Excellent, attentive service, fair prices, delicious food. A great beer garden in the summer, would gladly come again!

We relied on Google and were disappointed. We ordered two Jägerschnitzels, lots of fries, and not much meat. The meat was two small, five-minute pork schnitzels, like you'd get at a discount store, only more expensive.

A real highlight! The Wirtshaus zom Schiller is simply fantastic – cozy atmosphere, super friendly service, and fantastic food! The dishes are freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and taste just like grandma's, only better 😄 I especially recommend the [e.g., pork knuckle / cheese spaetzle / onion roast – depending on what you like]. The portions are also generous, and the value for money is absolutely right. You can tell that the cooking and work here is done with passion. I'll definitely be back – I highly recommend it!

It was my birthday yesterday and I made a reservation for my best friend and me. When we arrived, it was pretty crowded, and the waiter had to figure out where to put us. We had to wait a long time before we could order, and getting water for our dog was also difficult because there was no bowl. I had ordered pork loin and my friend ordered bifteki. After everyone around us who had arrived after us had already had their food, I asked. I was told our food would take a little longer... After that, I knew why... My pork loin was in the pan for sooooo long that the poor pig died twice... it was definitely overcooked... it was just bone dry and hard. Since I was hungry and we'd waited a long time, I managed to force half of it down... but then I couldn't eat any more. When a waiter FINALLY came near us again, I complained about the meat. The answer was, I should have said that right away...then I would have gotten a new one... No apology, no question about whether I'd like an espresso or dessert...nothing... He then wanted to clear the plate away, but our dog ended up getting this expensive €22.80 meal...she liked it because she has better teeth... This bar is definitely the last time I'll ever see it...one star is too many!

This was our first time there and we were not disappointed. The food (hunter's schnitzel with fried potatoes) was very tasty, with a good sauce and tender meat. The side salad was decent. The service was attentive, and the terrace/beer garden was pleasant. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be happy to come back. Definitely recommended!

The food was good, a bit more seasoned, but that's up to each individual to decide. The potato salad had a bit too much oil. The portion was OK. The salad was OK as a side dish. The garden was cozy and clean, the food arrived quickly. I would come back anytime, but only in the beer garden.

We waited over an hour for our food. After asking where the food was, we were very aggressively and rudely told that it was busy. Other tables that arrived after us had all received their food. As we left, we were insulted, saying we were lying. We never received our food. Last place.

My girlfriend and I went to Schiller yesterday for the first time in years. We felt really uncomfortable. The service was unfriendly, unwilling to work, and in a bad mood. The regulars were friendly. We sat there for at least 45 minutes without another drink, even though a waiter kept passing by our table, checking the empty glasses. The drinks weren't cold, the food was okay, nothing like it used to be. Too bad, poor value for money. We went home hungry and disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it.

The seven of us had dinner at zom Schiller at 5 p.m. We had pancake soup, cheese spaetzle, veal schnitzel, knuckle and seafood. Everything was very good and came to our table almost simultaneously and quickly. I had the dish knuckle with dumplings and I have to say it was excellent! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! For dessert we had tiramisu, apple rings and an ice cream sundae. The dessert also came quickly and was very good! The atmosphere was typical of a tavern and clean. Price/performance: excellent! We'd love to come back!

Wir waren am Sonntag als Familie im Wirtshaus zom Schiller essen. Das Lokal war um die Mittagszeit gut besucht. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir bekamen den vorab reservierten Tisch zugewiesen. Neben der gängigen Speisekarte gibt es Tagesgerichte - am Sonntag waren es drei Stück. Die Preise sowohl für Getränke als auch das Essen sind für Fellbacher Niveau sehr, sehr fair. Essen und Getränke kamen zügig was natürlich auch für die Kinder super war. Die Schweinshaxe hatte eine überragende Kruste und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen - hatte schon lange nicht mehr so eine leckere Haxn. Schnitzel & Pommes haben auch sehr gut gemundet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

On Sunday we had dinner as a family at the Schiller inn. The restaurant was busy at lunchtime. The reception was friendly and we were assigned the table we had reserved in advance. In addition to the usual menu, there are daily specials - on Sunday there were three. The prices for both drinks and food are very, very fair for Fellbacher standards. Food and drinks came quickly, which was of course great for the children. The pork knuckle had an outstanding crust and is definitely recommended - I haven't had such a delicious knuckle in a long time. Schnitzel & fries also tasted very good. We'll definitely be back.

