2021 I'm really surprised and excited. We had two vegetarian burgers. The best burger I've eaten so far. A great atmosphere inside and out. The staff is very nice. We'll definitely be back. 2022 Addendum: We still love coming to the Woodland Inn. Unfortunately, the vegetarian burgers are no longer available with Beyond Meat. Which is really a shame. Because that was the main reason why we chose this restaurant again and again. This is what set Woodland Inn apart from other burger joints. Unfortunately for us vegetarians it is no longer number 1. 2024 Stayed at the Woodland Inn again. It has changed a little, but also for the better. The garden has become more beautiful, the menu is a little smaller and there is even insect repellent on every table. We had reserved, but had to wait another 2 to 3 minutes for the table to become available, which wasn't a problem at all. And yet we each received a drink on the house. What service, wow. The service was super nice, quick and attentive. We really like to come back.

Very, very tasty food in a great atmosphere. A little higher in price, but appropriate for the quality. Outside there is a playground almost opposite and you can also see the horses directly. I don't know whether there's something to do for the kids inside. The service took a little longer during our visit, but was always friendly (it was really busy that evening). The portions are large, you really feel full. Let's definitely go there again

Mega burger and pleasant climate!

Were there for the first time today and were super happy with our choice! We were brought to the table and served very quickly - our drinks arrived within a very short time and the food arrived shortly afterwards. The homemade lemonades were super refreshing and the burgers were really tasty. Really nice atmosphere in the beer garden and the waitresses were very friendly ☺️ The only small negative point was that the tomato was on the burger even though we canceled it - but it wasn't that bad and we just ate it. We'll definitely be back ☺️

It couldn't be better... people TOP, food TOP, ambience great, everything great...

The gentleman at the entrance was obviously confused that someone was coming. Although there were already plenty of guests there, the greeting was very taciturn and unfriendly. The waitresses are obviously not experienced staff, but are very friendly. Plus point! The food was boring at best. Price-performance ratio really bad. You can definitely describe the food from a local fast food chain as tastier, more interesting and simply better. The iced tea was also below discount quality. The ambience was ok. Here it all comes down to personal taste, and as we all know, this can be debated excellently. All in all, a nice 2 stars, nothing more is possible, especially considering the prices.

The quality of the burgers is excellent and the staff is very attentive. The interior is cozy and there is a lovely outdoor beer garden. However, it should be noted that there are many mosquitoes in the beer garden. 🦟 Otherwise it's a pleasant place. 🌳

Inn preserved and renovated in "American style" in a quiet location. The grill buffet offered everything you need for a successful BBQ. The mostly young staff were very accommodating and polite.

I thought it was cool that you could put together your own burger, i.e. bun, patty and toppings, so there is something for everyone. As for the side dishes, I found these cheese sticks very tasty (a bit like cheese soufflé for all the connoisseurs among you). But there is also a lot to choose from when it comes to side dishes. There was no steak today, so I can't say much about it. If you're a little hungry (children or grandma), you can also find something like smaller portions or a wrap, for example. The location and the ambience of the restaurant are very cool because it is very woodsy and natural (and therefore very quiet), now in the summer you can always sit outside (thoughtfully). When serving, I occasionally had the feeling that the layout of the table wasn't entirely clear, we were asked by one person if we needed anything else and then sometimes two minutes later someone else asked exactly the same question again. One thing I still have to get off my chest: DO NOT order one dessert (Woodland Cookie) for one person if you have already eaten a main course beforehand. The portion is really huge and is more suitable for sharing. All in all, really cool shop.

Highly recommended restaurant. We were very enthusiastic about the burgers. There is a lot of emphasis here on quality, regionality and sustainability. You noticed that and you could read it in the menu. We were really excited and are happy that there is such a great offer here. You can also play billiards free of charge from 9 p.m. 100% recommended. 5/5 stars!

A few days ago we went there for dinner with colleagues. From the food to the service it was truly sensational. We would particularly like to emphasize the great service. People kept asking if we were missing anything at the table. The timing was very convenient. The food was really good across the board! We were impressed by the price-performance ratio. We would love to come back and have already bought vouchers for various occasions that we can give away with a clear conscience.

One of the best restaurants in the city, the only reason it loses a star is the long waiting times for the food and the unfriendly staff, but overall it's nice.

We found this great restaurant by chance. What a great atmosphere you have created, respect, with great attention to detail, a great mix of modernity and the former US officers club! The service was very friendly and attentive, the food was very tasty. Price-performance is great, the quality is above average! On a recommendation for the best burgers in the area, I was sent to the Woodland Inn. Surprised by the ambience, I was offered a chic spot. The service was super nice and attentive! Beer and burgers arrived unusually quickly, the burger was great... But the hunger was bigger than the burger. So for dessert there were nachos with dip variations. They were really great! I have a clear recommendation!

