I'm thrilled to have such a beautiful Besenwirtschaft nearby. From Oberrissdorf you walk through the Fressbachtal for about 40 minutes and after the hike you can enjoy delicious wine in beautiful surroundings. Thanks to the friendly winemaker couple.😊 It is again a destination between Unterrißdorf, Oberrissdorf and Eisleben, just like the Bergschänke was until the 1950s.

Wonderful, cozy, rustic and delicious wine

After a beautiful, approximately 1-hour hike from Eisleben, along many plum trees and wild cherries, we were warmly welcomed by the winemaker in the very well-attended Unterrißdorf winery and tasted various wines, with a cheese plate to fortify us. The chilled rosé was particularly popular in the mid-summer temperatures. We'll definitely come back sometime.

You can look at the stream where Luther once relaxed from translating the Bible. Delicious wine and simply idyllic. You can hike there from Eisleben or come by bike. The view is incomparable.
