DON'T use their website. It simply doesn't work. They advertise getting 10% off if ordered through their website but the website is not functional.

Food ordered and tracked online, should be delivered soon, via Lieferando. After a while I looked at my cell phone and there were 2 missed calls. Called there: "We couldn't reach them, we put food out and took a photo, bye bye"... Any call back was dismissed, whether from the store or from the delivery man. I looked at the original address and couldn't find any food, and I also walked around my block 3 times and didn't find anything. They really just put the food there without it ever occurring to them that they might be at the wrong address.. I don't like to play Easter just before Christmas and look for my food all over Karlsruhe. I find what happened there to be a disgrace. After all, it was a meal that cost 16 euros, which has now been paid for, but is now sitting around somewhere in Karlsruhe.

Delivery time too long, staff very unfriendly on the phone, also quoted completely different prices. Food didn't taste good at all, never again!!!!!

"A culinary experience in a class of its own! A visit to the "Wok Man" restaurant was an unforgettable highlight for me and exceeded all my expectations. The food was simply heavenly and definitely the best I have ever tasted. The flavors and spices in the dishes were perfectly balanced and made my taste buds dance. Every bite was a treat and enchanted my senses. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the high quality of the preparation. The ambience in the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The presentation of the dishes was a real feast for the eyes and showed the kitchen team's attention to detail. I can fully recommend Wok Man restaurant and it will definitely become my new favorite place for Chinese cuisine. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable culinary experience. Too salty, the chef is a complete amateur

Even one star is too many. The store is a disgrace. After two hours there is still no food. It's a shame to delay customers!!!

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. We ordered there and waited almost 90 minutes for the food instead of the stated 50 minutes. Unfortunately, the food was also a disappointment, the spring rolls were totally soggy, the meat was dry and the peanut sauce was inedibly spicy. The worst thing, however, was the driver, who was totally unfriendly and made a complete fool of us at the door, so you actually lost your hunger again.

Sunday order via Uber: 2 x Chicken Szechuan. The delivery time was about 50% too long, but the food was still warm. The packaging only made of unstable Styrofoam, not a reusable system. The amount of food was plentiful, the taste was rather average, with a strange aftertaste (I was able to cook it again). All in all, a 'good' three stars, and first I would improve the packaging. update August 2024: Delivery via Uber again. Eight treasures and vegan vegetable soup. The delivery time was just okay, late. The quantity is okay too. But the nasty taste actually has nothing to do with Asian food. Rice “without everything including salt” tastes like it has already been licked. Just like the thin broth in which the tough meat swam: endless bouillon cube flavor, nothing else. Even simple soy sauce couldn't be tasted. Cooking level 1/10 points, and that's still too much.

I usually get it to go, and have for many years. Service is always very friendly, food is tasty and prepared quickly. If it takes longer, you can take a seat in the cozy interior. The central location on Kronenplatz is ideal for on the way or eating on site.

2.5 hour wait for the food to arrive. After 2 hours I called the restaurant. Extremely unfriendly employee who simply hung up again. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and had to be thrown away. I can't recommend it.

It is a quick restaurant for students. The box to go menu only includes pasta boxes and spring rolls. The noodle costs €4 without chicken and €4.5 with it. I order these regularly and have no criticism for them. What I want to say is that the other dishes cost a bit more than normal fast food restaurants. E.g. all chicken dishes here cost 10.9€ whereas other places cost between 8€ or 9€. Also with duck, pork and beef. The taste is sometimes too salty and oily. Only pasta to go is recommended.

Did the salesman seriously put the pasta that fell out of the pasta box back in with his bare fingers and give me the box like that? After thinking about it for a bit, I threw the food away because it disgusted me too much and if he doesn't have any inhibitions about using his bare fingers, who knows where his fingers were before. Ordered via Ubereats, noodles and spring rolls were ordered and arrived within the time frame. When I cut open the spring roll I noticed that there was meat in it, it wasn't on Ubereats or on the flyer that came with the meal. We then called the restaurant and were told that it was pork. We ordered from Lieferando. The delivery time was stated to be 45 minutes, but the food only arrived after 85 minutes after several unfriendly phone calls to different people. In addition, our delivery was firstly not complete and secondly only lukewarm. Furthermore, there were quality defects. After another 10 minute phone call with an unfriendly employee, another employee answered the phone and clarified the problem with us.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience after ordering Uber Eats. One dish (fried rice) arrived incorrectly - instead of beef with shrimp, which can be very unfavorable in case of a seafood allergy. The second dish, rice with chicken in peanut sauce, was nothing but inedible. As soon as I unpacked the dish, I was struck by a pungent, very unpleasant smell that corresponded to the taste. I usually love peanut sauce and have eaten countless Asian dishes in different restaurants that contain it. What was served to me by WokMan Karlsruhe should not be called that and certainly should not be allowed to be sold at the corresponding price. After my request for compensation, I was rejected over the phone. Overall, a very disappointing experience and in my opinion anything but recommended unless you don't value the content or taste of your meals.