The food and the ambience is really very good. The service was terrible, a friend got the wrong food and it took another 45 minutes for it to arrive. Didn't even give an apology. You can also sit there for 30 minutes with empty glasses… That's why I think 3 stars is appropriate overall.

Best burgers in the area. Simply everything is great.

We know almost all of the burger restaurants in the Würzburg, Schweinfurt, Dettelbach and Volkach area and more. Based on a personal recommendation from a customer, we had dinner there in the evening of February 2nd, 2024. Ambience nice and rustic modern. Service was very good, although the drinks took a while to arrive. Ordered 2 different burgers with fries. Waiting time was okay. We found some of the prices outrageous. The burgers themselves are reasonable at around 13 euros, but! 1 portion of conventional fries as a side dish, which was really not much, for 5 euros? For what? For fries that aren't even well seasoned or even hot? Unfortunately - here we also had criticism when asked about satisfaction, passed on to the service that the burger patties were unseasoned and there was very little lettuce on the burger, which made the burger itself very dry due to far too little sauce. If you then ordered a chilli sauce and spread it on the patties, the taste of the burger was ok, otherwise the burger unfortunately had no real taste of its own. Also sat meat had no flavor. Strange. Everyone has their own taste, the burgers were just too “boring” for us. But that comes from knowing the many alternatives in our region and expecting a certain level. In our opinion, improvements would be: - Season the meat of the burger patties - For a double beef burger, please put either sauce or cheese or salad between the two slices, otherwise your "top of the rock" burger will quickly become very, very dry and you will have to chew for a long time. - In addition to mayo and ketchup, there should also be BBQ and salt and pepper shakers on the table. - in the men's toilet, an additional light in the cubicle wouldn't hurt. - Prices for normal fries are way too high. - Receipt should be given to the guest without request. I think we'll come back at some point, but then we'll only try the steaks. Ambience really nice. We liked it, but we didn't leave the restaurant particularly euphoric, but rather reserved and disappointed by the food.

The No. 1 in the Kitzingen area when it comes to burgers!

Da wir nur die Bürger von Burger King und Mc Donald kannten, waren wir von der Qualität der bestellten Bürger sehr überrascht. Auch die dazu gereichten Sossen. Zudem war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Lieber etwas mehr für die Speisen ausgeben, dafür erstklassiges Essen bekommen.

Preisleistung ist nicht gegeben. Wir hatten Burger, Steaks und Rips. Bis auf das Steak war alles nur mittelmäßig. Die Gläser und Essensteller wurden nur teilweise abgeräumt. Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

So now finally, I don't know how many times I've been there in the last 6-7 years but you've been just great from the beginning until today! !! CAUTION !! (Older review - out again because it was never published) We ordered burgers, one of these burgers had a large fat maggot in it... (Maggots are found where meat etc. rots) Check the food carefully before eating!!!, I was always very satisfied with the staff and kitchen. After I said what was in the burger, the service came quickly to meet me. Sorry, I'll never eat with you again, it's too hearty. The cook must be blind if he can't see maggots that are as fat and big as a little finger crawling in the food! Yes, that's right, I should have taken a photo, I've heard that many times now, but I could have "incinerated" it. My first thought was to dispose of the food immediately, I'm not registered as a customer because I always ate at your table, and I never said that I always ordered. I don't need to eat for free on Sunday evening, anyone who makes good food should be paid decently for it, I mentioned that the staff came to meet me quickly! We've eaten there several times now. The food didn't even give rise to criticism. The amount per serving was also completely sufficient. The prices are (still) reasonable. The ingredients come from the region. Great! The waitresses were always very friendly and always earned their tips. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean. However, we had to sit down in the house at the beginning of October because it was a bit cool a week before (September '22). Therefore the outdoor area was no longer operated. A pity. Recommendation: It's best to sit in the outdoor area/beer garden in late summer. We liked it best there.

Mega Location, ganz nettes, lockeres Personal. Essen ist lecker, Preis Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Milkshakes unschlagbar. Dieses Mal war mein T- bone steak leider nicht so gut. Es war durchgebraten , wollte es medium. Konnte es kaum kauen, Der Hund hat sich zuhause gefreut.

Einfach gut. Gutes Essen und gute Wahl. Alles prima.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service ist sehr gut, nicht gerade günstig aber man bekommt eine sehr gute Qualität, so das Preis-Leistung am Ende stimmig sind.

