Unfortunately nice! If I may say so😁😘.... Daniel is a great host!! We actually came by by chance and were happy to come back on both other two evenings of our XL weekend. And every time we were excited and made curious for more. Whether from the great, fine menu or on recommendation and in a free combination. You can simply feel the love for the products and your guests. This of course also applies to the excellent wine list. Thank you so much for that❤️

Since we like to eat at the Winzerhaus Nierstein, we asked to celebrate our son's communion with around 23 people. The communication with Ms. Carlino was super relaxed, very friendly and extremely efficient. She completely listened to our wishes and ideas and decorated the beautiful long table wonderfully on the day of the celebration. We had agreed to order à la carte and all the guests, whether schnitzel, pizza or a fine pasta dish, were very impressed by the delicious dishes. Thank you very much for the lovely celebration and the delicious food!! We can wholeheartedly recommend it, even for larger groups.

First of all: The food was very tasty, we ordered schnitzel and pizza - again at any time! The service was also very good at first, but over the course of the evening orders were forgotten several times, which led to longer waiting times and repeated requests: once a bottle of water was forgotten, then an espresso, and finally the bill. We had a turnover of almost €200 at our table of four, but unfortunately, unlike the neighboring tables, we didn't receive the usual grappa (we hadn't previously complained about the forgotten orders!).

Since 1987 we have regularly eaten at the Winzerhaus and celebrated several family celebrations there. Always very happy with the food and very nice, attentive staff. Yesterday, after a long break, we had dinner at the Winzerhaus again. Prices have gone up, which is normal these days, but the quality of our food was nowhere near the price. Pizza was burnt on one side. Unfortunately, the friendly waitress did not respond to our comment. So the burnt piece of pizza was cut off and not eaten. Likewise the salad with tuna. Very unloving, unfortunately. Half of this was returned. Unfortunately, there was no further response to the answer as to whether it didn't taste good. We left the restaurant very disappointed because we felt that an era of good cuisine and attentive hospitality had come to an end. We won't be coming back any time soon, which is a shame for us.

Unfortunately very disappointing. We had a total of two starters and three different main courses. The bruschetta was barely toasted. The carpaccio was indefinable, almost a kind of meat paste. Just lying in oil, hardly any taste, not nicely garnished... nothing. The veal medallions with Gorgonzola sauce: The meat was cooked to death, tough as leather. The sauce was clearly not Gorgonzola but Parmesan. The Saltinbocca doesn't deserve the name. Also cooked to death, bland and only on oil. What is that? No proper cheese, no fine spices. Both meat dishes consisted of three tiny, paper-thinly sliced ​​shoe soles. The rest of the plate was filled with more than lousy fries. They were in the fryer for too long and weren't salted... none of this has anything to do with Italian cuisine. Only my carbonara and the drinks were decent. Criticism (also from the next table) was discussed with “We’re hearing that for the first time”, “Tastes are different”… very disappointing. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary, typical Italian dishes that we just didn't get. The quality was bad, the service was rude and we paid €190 for it and spent a total of 2.5 hours of time. We were in the winery house for the last time.

Pizza okay. Spaghetti Carbonara zu kühl und ein fader unangenehmer Geschmack. Trotz Reklamation nur pampige Aussage: Ich esse sonst wohl zu heiß. Es kam dann noch mal neu zubereitet dafür ohne Parmesan, gleiche niedrige Temperatur und geschmacklich leider gelinde gesagt nicht gut. Nach kompletter Zurückgabe kam die Aussage "Sie schaffen das also nicht ". Wir waren schon seit Jahrzehnten dort und immer super zufrieden, was noch schlimmer war der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Man hat dann auch noch das komplette Gericht berechnet. Sie können es sich wohl 'noch' erlauben. Enttäuscht und für uns Niersteiner leider sehr schade da es sich herumsprechen wird. Service 0 Punkte, man kann Reklamationen auch freundlich und serviceorientiert regeln.

