Die Küche hat leider nachgelassen. Die Karte ist sehr klein - 7 Hauptgerichte. Die Portionen sind sehr klein - teilweise erschienen die Vorspeisen üppiger bemessen als die Hauptgerichte. Mein Steak war leider wirklich zäh, der Beilagensalat wurde später serviert, ebenso das Steakmesse (was dringend benötigt wurde). Meine Freundin hatte den Seeteufel: sie ist nicht satt geworden. Hat zu Hause dann noch was gegessen. SCHADE! Ambiente ist nach wie vor sehr nett, aber das nächste Mal werde ich gegessen kommen. Ggf. ist die Snack Karte die bessere Wahl?!

Eine sehr schöne Location, tolles Essen . Das Personal ist zu aufdringlich, man sitzt noch nicht ganz und wird schon gefragt was man trinken möchte. Erstmal ankommen wäre ganz gut .

Wir waren schon desöfteren im WineHouse essen, weil es immer toll war. Aber gestern war es echt alles durchweg nicht gut. Wenn ich nicht genügend Leute da habe zum arbeiten, dann kann ich auch nicht komplett alle Tische belegen. Es fing an mit dem Tisch der uns zugewiesen wurde, der direkt am Serviertisch dranstand, also kein Platz für die vierte Person am Stehtisch. Also haben wir aus eigener Kraft die Tische verrückt. Dann gab es immer wieder Probleme beim bestellen vom Wein, bzw. bestellen vom Wasser. Vorweg, alle Mitarbeiter waren super nett aber total überfordert. Als unser Essen kam (wir konnten ja zusehen wie es angerichtet wurde) waren die Pommes fast leer und anstatt in dem Körbchen halb auf dem Teller verteilt. Natürlich haben wir dieses bemängelt und es gab direkt eine komplett neue Portion. Jedoch darf es bei den Preisen nicht passieren, das die Küche auch komplett überfordert war und das Essen auf die Teller "geworfen" hat, war nicht schön anzusehen. Die Getränke Flaschen wurden leider nach mehrfacher nachfrage erst gebracht. Ich hatte leider auch das Gefühl, das alles was wir gegessen haben mit Trüffel gespickt war und ich esse kein Trüffel. Bei der Abrechnung wurde dann eine Flasche Wein zuviel berechnet, welches wir aber besprechen konnten und die Abrechnung geändert wurde. Wie gesagt, die Mitarbeiter konnten nicht wirklich was dafür, man sollte sich lieber wieder auf's wesentliche Konzentrieren und nicht auf mehr ist mehr, sondern weniger ist mehr. Schade!

Hier stimmt immer wieder die Qualität des Essens, die Auswahl der Weine, die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung, Service, flexibel die Location!! Alles zusammen mit Idee und pfiff .

This time we were disappointed. The staff seemed overwhelmed: the reserved table wasn't ready, the menu order didn't reach the kitchen, and drinks we hadn't ordered were brought and added to the bill despite our refusal. The food also didn't meet our expectations. A shame.

Tolle Location, hervorragendes Essen und sehr netter Service.. Leider hat man uns anfangs vergessen, da man lieber mit 2 Kellnern gleichzeitig an einem anderen Tisch war als die Gäste, die schon bekannt waren, dort ankamen. Dann kam das Essen aber sehr schnell und es war einfach köstlich. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen..

Das Essen war wunderbar und auch die Atmosphäre. Der Service war sehr freundlich aber es waren 3 Kellner alle paar Minuten an unserem Tisch und haben nachgefragt, ob wir etwas möchten. Das hat Tatsache etwas gestört.

Great ambiance and very friendly service. A slight downside to the food was that the monkfish was grilled for too long and was therefore quite dry. However, the fennel and orange salad as a side dish was very tasty.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at the Glass House a week ago. The service was unique and perfectly coordinated. Everything at my party was fantastic, and my expectations were even exceeded. Everyone loved the flying buffet food; it was a culinary delight. You could try everything and order more. Not to mention the delicious drinks, everyone discovered something for themselves. The wine selection was also a hit with everyone. Overall, my party was a fantastic evening, and I would definitely celebrate it again at the Wine House. My guests also felt very comfortable there and wrote me nothing but positive things afterward. A ten out of ten!

