that there was no order. In fact, my order was forwarded to another branch (Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 57) without consultation. Instead of offering a quick solution, I was asked to reorder or wait for another delivery - unacceptable after just two hours of waiting. I then requested a refund via Lieferando. Unfortunately, World of Pizza has so far refused to respond to Lieferando's inquiries and confirm the cancellation. Such poor organization and lack of customer communication is absolutely disappointing. I expressly request that World of Pizza resolve this issue with Lieferando as quickly as possible so that I can get my money back.

Despite self-collection, there was no promised self-collection discount. The employees seemed overwhelmed, additional ingredients on the pizza or leaving out ingredients was not possible.

Today we visited the blu swimming pool as a family and had lunch at World of Pizza. The positives: - Small selection of vegan dishes, the pizzas are topped with Violife cheese substitute - If fries, burgers, and pizza are too high in calories for you, you can order a bowl as an alternative, with or without vegan cauliflower wings. My Osaka bowl with vegan dressing was tasty and generously portioned. - We all enjoyed it - You can add ketchup and mayo for free (unlike the obligatory and always too small single portion like elsewhere). - You can also sit in the restaurant area and eat your own food. But the cleanliness and ambiance are not good... sorry. We arrived at lunchtime at 1 p.m., and of course, the restaurant area was quite busy. Two large tables were reserved for a child's birthday party (a bit poorly decorated with a colorful table runner and a streamer—you have to bring your own good mood to this place). One table had been left so dirty by the previous guests that we refused to sit down even if we tried. A table behind the pillar didn't have a view of the bathroom, but the table itself appeared clean. Only at first glance, as a second look at the photo reveals. The thought: "If this is what it looks like in here, what must the kitchen look like?" kept running through my head. I'm not usually picky and don't need to eat off the floor, but even though our food was delicious and seemed fresh, I couldn't order anything else here even if I tried. As others have already mentioned, the dish cart was quite full and hadn't been cleared during our stay. After quite a while, a young woman appeared with flour-stained clothes and halfheartedly wiped down a few tables. I don't want to know what else was being cleaned with the rag; she certainly didn't have any dishwater with her. Our food beeper was covered in ketchup – our question to the young man at the cash register, asking if he could quickly wipe it off, was ignored. Maybe he thought it was a joke. We ended up doing it ourselves with a few napkins. I saw at least three other employees, so there were at least five of them. It should at least be possible to wipe the tables properly?! If you don't have enough staff for both waitress and pizza delivery, you might have to choose one. Otherwise, the walls here have seen a lot; they could also be washed, or better yet, painted. And then replace the broken lights with working ones. Or do all the imperfections become too noticeable with too much light? The place doesn't have much ambiance either way; it's as dreary as a brown banana. Conclusion: We definitely won't eat here again. The food was delicious, no question, but the cleanliness here (as is unfortunately the case in many places in blu) is completely out of place. Next time, I'll be in the know and stock our lunch boxes a bit better. And bring disinfectant wipes.

I had food delivered to work, both pizzas were undercooked! For €9 each, that's a big deal. Since the food is generally very overcooked, this was my last order. Too bad.

I ordered a pizza with pineapple and chicken strips. But the pizza arrived after an hour of waiting, cold, with slices of ham. I don't recommend this place.

We are disappointed. Staff was nice. Prices not cheap but like everywhere else. But the food! The "children's burger" was gigantic - normal burger size, but without cheese, tomatoes or lettuce. Instead there was a slice of sour cucumber, which all the children around us threw out in disgust... plus so many fries as if the children were all 16 years old. This shouldn't be called a children's menu. The pizza had plenty of toppings but was limp and didn't taste convincing at all - neither the base nor the toppings. You can definitely do better, World of Pizza...

I never really write reviews, but charging 12.90 for a pizza that's supposed to be large is worth giving a bad review. The 3.50 pizza from the train station is worth a thousand times more. I will never understand how anyone comes up with the idea of ​​offering 12.90 for a pizza that is absolutely small, just tastes bad, has a thin base and all the criticisms are simply against this price. You just notice that these 12.90 are being deducted on principle just because you go swimming there. Everything else is just as expensive. Absolutely disgraceful, definitely not recommended!!! PIZZA TEXAS: I have worked in this industry myself and have been a loyal customer of yours since 2022, but what I received on Saturday March 30th, 2024 before Easter is pure disappointment. You can see that the pizza was kept warm for too long because the driver wasn't ready yet. Less topping and every degree that it cooled, it became stickier and you had to hurry to eat it! Way too dry! And that's not possible with a €31.90 pizza! I only order jumbo pizzas from you. And as compensation, the owner is sure to wave back a ridiculous €5 voucher! I would have to get the money back normally or at least 50%, then I would be satisfied. PS.: THE PHOTO WHICH LOOKS COLORFUL IS THIS IS WHAT THE SAME PIZZA USED TO LOOK IN THIS STORE. BREAKDOWN!!! Update: Owner Toni Geißhirt just sent me a very friendly email with a €10 voucher. I'd be happy to give it another chance. Therefore there are 2 stars more, from 1 to 3 stars. We had a burger menu, bowl, finger food and gluten-free pizza. Everything was freshly prepared, the hot dishes were warm, everything was very tasty. Reasonable delivery time. The youngest is particularly happy about the gluten-free offer 👌

Poor quality - prices too high, service not quite mediocre...