Home-style restaurant with a Swabian and Bavarian menu. The quality of the dishes is very good, with a good price/performance ratio. The service is very hard-working, friendly and happy to answer questions and then fulfill the guest's wishes. I was a guest in the restaurant twice, it was always well attended and without a reservation we wouldn't have been able to get a seat. I will be happy to come back

We are extremely disappointed, there is no comparison at all to the previous Schiller. We called on November 12th, 2024 and had a table for 6 people reserved for December 5th, 2024 —> 7:00 p.m. We arrived at 6:55 p.m., no table was free, and the boss left us standing as ordered and not picked up, At 7:18 p.m. we left the "Zom Schiller" disappointed We certainly won't be going to Zom Schiller anymore, the boss didn't even need to apologize for his unqualified scheduling.

The two of us were there on Friday November 15th, 2024 because we were at an event in the Schwabenhalle. In order to fortify ourselves a little beforehand, we went by without a reservation. Unfortunately, all tables were already reserved at 5 p.m. We were offered to eat at the bar. We had the Wiener Schnitzel and the fried Maultaschen with egg. The food was very tasty, well seasoned and also the perfect size. The atmosphere at the counter was something different, but we were warmly welcomed and it was a nice experience. Since the reopening we wanted to try out whether the high level of the predecessors would continue... We are a bit conflicted, the service is good, friendly and they do their best. We had reserved and it was still difficult to get a table for 4 people, and subsequent guests with several people also had problems. We weren't that impressed with the food. Roast roast was more raw than medium rare on the inside, my Wiener Schnitzel was too small and had little taste, the salad was very good with a good dressing and plenty...really very tasty... My conclusion is that everyone is trying, but there is still a lot of disorganization and there is still a lot to do in the kitchen... Let's see, we'll come back sometime in the future...

The restaurant was recommended to us and since we live on the same street, we wanted to try it out. The atmosphere is rather old and worn. Apparently it was renovated. Shaky chairs and a dirty tablecloth. My wife had a fish with fried potatoes, the fish was tasteless and both very oily. My daughter had a Kinder Schnitzel with fries, the meat was dry and the fries were too salty. I had a burger with fries, my bun was ice cold, maybe I forgot to toast it, the meat was dry and the fries were too salty. You could eat everything, but it was more of a snack quality and therefore overpriced. The service was quick and friendly! According to a newspaper report, the Schiller has new owners, perhaps it used to be better... I'm definitely not going there again.

There has just been a change of ownership. The menu is clear and gives hope that the new owner will have to make an effort and make a name for himself.

Very bad service, hardly approach anyone and are very rude. Food was okay, but far too expensive for the quality. After the service was so rude we didn't want to leave a tip. The waitress then took ages and took her time giving me my change. After 5 minutes of silence we were finally able to get up. In this restaurant you apparently have to pay for a "nice evening" because after there was no tip the waitress simply left without saying anything.

We have been guests here for years and have celebrated many festivals here. The quality and approach of the guests is always very good. Perfect ambience, whether summer or winter.

The food is typical of a beer garden. As someone who prefers quality over sheer quantity, the portion of sausage salad could have been smaller. Unfortunately the service was completely overloaded and strangely disorganized. If the restaurant wants to continue to exist in the future, something urgently needs to change. We were very relaxed that evening, but we could see the sometimes enormous displeasure of the other guests at the neighboring tables.

New tenant as of this week. Beer garden as good as before. We had roast pork with spaetzle from the daily menu for €13.80. Inexpensive! The dish came without a side salad, which puts the price into perspective. Meat was cooked to death, but ok. Sauce really delicious! But the “Spätzle”: I haven’t eaten anything like it in the last 60 years. They were absolutely devoid of any taste, very thick, far too loose, and dissolved in the sauce into small, semolina-like Böbbele = balls. Please don't try it, use croquettes or fries instead!

On August 26, 2024, the “Zom Schiller” inn opened with a new team after an 8-month break. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the start of the new host. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of the garbage cans behind the tap stand. The two waiters had no plan, but fought bravely against the chaos. The meal took an unusually long time and was just edible. The outside of the knuckle was burnt and very tough, the (very small) loin that was served with it came from a cooking bag. The fries with the schnitzel were as hard as plywood. There were also some long faces at the next tables. In general, everything seemed very uncoordinated and chaotic. It's a shame, we were hoping for a better start. There's still a lot of room for improvement here to even come close to reaching the level of the old core team. The kitchen also needs to be significantly better. Good luck! At some point we'll come back...

Finally open again. The service in the beer garden is a disaster! slow, forgetful, not exactly friendly & clumsy. When I looked into the kitchen, I had to think twice about ordering something. The kitchen staff there has a full beard without beard protection. Ugh.

Perfect and very suitable for children. You can just feel good.