A super nice location, and the food was very high quality and delicious. The service was always very attentive. The only drawback was that the tables inside are too close together, so you practically have to overhear your neighbor's conversations.

We've eaten at the Winehouse several times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are excellent. The ambiance is modern and stylish. There's a large wine selection and a cocktail menu that changes regularly. The kitchen offers a nice selection of dishes, with something for everyone. We always enjoy coming back.

We celebrated our after-wedding party at the Wine House at the end of August with about 70 guests, and it was simply PERFECT. As regular guests, we were familiar with the Wine House and found the ambiance and concept, with its 11-course flying buffet, to be perfectly suited for the occasion. The preparation, organization, and impeccable service on the evening of the party were simply sensational and were also very well received by the guests. We were there for French week this time. The food was very good, unfortunately there wasn't really anything for vegetarians, but that's my partner's problem ;) Unfortunately, drinks were forgotten here and there, so I had to ask for them several times. I did find it a bit odd that the table was cleared while I was still eating, and then I hadn't even finished chewing, and my plate was snatched away from under my nose. I was finished by then, but I probably would have still managed to cram in the rest of the salad... There's no point in wasting food when you still have a little room in your stomach. I'd chalk that up to a slip-up 😅

A new wine bar at Krefeld's wholesale market. The food was excellent, but the service wasn't quite up to scratch yet. If you have time—you should always have time when eating out—it's certainly not a problem.

Nice location, but unfortunately, there were long waits for orders to be taken and for the drinks to arrive. €10.50 for a Sarti Spritz with lots of ice is pretty reasonable...

I've been a regular guest at the Wine House for years – the stylish ambiance and first-class service never fail to impress, and it's always a pleasure to be there. The appetizers and desserts are still excellent and lovingly prepared. However, the main courses have unfortunately declined somewhat. The flavors are lacking a little finesse and that certain something. It's especially unfortunate that classics like the legendary truffle fries and the scampi pan, which were always very popular, are no longer on the menu. Nevertheless, the Wine House remains a beautiful place and a great location. Semma and her colleagues are amazing! ♥️

Im Januar schrieb ich hier schon einmal, dass die neue Wein 🍷 Karte schon leicht abgehoben ist (Preislich). Selbst in Düsseldorf am Karlsplatz gibt es verdammt gute Weine für viel weniger Geld. Diesmal war das Wine House fast leer, im Vergleich zu sonst. Vielleicht ein Zufall, oder auch weil wenige Lust auf Flaschenpreise von 100€ und viel mehr 😵‍💫 Euros haben??? AUCH die Stimmung ist nicht mehr wie am Anfang, trotz Dj Pele Trix... Ansonsten die Wine House Pommes mit Trüffel Mayonnaise, ein Traum wie immer. Die Location und die Bedienung ist echt toll! Ich war schon mehrere Male mit verschiedenen Freunden dort essen. Immer hat es allen sehr gut geschmeckt und jeder war hoch zufrieden mit Ambiente und Service.

Essen für mich nicht besonders. Zu wenig vegetarisch. Ambiente sehr schön.

Es war ziemlich voll und die Kellner hatten viel zu tun. Die Küche schickte professionell ein Essen nach dem anderen raus. Respekt! Leber Berliner Art war großartig, die Scholle „im Ganzen“ wurde von der Bedienung als „ohne Gräten“ angepriesen. Das war leider falsch. Auch der Geschmack war nicht gut, die Konsistenz eher matschig. Das Gericht tut nichts gutes für das Restaurant. Der Wein wie immer lecker!