So we drove the almost 50 kilometers from Niedernhausen to Nierstein. The waitress brought us the menu. The board with the dishes that were available in addition to the menu was only presented at the next table. Our waitress came three times to ask what we would like to eat, but unfortunately she didn't come up with the idea of ​​presenting the table to us. So we had pizza four times for my birthday. The pizzas came quickly and were all in the oven a little too long and were therefore no longer juicy but dry, especially in the outer area. When a second service person asked if everything was OK, my wife also said so. Unfortunately, it was simply ignored. In the end our friends paid and we left disappointed. It's a shame that we drove almost 100 kilometers for NOTHING. I assume that what we experienced is not the norm, as the restaurant was full to the last table when we left and the guests looked very happy.

We actually had to wait 80 minutes for our food and 30 minutes for our drinks. After several inquiries as to when the starters would arrive, nothing was brought to the table, even though the salads were already on the counter. I come from a service background and would never have dared to treat my guests like that. Since our displeasure is extremely understandable after such a long wait, the owner's reaction was very inappropriate. The statement that we wanted everything at once, otherwise she would have brought the nice fries (for a two-year-old child) to the table long ago, was also very rude, especially since we asked three times where the starter was. The schnitzel was still raw. I also ask you to leave my review uncommented as you don't seem to be able to handle criticism. We were guests at the Winzerhaus Nierstein for years, so we're happy that you've finally gotten rid of us!

So the duck leg was totally salty, the red cabbage didn't taste like anything, the dumplings were the only thing you could barely eat. And paying 3x the full price for it is also bottomless. So not recommended as far as Christmas dinner is concerned.

Endlich mal wieder richtig gutes italienisches Essen. Bisher war ich von der italienischen Küche der Umgebung eher enttäuscht. Aber im Winzerhaus-Nierstein weiß man, wie es schmecken muss. Nicht so übersalzen wie man es vor allem von Lieferdiensten kennt, die versuchen damit den fehlenden Geschmack zu kompensieren. Und eine Calzone ist hier auch nicht einfach eine flach gefaltete, normale Pizza oder ein mit warmer Luft gefüllter Teigsack, sondern eine große, prall und lecker gefüllte Pizzatasche. Aber auch das Rumpsteak ist, nach eigener Vorliebe gebraten, sehr zu empfehlen.

Sind ganz spontan vorbeigekommen und konnten noch dazwischen geschoben werden. Service war Klasse. Essen kam schnell und war total lecker. Gerne wieder.

Das hausgemachte Tiramisu verdient den Namen nicht. Lasch und mit Schlagsahne gemacht, von Amaretto keine Spur ist ein Dessertbecher von Danone besser. Der kostet auch keine 8,50 Euro . Die Pizza war lecker.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service ist sehr nett. Den einzigen Abzug muss ich leider aufgrund der Wartezeit (betrifft aber nur das Essen) geben. Trotzdem gehen wir sehr gern hier essen!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und super leckeres Essen dazu der Preis, verglichen mit der Qualität, moderat. Das Ambiente ist z.T. einwenig rustikal aber immer noch gemütlich. Gehe immer wieder gerne hin.

Leider waren wir heute sehr enttäuscht. Normalerweise waren wir immer absolut begeistert von diesem Lokal. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf Getränke gewartet und über 80 Minuten auf das Essen. (Salate, Pommes, zwei Schnitzel). Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden die Speisen erst nach dieser langen Wartezeit zusammen heraus gebracht statt schon etwas im Voraus zu bringen. Das Essen war schließlich sehr enttäuschend. Das Kalbsschnitzel war teilweise roh und ging zurück das Bologneseschnitzel war eindeutig in Form gebrachte Tiefkühlware (trotzdem satte Preise) und auch sonst hatte man den Eindruck das alle restlos überfordert waren. Sehr schade, dass so ein negativer Eindruck vorherige positive Besuche überschattet.