Sehr lecker. Ich empfehle den Pulled Pork Burger

Wir saßen draußen im großzügigen (Bier-)Garten. Man bekommt einen Platz zugewiesen, weil wohl immer gut reserviert ist. Der Service ist auf Zack, alles junge, engagierte Leute, sehr freundlich und fix. Das Essen kam recht schnell und war echt gut. Hatten beide je einen Burger und Süßkartoffeln mit Pilzsoße. Sonderwünsche wurden auch erfüllt. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Milkshake mit Jacky - hätten wir nie gedacht, aber der war bombe! Was ich auch noch nie gesehen hab: die Gläser kamen direkt aus der Gefriertruhe (bei abendlichen Temperaturen um die 29 Grad sehr clever!)

Ganz netter Außenbereich. Die Bestellung ging flott, auf die Getränke mussten wir etwas warten. Zu essen hatten wir Burger und Burritos. Vom veganen Burrito war ich etwas enttäuscht. Der Tortilla war roh aus der Packung. Die Füllung bestand aus Dosenbohnen und frischem Gemüse. Das Ganze hatte kaum Würze und war fast kalt.

Zum Hotel gehörig, sodass man nach der Ankunft nicht mehr fahren muss - darum bucht man ja hier - toller Biergarten… und dann ein sehr schlechter Service, und ein unterdurchschnittlicher Burger, ohne jegliche Deko auf den Teller geworfen. Darum gut zu hören, dass es ab Ende September „Fine Dining“ geben soll.

Leckeres Essen. Freundliche, schnelle Bedienung. Besser geht es nicht. Weiter so. Ich hatte mich bei der Hotelbuchung schon auf das Restaurant gefreut und wurde nicht enttäuscht.

Best Burger in town, super Team, super essen

Die Burger sund superlecker und der Coleslaw einfach himmlisch.

Außen wird umgebaut aber innendrin zwar etwas dunkel aber cool gemacht, Burger geschmacklich & preislich top, Beilagen wie Pommes extra ab ca 4€, Soßen am Tisch und bestellbar. Sehr nettes Personal.

Burger war lecker, jedoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man den Garpunkt des Pattis abgefragt hätte. Der Brownie zum Nachtisch war sehr lecker, das dazugehörige Vanilleeis war leider zu gefroren und hatte Eiskristalle. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und interessant, etwas dunkel vielleicht, aber stylisch. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

While staying over in hotel Cavallestro, we had diner in this restaurant and it was a great experience. From the extensive menu we decided to start with Nachos with cheese and delicious mince meat. For mains my wife chose one of the many burgers on offer, with even a choice of bun, and she loved it. I had an excellent fillet steak. Together with this we had good fries and onion rings. We combined all this with a very nice Sekt. I would like to add that we were happy to be looked after by a very friendly lady, and that this restaurant is very dog friendly. We loved it!

Ich habe im Hotel Cavallestro übernachtet und daher beim Check-in gleich einen Tisch im Woodland-Inn für das Abendessen reserviert. Der Empfang war sehr nett und man würde schnell bedient. Das Konzept, dass man sich seinen Burger selbst zusammenstellen kann, ist ganz nett. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und ich hatte mich nach der Aufgabe meiner Bestellung auf etwas Wartezeit eingestellt. Zu meiner Überraschung hat es (gefühlt) keine 10 Minuten gedauert, bis mein Essen serviert wurde. Das ging schon fast ein bisschen zu schnell so dass keine Gemütlichkeit aufkam. Der Burger war ok, lies aber das "Spezielle" was mann aus der Speisekarte erwartet hatte vermissen. Die Süsskartoffel-Pommes hätten etwas knuspriger sein können. Sicherlich ein gutes Essen, aber kein "Wow" Effekt.

Cuisine assez mediocre. Mon burger etait tres sec et la viande trop salee. Dommage car le concept de choisir le pain et la viande est plutot sympa. Le dessert etait industriel et franchement mauvais. Bred cadre sympa mais cuisine vraiment sans interet. Excellente biere par contre.

Waren heute das erste mal da. Mit Kleinkind und Hund. Empfangs hon. mal sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen einen perfekten Tisch für uns, da wir mit Hund sehr gerne etwas am Rand sitzen, damit der Hund keinem im Weg liegt. Also perfekt. Zum Einstand habe ich gleich mal ein Getränkeglas umgeschmissen, sofort war jemand da um alles sauber zu machen. Mit Lächeln im Gesicht! Finde ich nicht mehr selbstverständlich heutzutage. Essen war sehr lecker, also Preis-Leistung passt für uns hier auch. Wer hohe Kochkunst erwartet, wird schon einiges mehr zahlen müssen. Außerdem weiß man ja das es ein Burger-Restaurant ist. Ambiente fanden wir gemütlich und man merkte erst auf dem Parkplatz wieder das wir heute 30 Grad hatten. Also Biergarten angenehm schattig. Bedienungen alle sehr aufmerksam und durchgängig freundlich. Wirkte nicht aufgesetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Lokal für schöne Stunden.