The pizzas are quite good in terms of quality. I don't know whether the prices are justified (hence one star less). However, in terms of price, they are not too far removed from other delivery services, although some of them do not offer the same quality or selection (especially Call a Pizza, Dominos). There is also a 20% discount for self-collection. Cheese crust and wholemeal dough are also very good. So I'm happy with the taste and the taste experience.

Pizza always comes on time, is hot, tasty and very well topped, and special requests are taken into account. Always nice drivers, we are always completely satisfied.

World of Pizza, more like the end of the world. If you want to get a pizza there, you should have hiking boots, a compass and a good navigator. This hatch, that's all it is, is really located in the swimming pool at the end of the world. And if you think you're getting a good pizza, I'll have to disappoint you: My salami, 31cm for €16.90, was more than just average. Sure, it was hot and edible, but absolutely nothing I would describe as World of Pizza. Honestly: once and never again!

It was really damn tasty, the dough is just awesome.

Ich hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben, denn die Qualität und der Geschmack der Pizza haben diese verdient. Der Teig schmeckt spitzenmäßig, da freut man sich richtig den Rand zu essen. Ebenfalls spitze ist das breite vegane und leckere Angebot! Meine Bestellung war auch überpünktlich, super. Leider war die Pizza bei Ankunft nur noch leicht warm. Immerhin die erste Hälfte ließ sich so noch gut essen. Der frische Belag der Pizza war zudem im Karton verstreut, auch nicht so wild kann man ja schnell wieder draufmachen. Das Pizzaschneiden ist auch nicht gerade gut gelungen, musste eigentlich alles nachgeschnitten werden. Weil zu hause war das auch weniger ein Problem, unterwegs wäre es schon ärgerlich gewesen. Insgesamt also ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu viel, bei dem Preis müssen diese halt auch stimmen. Insofern 4 Sterne. Insgesamt sehr lecker und empfehlenswert, ohne die Kleinheiten wäre es perfekt. Edit: Bei der nächsten Bestellungen waren beide Pizzen perfekt warm. Dafür war der Teig diesmal etwas wabberig und von unten nicht kross gebacken. Vielleicht hat das auch mit dem Dinkelteig zutun. Edit: Bei der nächsten Bestellung hat nun endlich mal alles hingehauen. Dinkelteig war etwas besser im Vergleich zum normalen geschmacklich nicht besser. Ich empfehle daher den Standardteig. Die Pizza Honolulu ist mein persönlicher Favorite.

Pizza machen können sie sehr gut, für einen SUPER Preis. An den Namen könnte man aber Arbeiten. 👍🏻

Sehr zuverlässig pünktlich und lecker

Im blue der kleine Kaffe jetzt 2.90 Eur sehr teuer. Bier 5.00 Eur auch nicht gerade preiswert. Na ja man kann es ja machen oder ignorieren....

Leider sehr enttäuscht - im Gegensatz zu früheren Besuchen. Guacamole-Burger mit zwei trockenen dünnen Fleischscheiben, sonst sehr dürftig und lieblos belegt. Pommes dazu weich, wie wieder aufgewärmt. Zweite bestellte Portion Pommes wurde vergessen, kam dann zehn Minuten später, sehr kleine Portion (waren dafür aber gut).

Hatte seit Ewigkeiten wiedermal die Möglichkeit einen ganzen Tag in diesem herrlichen Ambiente zu verbringen. Ausklingen liess ich den Abend abschließend bei der sehr charmanten und sehr engagierten Lara von World of Pizza am Tresen bei leckeren Chicken Nuggets mit Avioli und einem köstlichen Alkohol freien Hopfenblütentee ;) Zwischendurch genoss ich noch nach dem Teeaufguss Laras selbstgemachten Pfefferminzeistee mit frischen Kräutern aus ihrem Garten. Ein Gedicht! Wir Stammkunden der ersten Stunde hoffen alle, dass trotz der Gaskrise unsere Erholungsoase auch über den Winter offen bleibt! Also liebes Sauna und World of Pizza Team Weiter so! Für das erstmal fand ich es super, genaue zeitliche Lieferung die bei Bestellung an gegeben wurde. Der Fahrer war auch super Freundlich und nett, super immer wieder gerne . Zum Essen war alles super warm als wenn man es frisch aus dem Ofen hat und alles sau lecker und auch frisch ...macht weiter so wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder auf euch zurück danke auch für die Kleinigkeit an süßes weihnachts naschi👍🏼🤩.... schönen 4 Advent wünschen wir dem Team und aber auch eine schöne besinnliche Weihnachtszeit euch allen ....

Es war wie immer ein inneres Blumenpflücken! Anscheinend fahren die Lieferanten 1000PS Dragster und die Köche versuchen einen neuen Guinness World Record. Abgesehen von der exorbitant schnellen Lieferzeit, alles in bester Ordnung. Diesmal hab ich auch selber einen Burger probiert, schließe mich der Meinung meiner Frau an: Peter Pan kann einpacken. Pizza wie gewohnt, super! Und Danke für den Wein, als Geschenk. Der schmeckt echt super. <3

Der Fahrer war pünktlich zum Zeitpunkt als wir bestellt haben. Das war alles da was wir bestellt hatten und es war sehr lecker. Ich hatte über die App bestellt.

Lieferzeit wurde mit 87 Minuten angegeben, ich wollte stornieren weil mir das zu lang erschien. Der Mitarbeiter der Telefonzentrale beseitigte mit seiner sympathischen, lustigen Art aber alle Zweifel , musste sehr lachen. Und das Essen war dann trotz verschneiter Straßen schon nach 40 Minuten da und mega lecker!!! Good Job! 👏