Das war der Gipfel! Glutenfreie Pizza, Pasta, Tiramisu - nix Pappe, alles selbst gemacht!!! Wir haben vor lauter Glück vergessen, Fotos zu machen. Aber im Netz gibt es ja genug. Was es nicht im Netz gibt: Die weltbeste Bedienung. Danke für leckeres Essen, super Service und die familiären Tischgespräche.

Unser Lieblings- Italiener was Perfektion in Service und Qualität der Speisen angeht. Hier erkennt man sofort das Fachwissen zu Speisen/ Getränken sowie die Liebe zum Beruf! Das Service Personal ist immer sehr nett und qualifiziert. Natürlich gehört für uns zu einem guten Essen auch ein toller Wein und Grappa- das ist ein weiteres Steckenpferd der Familie und das servieren eines besonders guten Grappa‘s wird zelebriert - unser persönliches Highlight nach einem phantastischen Menü. Wow hier kann man ja spitzenmäßig essen. Super Speisen und Getränke und netter Service. Wenn man sich nach dem Essen noch einen guten Grappa gönnt, vom Chef serviert und fachmännisch zelebriert, ist es ein sehr gelungenes Erlebnis.

Familiengeführtes Restaurant in zweiter Generation, sehr nettes, freundliches und zuvorkommendensTeam. Von Bruschetta über Taigatelle, Pizza bis hin zum Schnitzel war das Essen sehr lecker. Wir sind in unserem Kurzurlaub insgesamt drei Mal dort essen gegangen. Auch wir hatten eine Wartezeit aber das hat uns nicht davon abgehalten, dass Restaurant erneut auf zu suchen, da die Besitzer ehrlich und freundlich damit umgegangen sind.

Essen war OK, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Die Steaks waren nicht mehr heiß und auch nicht Medium. Die Wärmplatte sorgte dafür, dass wenigstens das Untere etwas Wärmer war. Der Service kümmerte sich während des Essens und danach nicht um uns. Mit leerem Glas da gesessen, keine Nachfrage ob es schmeckt. Schade, da ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Essen war lecker, jedoch nicht herausragend. Bestellt war ein helles Hefeweizen, es kam ein Helles. Bestellt waren Bratkartoffeln, es kamen Pommes. Großen Hunger darf man nicht mitbringen. Als Entschuldigung sollte ein Grappa kommen, aber auch dieser blieb aus….

Gutes Essen, Preis Leistung eher gehoben. Problem (wiederholt): Reservierung 19,00; Essen auf dem Tisch 20.45. Nach 90 Minuten Warten und erst auf Nachfrage die Antwort “Es ist viel los”, und “Sie hatten doch schon eine Vorspeise!” Hatte ich nicht und es ist am Wochenende immer viel los. Wartezeit ist also vom Besitzer einkalkuliert, das Verhältnis angekommener Reservierungen zu Kapazität der Küche ist zu hoch, die Küche kann ein volles Haus nicht in angemessener Zeit bekochen. Hier noch die Gebrauchsanweisung für das Winzerhaus. 1) Nich am Wochenende oder Feiertagen (Wartezeiten). 2) Besitzer / Kellner reden alle mit “Du” an - nomen est omen - also generell 3) gleich auf einen “flotten Umgangston” einstellen. 3) Unter der Woche nicht im hinteren Teil sitzen, da ist die Tür zum Saal offen und das zieht. PS: Für € 30.- pro Person gibt es um die Ecke besseren Service.

Das Winzerhaus wird mittlerweile vom Juniorchef und seiner Frau geführt; man spürt einen frischen Wind und auch die Speisekarte liest sich ambitionierter als früher. Diese neuen Ambitionen sucht man allerdings auf den servierten Tellern vergebens. Das Tintenfischcarpaccio wurde zusammen mit einer Olivenpaste serviert, was geschmacklich über keinen Sinn ergibt, und die die Sauce der Spaghetti Carbonara hatte überhaupt keine cremige Konsistenz, und schmeckte einfach nur speckig. Die Küche muss noch sehr viel lernen ...