Stay away from this restaurant!! I ordered breaded chicken there and then got the worst stomach ache. The frying oil is probably old. In addition, the boss was very unsympathetic. Never again!

I like to order from Wok-Man every now and then, but this time I was negatively surprised. Before I ordered, I looked through the Liferando app to see what I wanted... It had to be the snack box... I ordered several because there were a few of us... Price in the app for 1 snack box Box according to the app is 5 euros. When the delivery person arrived I gave him a full amount. The driver then wanted some more money, which surprised me. I paid the extra amount and then looked again in the app. I then called and of course complained and was told on the phone that the prices had changed. At Lieferando they probably forgot about it. The good man also sounded a bit indifferent towards me on the phone and it seemed to me like he didn't care. But the food was good as usual.

Yesterday I ordered a dish with Lieferando and Coke. The driver forgot to deliver a Coke. He promised to deliver, but he didn't show up. Very rude behavior, after all I paid for it....

Ordered from Lieferando and stated it took 40 minutes. After 70 minutes I called and asked what was going on and was told to call the driver. We waited in vain for a call back. Food came about a quarter of an hour later. We were asked to deliver cutlery when we were away, which of course wasn't the case. Food was bland, chicken was dry. Only the quantity is positive, but that's it. Never had such a bad delivery. But it seems to be the rule rather than the exception.

ATTENTION ATTENTION! The food came an hour late. The fried noodles tasted like nothing. Our request for cutlery, as we wanted to eat on the way, was confirmed but not fulfilled. Effectively we had to eat cold, tasteless pasta with our hands. Never again! Better go to Yin-Yang when you're on the go! Much cheaper and better food.

Have actually ordered here several times. But from time to time it gets worse and worse. Today the food came after two hours. Everything was cold, of course, because the driver probably still had 5 stops ahead of us. All the sauces ran out and the wrong drinks were delivered. Too bad. That was the last time.

Last night my family and I ordered food from Wok Man. The stated delivery time was 40 minutes and after 80 minutes it arrived 😡. For the last 30 minutes we tried constantly to reach someone by phone, to no avail. When the food arrived it was ice cold. We will never order from this store again. That doesn't work at all!!!

Ordered yesterday April 1, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. and the food was supposed to be there at 6:20 p.m. It was 6:45 p.m. and it was so cold, we had to warm it up in the Mirko. The food had never been so bad. I won't be ordering anything here again.

Generous ransom! I got a large pack of pasta for €4. The guy has the ones that were hanging out with his finger. Got a rash from eating. By the way, I had the “Green Wave” where there was nothing green in it, just pasta 😂 The place is so bad it's funny again.

I've never experienced anything like that before, I ordered by phone and called after about 1.5 hours to ask. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to simply call anonymously. Look, someone answered the phone, but always hung up immediately. When I called again with my number afterwards, no one answered again. I'm still waiting for the food today. This store seems very dubious and will no longer receive any orders from me.

I didn't want to order at all because of the reviews. I did it anyway due to a lack of alternatives and I can't complain at all. I can't confirm all the bad reviews, decent food, large portions and it's delicious too. Just eat Chinese like I expect from a snack bar or a buffet. I wonder what expectations many people have when it comes to delivery meals for €10... So, everything's great! You can do it without hesitation!

You will randomly get a bunch of fried stuff with half-cooked rice. Its the oiliest thing I have ever eaten. I strongly recommend that you do not opt for this place. Definitely not worth the money. (My order - 65. Tofu mit Gemüse)

As a long-time customer, I have regularly had my meals delivered from Wokman. There was one day last week when I wasn't able to receive my order immediately. The delivery driver called me several times every minute even though I was only about 200 meters away from him. To my dismay, my colleagues were also nearby and they then witnessed the delivery driver shouting at me and asking me to pick up my food myself next time as he couldn't wait for me. This incident still upsets me. After I complained on the phone about his unacceptable behavior, he suggested meeting me at the parking lot in front of my company to have a fight. I would have appreciated it if he had come along again. It is unfortunate that the behavior of this one employee has undermined my trust in the food delivery service, even though the food itself is good and all other suppliers have always been professional and reliable apart from this one incident. At least the boss apologized to me. It is a shame that trust in the delivery service has been lost due to a single inappropriate encounter with an employee.

Hygiene ist hier leider nicht wirklich gegeben. Das Ambiente auch nicht einladend, daher sei das Mitnehmen von Gerichten eher zu empfehlen. Die Portionen der Gerichte sind jedoch wirklich stattlich und man wird defintiv satt! Die Würze an den Gerichten ist ebenfalls gut.

