To respond to Frank Richter's entry: The Wieninger Bräu is NOT Viennese brewing culture but BAYRIAN from the beautiful Teisendorf from the MC Wieninger brewery. Nothing Vienna. But otherwise I completely agree. Host Dani is an Austrian... but my favorite Austrian. .He simply has everything in view.As soon as you sit down...he comes up...Food is terrible...In short.If you don't feel comfortable here.........

We booked a hotel room in the town on the way back. After a whole day of driving, you can enjoy a delicious beer. Since I'm very familiar with the local type of beer, I wanted to know. We received a very friendly welcome and it was a really nice evening. But the beer is amazing. Try to get it in our region. That was super delicious. Thanks to you both for the lovely evening.

Don't let the external impression put you off and definitely go in there!!! So delicious food. Roast pork, spinach dumplings, cordon bleu, Kaiserschmarrn are all delicious and the service is also good.

Great Pfandl breakfast, but also the lunch menu and other dishes are always excellent, sufficient and absolutely recommendable in terms of price. You definitely have to try it😂

The dishes served do not in any way correspond to the pictures on the homepage or other gourmet portals. We reserved a table in the beer garden for Friday evening with real expectations. The food served was hardly acceptable, even for completely fried frozen goods. Schnitzel, cordon bleu and cod were just bad. The carpaccio was at least generously decorated with grated cheese from a discount store. In school grades it was a 4- The special charm was created by completely drunk guests. The apparent regulars, together with the waiter, loudly cleared all the tables and benches of salt, pepper and cushions before 9 p.m. This happened before we even got our main courses. The waiter himself crowned the Friday evening by opening various schnapps in small bottles with his teeth and then drinking them together with happy guests. Even our grandmother, who is 81 years old, couldn't find a suitable adjective for this situation. Our conclusion? Save yourself the time and money because it's totally worth it.

Catastrophe, they didn't let us sit in the garden on Saturday when the weather was nice - it could rain! Unfriendly on top of that, we came from the day woman where everyone was sitting outside but wanted to eat something decent and then drove to the smuggler's where the garden was full. Never again Wieninger Bräu

I recently had dinner there with two colleagues and I have to say first of all that the welcome was very friendly and the waiter also left a very competent impression, praise in advance. The atmosphere is rustic and very pleasant, and I have to celebrate the person who came up with the idea of ​​hanging two doll hands with beer in a picture in the corner of the room, very cool ;D Unfortunately I also have to talk about the food... Fried potato soup and XL ribs were ordered. The soup was very thin and has nothing to do with a good broth. From the ribs, since they were apparently only offered on Thursdays, I expected juicy, buttery ribs in a good sauce (as it should be). I got two tough ribs with some pink meat (very critical with pork...) with some kind of cheap BBQ sauce. I actually tried to eat these too, but had to give up halfway through because the taste was absolutely disgusting. The "parsley potatoes" were also an experience in themselves, potatoes with peel on which fresh parsley was sprinkled and some kind of oil was poured over them... I don't know if that was revenge for the special request. I hope that the chef had some sort of stress/bad day that day as the reviews here are mostly positive. The best part of the day was actually the special...

Review from January 2020: We had dinner on Saturday at 3 p.m. The waitress was very nice and relaxed. The "background music" was a bit too loud and more suitable for younger guests. Drinks and food came quickly - but there was nothing going on. My mixed roast pork with coleslaw tasted good (the "bread dumpling" was actually very good), but unfortunately it wasn't "fresh from the oven". The lean piece of meat was very dry and hard, the jelly crust was flabby. The sauce was good, the coleslaw was very good. My wife also liked the hamburger (except for the fries) - there was even extra hot sauce upon request. Review from December 2023: The landlord Dani is extremely friendly and provided good service. We had a roast pork again. The taste is very good - unfortunately there is still no crisp crust. The wild boar saddle was good - but the convenience rösti would be better replaced with salt or parsley potatoes. A little less, but fresh chives would also be good. Nagging at a high level...

Sehr gute bürgerliche Küche zu moderaten Preisen, das Bier schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliche und rasche Bedienung. Schöner Gastgarten und sehr zentral in Bahnhofsnähe.

Service war zwar flott aber hat auch nur das nötigste gemacht. Essen war eher schlecht als recht. Soße der Currywurst undefinierbar, Pommes matschig, lediglich das Schnitzel war ok aber mehr nicht. Salat mit weißen Bohnen in einem bayerischen Wirtshaus? - Merkwürdig.

Sowohl die vegetarischen als auch die Fleischgerichte schmecken immer hervorragend (vor Ort und auch die Speisen zur Abholung) das gesamte Team ist stets zuvorkommend und hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, man fühlt sich als Gast sehr wohl!

Super schnell, super viel, super lecker, super Servicekraft und einfach ein fairer Preis. Kein Schickimicki Ambiente dafür aber sehr zum wohlfühlen, wenn man es mag.

Leckeres Essen zum guten Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Leider war der Service etwas chaotisch mit fehlenden Speisen (wurde aber mit einer großen Portion wieder gut gemacht) und einer falschen Abrechnung. Insgesamt aber ein guter Eindruck.

Einfaches und nettes Wirtshaus.Der Service war zügig und nett.Das Essen war im Durchschnitt auch o.k aber es gibt für uns persönlich noch bessere Wirtshäuser z.B in der näheren Umgebung um Salzburg.
