I've known Bud since I was a little kid. Nothing beats Wolfgang Sämann's Schachlick. That's why we went to Bud yesterday after the fair. I hadn't had Schachlick in ages. It was really good.

Everything is delicious – highly recommended! They still grill with charcoal here, which gives it that special flavor. They serve not only sausages, currywurst, fries, meatloaf, and frikadellen, but also fried pork and shashlik, accompanied by the usual delicious sauce, all homemade. This snack bar has been around in Dudweiler for a long time, and to the locals, it's still called "Schöpflin" to this day. The snack bar is located at Saarbrücker Straße 242, next to Augenoptik Pitz on the market. Always follow the smell... :-)

A very extensive selection, pleasantly short wait times, and friendly service. One minor criticism: the curry sauce isn't exactly great; it could be a bit fruitier. But, of course, like pretty much everything in life, that's a matter of taste.

I was born in Dudweiler and have been eating there for years. Today I live in St. Ingbert and still come here regularly. I drive miles for this snack bar. There used to be a second person serving here. I haven't seen him in a long time. Absolutely the best snack bar.

Top. Currywurst with fries is a great snack and well seasoned. Definitely the biggest recommendation in Dudweiler and always happy to take a break there.
