This time we were disappointed. The staff seemed overwhelmed: the reserved table wasn't ready, the menu order didn't reach the kitchen, and drinks we hadn't ordered were brought and added to the bill despite our refusal. The food also didn't meet our expectations. A shame.

We had a wine tasting at the Wine House yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The atmosphere was wonderful, the wine delicious, and the service very friendly and knowledgeable. Sema gave us excellent advice and lots of interesting information about the selected wines. Highly recommended!

Great ambiance and very friendly service. A slight downside to the food was that the monkfish was grilled for too long and was therefore quite dry. However, the fennel and orange salad as a side dish was very tasty.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at the Glass House a week ago. The service was unique and perfectly coordinated. Everything at my party was fantastic, and my expectations were even exceeded. Everyone loved the flying buffet food; it was a culinary delight. You could try everything and order more. Not to mention the delicious drinks, everyone discovered something for themselves. The wine selection was also a hit with everyone. Overall, my party was a fantastic evening, and I would definitely celebrate it again at the Wine House. My guests also felt very comfortable there and wrote me nothing but positive things afterward. A ten out of ten!

A super nice location, and the food was very high quality and delicious. The service was always very attentive. The only drawback was that the tables inside are too close together, so you practically have to overhear your neighbor's conversations.

We've eaten at the Winehouse several times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are excellent. The ambiance is modern and stylish. There's a large wine selection and a cocktail menu that changes regularly. The kitchen offers a nice selection of dishes, with something for everyone. We always enjoy coming back.

We celebrated our after-wedding party at the Wine House at the end of August with about 70 guests, and it was simply PERFECT. As regular guests, we were familiar with the Wine House and found the ambiance and concept, with its 11-course flying buffet, to be perfectly suited for the occasion. The preparation, organization, and impeccable service on the evening of the party were simply sensational and were also very well received by the guests. We were there for French week this time. The food was very good, unfortunately there wasn't really anything for vegetarians, but that's my partner's problem ;) Unfortunately, drinks were forgotten here and there, so I had to ask for them several times. I did find it a bit odd that the table was cleared while I was still eating, and then I hadn't even finished chewing, and my plate was snatched away from under my nose. I was finished by then, but I probably would have still managed to cram in the rest of the salad... There's no point in wasting food when you still have a little room in your stomach. I'd chalk that up to a slip-up 😅

A new wine bar at Krefeld's wholesale market. The food was excellent, but the service wasn't quite up to scratch yet. If you have time—you should always have time when eating out—it's certainly not a problem.

Nice location, but unfortunately, there were long waits for orders to be taken and for the drinks to arrive. €10.50 for a Sarti Spritz with lots of ice is pretty reasonable...

I've been a regular guest at the Wine House for years – the stylish ambiance and first-class service never fail to impress, and it's always a pleasure to be there. The appetizers and desserts are still excellent and lovingly prepared. However, the main courses have unfortunately declined somewhat. The flavors are lacking a little finesse and that certain something. It's especially unfortunate that classics like the legendary truffle fries and the scampi pan, which were always very popular, are no longer on the menu. Nevertheless, the Wine House remains a beautiful place and a great location. Semma and her colleagues are amazing! ♥️

The best location in Krefeld for a lovely evening, in a great atmosphere, to enjoy a glass of wine. Service, wine, and food... 10 stars+... I highly recommend it. ❤️

Die Bedienung war meganett, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam und konnte uns beim Wein hervorragend beraten. Es hat Spass gemacht und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

The Wine House is a restaurant in the rather upscale price range, both in terms of food and wine. The ambiance is very nice, but on the February day of our visit, it was simply too cold and therefore uncomfortable. Even the fan heaters, with their tripping hazards, couldn't change that. The food, in our case several appetizers, was very good, except for the bouillabaisse. The wine also lived up to expectations for this restaurant, but I think it was a bit overpriced. The service definitely deserves praise – fast, competent, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive – it could hardly be better.

Very cool atmosphere. Delicious food. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sema accompanied us wonderfully throughout the evening and always made sure that we didn't miss anything.

After-Christmas party 🎅🏼 In January we had our “Christmas party” at the Wine House. There were around 60 of us and the Wine House team served up a special BBQ buffet that was tailored specifically to us. The food was terrific, everyone, including the vegetarians, was thrilled. All in all it was absolutely great! The team on site, the food and also the drinks, simply top class! We would like to thank the Wine House team again :)

Quite a new, recommendable offer at the wholesale market. Despite its name, the restaurant is not just for wine drinkers. Among other things, we had a large steak. That was very good. We had a delicious meal - and we also found the wine list impressive. We would like to come more often, but unfortunately we can only afford it every two months due to the price.

It's always cold in the restaurant and the music is way too loud, you can't have a conversation at all

We had our Christmas party at WINEHOUSE and it was perfect! The food was incredibly good, very good service and the ambience is wonderful! We had a 3-course menu and selected drinks all included. Absolutely recommended, so you don't miss anything! Even à la carte, the food at the WINEHOUSE is always delicious!