The Wine House is a restaurant in the rather upscale price range, both in terms of food and wine. The ambiance is very nice, but on the February day of our visit, it was simply too cold and therefore uncomfortable. Even the fan heaters, with their tripping hazards, couldn't change that. The food, in our case several appetizers, was very good, except for the bouillabaisse. The wine also lived up to expectations for this restaurant, but I think it was a bit overpriced. The service definitely deserves praise – fast, competent, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive – it could hardly be better.

Very cool atmosphere. Delicious food. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sema accompanied us wonderfully throughout the evening and always made sure that we didn't miss anything.

Nice wine shop with delicious food. You can buy bottles of wine on site to take home.

After-Christmas party 🎅🏼 In January we had our “Christmas party” at the Wine House. There were around 60 of us and the Wine House team served up a special BBQ buffet that was tailored specifically to us. The food was terrific, everyone, including the vegetarians, was thrilled. All in all it was absolutely great! The team on site, the food and also the drinks, simply top class! We would like to thank the Wine House team again :)

Schlechte Weinauswahl, sehr schlechter Service mit unqualifizierten Aushilfen. 200€ für zwei Personen. Wein zu warm serviert. Kein Hinweis vorab bei Buchung, dass ausschließlich 1 Menü zur Auswahl steht. Qualität der Speisen sehr gut, außer das Dessert. Das schmeckte künstlich nur nach Zucker und Convenience. Location sehr schön und nettes Ambiente!

Quite a new, recommendable offer at the wholesale market. Despite its name, the restaurant is not just for wine drinkers. Among other things, we had a large steak. That was very good. We had a delicious meal - and we also found the wine list impressive. We would like to come more often, but unfortunately we can only afford it every two months due to the price.

Schönes Ambiente mit freundlichem Service. Essen gut. Wein enttäuschend. Vor allem aber: wir wurden ganz nahe neben eine megalaute Gruppe gesetzt, Unterhaltung war unmöglich. Unser schoener Abend wurde zu einem „ Essen wir schnell und gehen!“ Nichts gegen große und laute Gruppen, aber dann müssen die Zweiertische nicht so dicht stehen, dass man nichts versteht und sich ALLE an einem vorbei quetschen müssen.

Trotz aller Sonderwünsche und Rückfragen stets sehr freundlicher Service. Das Essen war perfekt. Wie immer sehr zufrieden. Wir würden uns über ein Angebot an histaminarmen Weinen freuen.

We had our Christmas party at WINEHOUSE and it was perfect! The food was incredibly good, very good service and the ambience is wonderful! We had a 3-course menu and selected drinks all included. Absolutely recommended, so you don't miss anything! Even à la carte, the food at the WINEHOUSE is always delicious!

I've been there for dinner many times, so I decided to celebrate my birthday there. What can I say? Celebrate there. Because then there will be celebrations. Flying Buffet is awesome. This was burned into the memory of the 55 guests. Insanely innovative and beautifully prepared. The chef probably learned his craft at the Düsseldorfer Schiffchen and implements it with his own style. Plus the wine and the very friendly and attentive service. Impress. I am completely satisfied. It's definitely not the last time I've celebrated here. And I recommend everyone to do it too. PS: Children also get their money's worth here

Sehr gutes Essen, ausgezeichnetes Weinangebot, verbunden mit bestem Service. Also sehr empfehlenswert.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Lediglich der Geräuschpegel ist extrem laut und unangenehm, sehr viel Reflexionen. Dies könnte man mit Stoff-Paneelen an der Decke oder vergleichbare Akustik-Maßnahmen deutlich verbessern.

Always an experience with very attentive, competent and friendly service staff and a great atmosphere. We just had a drink and had snacks with the wine. Even when it's full, you can still have a good time.

It is a place that has nothing like it. Delicious food, excellent service. The waiters and chefs certainly deserve only positive feedback. It's quite busy on a Friday evening, but the customers don't suffer. You don't have to wait long for the dishes you ordered, which is infinitely gratifying and gives a feeling of deep satisfaction. I recommend a visit without any ifs and buts.