Were we lucky enough to get in same night for a reservation for which i was grateful .The food was okie burgers were good ..I had a chicken wrap also very nice size .but so much confusion with staff over this and that .i had ordered Canadian Fries ( which btw is not Poutine ..make no confusion there ..it has cream in gravy and no cheese curds no cheese period )with my wrap ,which never arrived .i had to mention to 4 different waiters i still had not received it and at end i was already done with dinner .my son ordered a black mama cocktail and also was wrong given a cotton mouth instead .if you would just assign one waiter or wait staff to a table that would help ..instead it was a mess repeating oneself to 4 or 5 different people

Nach dem netten Empfang habe ich um Tipps gebeten. Mir wurde ein Wrap und Cheesecake empfohlen. Beides war grandios gut! Lokales Bier und Wein gab es auch, das ganze Konzept geht also auf.

Woodland Inn - ........NIX Nachdem bei " Kitzingen lieferts " die Bestellerei nicht funktionierte, rief ich im Restaurant an und man erklärte mir, ich solle es über die Homepage probieren. Soweit - so gut, das klappte endlich ! Bei der Lieferung nach Marktbreit bis zur Haustüre, stand ein junger Mann mit zwei Tragetaschen, das kenne ich so nicht. Bei allen anderen Lieferdiensten kommt das Essen in einer Thermobox, besonders bei Außentemperaturen unter Null Grad..... Das war wohl NIX ! Nun zum Essen - wir hatten einen Coleslaw nach Franz Reich für 4.oo € - wer ist das, der einen Coleslaw macht mit 65 - 7o % Karottenanteil und räudig abschmeckt ? Das war wohl NIX ! Der Pulled Pork Burger war lauwarm im mit Soße durchweichten Brötchen ohne Tomate, Gurke oder Speck. Den Geschmack konnte man nur erahnen... Das war wohl NIX ! Meine Frau hatte einen Wrap Pulled Pork and Bean, der ebenfalls höchstens lauwarm war. Die Bohnen musste man suchen, aber man ( Frau ) fand mindestens 1o große Salatblätter eingewickelt.... ! Das war wohl NIX ! Der Caesar Salad war augenscheinlich groß, das Dressing separat - so wie es sein soll - doch leider in der einen Tragetüte ausgelaufen ! Der Salat bestand aus riesigen Lollo Rosso und Bionda Blättern .....meines Wissens nach besteht ein Caesar Salad aus Römersalat.... Die Tomatenecken hätte man als Bremskeile benutzen können..... Das war wohl NIX ! Die dazu bestellten Onion Rings waren ein Standart Fertigprodukt und ebenfalls nur noch lauwarm.... Das war wiederum NIX ! Bei den Pommes konnte ich eine gute Qualität erahnen und frisches Friteusenfett schmecken, ansonsten kalt.... ! Also fast NIX ! Somit wanderte rund 2/3 unseres Mahls in die Biotonne..... Nochmal NIX ! und für dieses viele NIX noch 1o Euro Liefergebühr ? Abschließend meine Wertung Woodland Inn .......ganz und gar NIX !

Prinzipiell gefällt mir das Restaurant bzw. das Konzept ganz gut. Die Außenbereich ist total nett. Die Auswahl an Burger, Steaks, Ribs ist wirklich gut. Geschmacklich war der Burger dagegen nichts außergewöhnliches, da fehlte einfach ein gewisses Etwas. Wir haben uns zum Burger noch eine Portion Pommes mit Parmesan bestellt und bekamen langweilige geschmacksneutrale Pommes mit einem Haufen Parmesan . Naja, da erwartet man von so einem Restaurant eigentlich was besseres als die Fritten vom McDonalds. Am Wochenende unbedingt reservieren!

Wunderschöner Biergarten, auch drinnen nette Location. Die Karte spricht sicher nicht jeden an, als Burger-Fan zähle ich mich zur Zielgruppe. Nach dem letzten Besuch vor ca. 2 Jahren, starteten wir letzte Woche einen neuen Versuch - und wieder enttäuscht. Die Portionen sind zwar mehr als reichlich - aber geschmacklich ist hier noch viel Luft nach oben. Die Burger sind ok. Die Salate gehen gar nicht. Ein Berg Salat und viel Dressing - das wars. Gilt hier das Motto "Quantität vor Qualität"? Wir waren mit vielen Leuten da - leider war keiner wirklich angetan vom dem, was er auf dem Teller hatte. Hoffentlich nehmt Ihr Kunden-Feedback ernst und macht was draus!
