War beruflich unterwegs und haben bloß was getrunken. Das Essen was in der zeit bei uns vorbei ging war optisch sehr verführerisch. Der Service von Tisch reserviren bis zum 9direkten Service am Tisch war top. Können einige Gößere Gaststätten eine Scheibe davon anschneiden. Danke für den schönen Nachmittag. Grüße Gartenpflege Höß

Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen. Ein Wiener Schnitzel und einen Wurstsalat. Beides war super lecker und es waren sehr große Portionen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier wirklich stimmig. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und man muss auch nicht lange warten. Der Kellner war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Lokal empfehlen wir zu 100 % weiter.

So gut das Essen dort ist, den Service muss man nochmals positiv hervorheben: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hat alles im Griff. Das Essen (Schweinsbraten, Schnitzel, Zwiebelrostbraten) einwandfrei, die Beilagen (Knödel, Bratkartoffel) frisch und hausgemacht. Notiz an mich selber: beim nächsten mal nach einem Seniorenteller fragen, die Portionen sind mehr als ordentlich! Wenn man mal richtig gut bayerisch essen gehen möchte: genau da. Ein richtig schönes Wirtshaus, wie man es sich träumt.

Wer hier einkehrt macht so gut wie alles richtig, auch wenn beim aufklappen und studieren der Speisekarte erstmal die "hohen" Preise ins Auge fallen welche durch die Größe der Portionen aber durchaus im grünen Bereich liegen! Essen war hervorragend zubereitet, Personal in typisch (Ober-)bayrischer Manier - freundlich, zuvorkommend, lässig! Hat Spaß gemacht dort zu speisen und zu verweilen!

Total nette, hundefreundliche Wirtsleute. Leckeres Bier aus der lokalen Brauerei, auch das Essen war top. Viele Gerichte mit Geschmacksverstärkern. War uns egal, sollte man aber wissen.

Wir waren jetzt schon 2 mal bei der Heimreise nach dem Urlaub dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist einfach super und der Service unkompliziert und freundlich. Auch die Preise sind in Ordnung. Kinderessen gibt es ebenfalls. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A rather inconspicuous restaurant with a small beer garden in the middle of town on a side street. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there's a very diverse selection. I ordered chanterelle mushrooms on tagliatelle pasta. A very large portion and very tasty. A glance at the neighboring table revealed that the portions were definitely not small. Therefore, I think the price of just over €20 for this amount of food is absolutely reasonable. The staff were very friendly, served us promptly, drinks arrived quickly, and the food took a while, which is definitely a good sign of freshly prepared food. The cappuccino afterward was a dream. You rarely get such good milk foam in a restaurant. Highly recommended.

We were driving back from salzburg to garmish. Hit a small town and found this place. If you ever stay or drive thru, WOW!!!! well worth it time. You will enjoy it The cordon Bleu eleu....basically, a ham and cheese stuffed schnitzel. Man, I want another one

The three of us ate there yesterday. Some of the reviews are incomprehensible to me, and I wonder what kind of world people live in. We were served quickly. Our server was very prompt and child-friendly. The food was excellent, incredibly hot and fresh. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. All in all, 5 stars.

Unfortunately, again from a "minority" a rating that doesn't give 5 stars. The atmosphere of this location is very appealing, but we only sat in the beer garden. The starter – a cream of asparagus soup – was very tasty and had an excellent taste. The roast pork, on the other hand, could have been presented more attractively: the meat was literally drowning in a sauce that was too thick and the crust was unfortunately soggy as a result. The dish was also not convincing in terms of taste. The two dumplings next to the meat seemed very small, but that was because there was too much meat on the plate. However, the dark beer with it was an excellent choice - it went perfectly with the food. The price of the food was in the usual range. The still very young service was extremely friendly and competent.

Unfortunately, the prices don't quite match the quality of the food. The good beer and the friendly service make up for a lot. An onion roast in this performance class for over €30 is too expensive if you compare it with the Tegernseer Hof or Reutberg Monastery, for example. In response to the owner's question, a few details: The ambience is very simple and invites you to have a get-together or drink a beer. The food isn't bad by any means, I just expect homemade spaetzle for a dish that costs €23. The meat and sauce were good, but not great. In terms of arrangement and professionalism, the prices would have to be based on the above. Locally oriented. Or simply lower the prices.