I've been there for dinner many times, so I decided to celebrate my birthday there. What can I say? Celebrate there. Because then there will be celebrations. Flying Buffet is awesome. This was burned into the memory of the 55 guests. Insanely innovative and beautifully prepared. The chef probably learned his craft at the Düsseldorfer Schiffchen and implements it with his own style. Plus the wine and the very friendly and attentive service. Impress. I am completely satisfied. It's definitely not the last time I've celebrated here. And I recommend everyone to do it too. PS: Children also get their money's worth here

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Lediglich der Geräuschpegel ist extrem laut und unangenehm, sehr viel Reflexionen. Dies könnte man mit Stoff-Paneelen an der Decke oder vergleichbare Akustik-Maßnahmen deutlich verbessern.

Sehr gutes Essen, ausgezeichnetes Weinangebot, verbunden mit bestem Service. Also sehr empfehlenswert.

It is a place that has nothing like it. Delicious food, excellent service. The waiters and chefs certainly deserve only positive feedback. It's quite busy on a Friday evening, but the customers don't suffer. You don't have to wait long for the dishes you ordered, which is infinitely gratifying and gives a feeling of deep satisfaction. I recommend a visit without any ifs and buts.

Always an experience with very attentive, competent and friendly service staff and a great atmosphere. We just had a drink and had snacks with the wine. Even when it's full, you can still have a good time.

Very good for a glass of wine and a snack. Main courses also good. Overall a bit too expensive. For 6 slices of bread and some olive oil 3.50 euros. Oh well. The inside and also the winter garden are very nice.

Absolute recommendation! The hostess in the evening was a really great person who even had a lot of knowledge about your wines and matched the taste. The T-bone steak was also the best selection. The night before last we wanted to stop for a drink like we used to, but we couldn't get closer than 10m - the music, especially the bass, drove us away. Our ears almost fell off. The poor guests in the Italian restaurant opposite! That doesn't work at all. This party noise just doesn't go well with wine. Then we stopped by the Greeks.

Wir wurden rundherum sehr nett bedient und hatten einen wunderbaren Abend!

I'm really sorry but our food was so bad that even the super nice service and the great decor couldn't save the review. Unfortunately we had partly raw prawns (yes I know that they have to be translucent, not cooked through, but ours were really partly raw). The cremated calf was really just that. The main thing was fancy, but the cook probably didn't try it. It tasted of ash and veal. Despite its deep brown-black color, the jus was completely unaromatic, which is why I can only conclude that it was a ready-made product that can be mixed. However, the winner of the poor main course was the monkfish. This was so well cooked that the already very firm fish flesh was reminiscent of an unsalted eraser. For dessert, a tart with a slime called meringue made from raw egg whites with sugar rounded off the fiasco from the kitchen. The location and the service staff really gave it their all and were really accommodating, but unfortunately the food really spoiled everything. Unfortunately it was my first and last visit.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, bei hohen Außentemperaturen war es drinnen sehr heiß, stickig. Die Lautstärke der Musik war uns (4) zu stark. Service sehr nett, essen super. Wir waren schon öfter hier und kommen immer gerne wieder.

Super Service, nettes Ambiente, gutes Essen aber die Portionen sind zu klein. Besonders peinlich, der Laden heißt Winehouse, hat aber keinen Primitivo im Angebot (Stand 12/23)…….wer Krefelder ChiChi mag, ist hier genau richtig😉

Very nice atmosphere with high quality food, very good value for money. Finally a beautifully furnished restaurant with good service where the visitor is still king. You can sit nicely inside, outside or on a covered terrace with 3/4 sides closed.

Wir hatten uns viele kleinere Köstlichkeiten zusammengestellt. Von den Garnelen bis hin zum Pulled Hot Dog war alles top zubereitet, sehr schmackhaft und auch von der Optik (das Auge isst ja mit) her klasse. Die Auswahl der Weine ist hervorragend.

We loved the Winehouse and its food and wanted to celebrate our wedding there. However, after an on-site meeting, no offer was sent to us. We received no explanation or rejection, even though we wrote two reminder emails. In our opinion, this is not respectful treatment of guests. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with this service and cannot explain it.

Cooles Lokal mit einzigartiger Atmosphäre und gutem Essen. Ideal für einen netten Abend mit Freunden, zu zweit oder auch in größeren Gruppen. Immer wieder ein Erlebnis.

Die Auswahl an Weinen ist weit überdurchschnittlich, das Essen sehr schmackhaft und auch optisch sehr ansprechend . Das Servicepersonal ist überaus aufmerksam und freundlich. Man sitzt sowohl draußen als auch im Innenraum überall gemütlich und nicht zu dicht. Klasse Location, die wir bald wieder besuchen werden.

Eine absolut erstklassige Location in einer ehemaligen Markthalle in Krefeld-Oppum. Tolles Essen, fabelhaft zubereitet und eine Super- Weinkarte. Alle Tische um 23 Uhr besetzt. Selten in dieser Zeit! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die online Reservierung hat offensichtlich nicht geklappt, wir hatten für 19Uhr Innenraum tief sitzend gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Platziert wurden an einem Hochtisch, der niedrige war für 20Uhr vorgemerkt.