Nicht nur das dass Essen den Preis (29 € für zwei dünne Scheiben Sauerbraten mir zwei keinen Knödeln) in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt hat, es wurde auch noch kalt auf den Tisch gebracht. Wir waren 10 Personen wobei der letzte sein Essen bekam als die andern schon fertig waren. Das einzig Positive war die freundliche Bedienung.

Wir waren am 18.5.22 zur Mittagszeit in Nierstein auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant und sind zufällig im Winzerhaus gelandet und dies sollte sich als glückliche Fügung herausstellen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und saßen bei super Wetter im gemütlichen überdachten Hof. Die Spagetti Primavera und die Pizza Sophia Loren waren super lecker. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am Abend nochmal dort waren ( wir waren für eine Übernachtung in Nierstein). Diesmal hatten wir eine gute Flasche Wein zu Käse, Pizzabrot und Oliven. Herausheben muss man wirklich die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Chefin. Es war mittags und abends voll und trotzdem war Sie immer gut gelaunt und nahm sich die Zeit für ein paar nette Worte. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Zwischenzeitlich lernten wir auch ihren Mann kennen.Am Ende des Abends hatten wir das Gefühl bei ,Freunden‘ gegessen zu haben 🥰 Würden wir in der Nähe wohnen, wäre das Winzerhaus sicher unser Lieblingsrestaurant! Wir sind nicht aus der Nähe und kamen heute auf Empfehlung zum ersten Mal ins Restaurant. Das hat sich in jeder Hinsicht gelohnt. Alle unsere Gerichte waren sehr lecker, mit hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet, ansehnlich serviert und das alles abgerundet durch Begrüßung und Bewirtung einer Inhaberfamilie Carlino samt Team die einem auch noch durch perfekten, aufmerksamen und herzlichen Service gar keine andere Wahl lassen als wiederkommen zu wollen :-) Unsere Highlights: Der Chef hat sich die Zeit genommen, uns nach unseren Wünschen zu fragen und uns Empfehlungen zu geben: Die Karte haben wir anschließend nur aus reiner Neugier durchgeblättert. Der Pizzateig ist einmalig: Extrem dick, weich und "fluffig". Auch der Mozzarella auf der Pizza sowie der Salat waren ganz besonders lecker und frisch. Das Schnitzel war sehr zart und das Fleisch hochwertig. Auch die vielen positiven "Kleinigkeiten" welche leider woanders nicht selbstberständlich sind haben uns sehr gefallen: Perfekt gespülte Gläser ohne Flecken oder Ränder. Eine gepflegte Speisekarte auf hochwertigem Papier ohne Eselsohren, Flecken, etc. Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtete Location, ...

Ein Saltimbocca a la Romana hat, nach der "Federazione Italiana Couchi, eine klare Rezeptur. Im Winzerhaus kennt man die wohl nicht. Ich bekam zwei dicke ( 1 cm ) Schweinefilets mit Kochschinken und Käse. Unter dem Kochschinken, müsste luftgetrockneter Schinken sein ( Parma ), gab es Käse ?????? Als Beilage Pommes frites und Dosengemüse ( Erbse Karotte ). Die Soße war auf keinen Fall eine Butter-Wein ( Marsala ) Mischung. Das einzig authentische war ein Blatt Salbei. Geht also auf keinen Fall. Italienische Küche geht anders ... Sorry

3 von 7 Gerichten kamen falsch an. Die Nudeln sind komplett verkocht. Bei einer Bolognese ist kaum Fleisch dabei. Die Pizza war kalt. Außerdem wurde das Essen nicht gut vertragen. Und die Rechnung war auch falsch.

Alles, was nicht auf der Karte steht, sollte man vorher erfragen, sonst gibt es beim Bezahlen eine Überraschung. Saltimbocca kenne...