Die drei Sterne Bewertung ist nicht ganz berechtigt. Meine Meinung nach ist es sogar ein Stern zuviel. Das Essen ist ok aber wirklich nur ok. Ich habe schon bei kleineren Restaurants für weniger Geld besser gegessen. Service ist einfach mangelhaft. Fangen wir an mit der Bestellung: Wir haben vor Ort bestellt und erstmal ewig gewartet bis wir die Bestellung aufgegeben. Des Weiteren ist uns aufgefallen, dass eine Person zwar Handschuhe getragen hat aber sowohl das Geld damit angefasst als auch das Essen angerichtet hat. Zum Schluss haben das Personal auf eine normale Frage extrem unfreundlich geantwortet und zur verstehen gegeben, dass man verschwinden soll. Das Ambiente ist auch ok, manche Tische waren dreckig von den Gästen davor. Aber darüber kann man noch hinwegsehen. Aufgrund der Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sind wir das letzte Mal dort gewesen.

Vorab, diese Bewertung richtet sich auf die Lieferzeit und Service. Ich habe über Lieferando um 14:19 Uhr bestellt und habe die Lieferung um 16:18 uhr bekommen, sprich nach 1:59 Minuten! Nach eine Stunde Wartezeit habe ich mich entschlossen im Restaurant anzurufen, aber keiner ist ans Telefon gegangen, nach paar Versuchen habe ich dann schließlich den Inhaber am Telefon gehabt. Als ich ihn fragte wie es mit meiner Bestellung aussieht, antwortete er dass alle Bestellungen gemacht wären und das die Fahrer alle unterwegs sind und hat dann sofort aufgelegt. Sowas unfreundliches habe ich selten erlebt. Nach fast 2 Stunden kam dann endlich das Essen an aber es war dann kein Mittagessen mehr sondern eher fast Abendessen. Das Essen in sich hat gut geschmeckt. Als der Fahrer ankam und die Box öffnete drückte er mir die Styropor Boxen in die Hände. Die Boxen mit Essen waren total von der Sauce verdreckt und alles ist übergelaufen. Die Box mir den Nudeln war sogar offen!!! Ich habe meine ganze Wohnung von der Eingangstür bis zum Essszimmer mit Sauce vollgestopft. Schaut euch die Bilder an und entscheidet selbst!!!

Günstiges Essen das satt macht (Empfehlung: Reisbox zum dort essen für 5€)

Riesige Portionen! Wir waren nach einem ausgiebigen Spaziergang ausgehungert und hätten uns dennoch einen Teller teilen können. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, kein Wow-Erlebnis. Die Peking-Suppe sehr lecker (scharf!), unsere vegetarischen Gerichte dagegen etwas gewöhnlich. Für die Soßen sollte eine andere Auswahl getroffen werden. Sowohl die süß-saure als auch die scharfe auf dem Tisch schmecken billig. Die süß-saure zu den Frühlingsrollen sollte separat gereicht werden und nicht quer über alles gegossen. Insgesamt aber okay.

The highlight of my visit was the fast cooking time. The dishes came out surprisingly quickly, which is perfect for those looking for a quick meal. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and it was decent. The flavors were there, but it didn't quite wow me. It had the typical sweet and tangy sauce, but the chicken could have been more tender. I also tried the vegetable noodle dish, but I was disappointed. It almost seemed like there were hardly any vegetables in it, which was disappointing for a dish with "vegetable" in its name. Moreover, the taste didn't stand out and lacked the savory notes I expected from a Chinese noodle dish. Overall, it was an okay experience. The speed of service was a plus, but the sweet and sour chicken was just alright, and the vegetable noodle dish left much to be desired in terms of flavor and veggies.

Ey also 4euro Nudelbox is halt einfach unschlagbar in der Preis/Leistung. Die normalen Gerichte leider noch nicht probiert sahen aber ziemlich lecker aus.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr schnell zubereitet, und super Preis. Das sie keinen Bifi Automaten haben, da kann man bei solch einem Angebot auch ein Auge zudrücken. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!

Das essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es gab eine große Portion Reis mit Gemüse und Hähnchen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Negativ empfand ich die dreckigen Tische mit den fast leeren Chilipasten Behälter. Das Besteck sollte auf jeden Fall mal ausgetauscht werden. Des Weiteren ist der Laden ziemlich dunkel und uneinladend obwohl man viel daraus machen könnte.

Also.. Essen war OK aber Fad. Grosse Portion aber das ist für 9€ ja üblich. Der Service ist unter aller Kanone. Drin bestellen und Zahlen. Draussen Sitzen aber das Personal ist lediglich nummern zu Brullen an den Durchreiche. So weit so gut. Aber das essen stellt er mir dann drin hin und dort muss ICH es holen. Null service und unfreundlich. Das geht besser

Obwohl ich nicht weit entfernt wohne, bin ich hier schon lange nicht mehr eingekehrt. Der Besitzer ist wie die Crew, mittlerweile ein anderer, der Innenraum wirkt tippi top und einladender als früher. Die Preise sind inflationsbedingt etwas höher, das Essen besser als zuvor: Gemüse ist knackig , der Reis tuffig und der Tofu aromatisch gebraten. Werde in Zukunft wieder öfter kommen.

Gut und Günstig authentische Tofu Gerichte. Garnelen Kong pau 👌.
