Wonderful drinking cups, solid food, very nice service, the way to the toilet was a bit mysterious

We arrived around 7 p.m., the restaurant was open but completely empty. No guests, no staff, another couple had already been waiting at the counter for staff for five minutes. After another five minutes, all four of us drove to another restaurant without having accomplished anything.

The restaurant definitely has potential to become a first-class Afghan restaurant. The food is really very good, the lamb tika is highly recommended. What should definitely be improved is the ambience of the restaurant (street noise can be heard when the door is open, there could be pleasantly quiet background music, the candles at the table could be lit, nothing should be left on the open counter when washing up). In addition, the path to the toilet should urgently be tidied up and cleaned. The toilets themselves should also be cleaned more regularly. The tiles on the floor are partially damaged, which does not create an inviting picture. Unfortunately, the first impression is not a good one, as the counter is not constantly occupied so it can seem very empty. All in all, a lot of things in the restaurant should be improved to get to the level of food.

We ordered 2 lamb dishes and they were outstanding. The delivery was faster than stated and the prices are more than fair for today's standards. Gladly again!

We had dinner at the Weissberg restaurant and were thrilled by the Afghan cuisine. The dishes (including many vegetarian ones) are freshly prepared, are very tasty and the service is very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

Have ordered here a few times now. The food is a 10/10. It arrives hot and the portions are large. We eat it for 2 days. For Valentine's Day there was even a small dessert on the house. 🥰

Went there for the first time yesterday. It takes some getting used to that you have to ring the bell to get in. The restaurant wasn't furnished to a very high standard and the floor hadn't been mopped for a long time. There was a lamp with a candle at the table, which unfortunately wasn't lit during our entire visit. Now to the food-outstanding! Had 2 starters, both times with extremely spicy dip, but extremely tasty. Then a dish with minced meat, one with chicken, both a culinary journey of taste. Drink a very good red wine with it. The subsequent invoice was also not correct. Conclusion: It's great that there is such an exotic restaurant here! The food is great, but everything around it needs to be better!

I was here with a small group after making a reservation, but this wasn't necessary as the restaurant is very uncrowded. What first strikes you is the ambience. This takes a lot of getting used to, not to mention it seems “cheap”. There are different ancient tablecloths on each table; An attempt was made to embellish the ceiling with plastic decoration, but unfortunately that fell through because they weren't really serious about attaching it accurately. The worst thing I found, however, was the path to the cold, not particularly well-maintained toilet, which leads through an untidy warehouse. I later learned that to go to the toilet, guests would normally have to leave the restaurant and use the toilet behind the house, but because it was so cold, they would allow access through this camp. There are several other examples, but I didn't feel comfortable in the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service also left a lot to be desired. Although the service was obviously trying hard, it was clear that serving or dealing with guests was unfortunately not one of their strengths. The food, on the other hand, was very good both in terms of taste and appearance. It's Afghan cuisine. But I suspect that the taste is already adapted to the German palate. At least in our case there was no one who complained about food that didn't taste good. In the end, the chef had to collect the money alone. He made a very professional impression. Unfortunately, card payment was not possible - we were offered to pay via PayPal, which we happily accepted.

Very good vegan and vegetarian selection! The food is very tasty and there is even a delicious vegan pizza. We are always very satisfied.

Tastiest Biryani tried in Saarbrücken. It has a good variety of South Asian cuisines. Vegetarian dishes are also delicious. Worth visiting when you are around!

My preferred delivery restaurant when it comes to Chicken Biryani. No one else in Saarbrücken prepares Chicken Biryani as delicious as them. No One! They put the right amount of spices and flavor in their biryani, and the serving is quite generous. As for the vegetarian options, I felt that they could use a better quality paneer as the ones they usually serve can be a bit hard and taste sour. However, the Bhindi Masala was again top-notch! In any case, for Chicken Biryani (Charg Biryani), I am definitely not ordering from anywhere else but Weissberg Restaurant! :) Thank You, Weissberg Restaurant! :)

Hier sind junge Gastronomen mit Liebe und Herzblut am Herd und im Service. Was ins Glas und auf den Teller kommt wird frisch gemach und ist super lecker. Hat das Potenzial zu einem Lieblingsrestaurant für mich zu werden. War zwei mal dort und bin begeistert.

Sehr leckere Küche und freundliches Personal. Besonders zu empfehlen war das frische Fladenbrot und die selbstgemachte Joghurtsauce. Aber auch das Lamm Tikka war großartig

Hervorragendes Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wenn das Wetter besser gewesen wäre, hätten wir uns in einen schönen Biergarten setzen können.

Super leckere Burger. Unverständlicherweise gibt es keine Gerichte mehr die ich kenne, möchte oder mir vorstellen könnte. Finde es sehr schade aber wer kein geld verdienen will hat wohl genug...

Junges sehr engagiertes, nettes Team mit leckerem Essen. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man diese Küche kennenlernen möchte. Wir haben einige Gerichte untereinander ausprobiert und es war alles sehr gut. Ausserdem gab es noch einen netten Gruß aus der Küche. Normalerweise gebe ich keine Bewertungen ab aber hier kann ich das ohne schlechtes Gewissen machen.

Sehr gute afghanische Küche. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Wir haben gelegentlich auch schon den Lieferservice genutzt.

Wir waren zu dritt essen und haben wie immer drei unterschiedliche Essen bestellt. Die werden dann durch drei geteilt, damit jeder von allem probieren kann. Das Besondere an diesem Restaurant - und das hatten wir noch nie! - war, dass wir auch nach langem Diskutieren keinen klaren Favoriten ausmachen konnten. Es waren einfach alle drei Gerichte unfassbar lecker, jedes auf seine eigene Art. Von Hand und mit Liebe zubereitet und super gut abgeschmeckt. Die afghanische Küche kannten wir bis dato übrigens gar nicht. Es gibt Parallelen zur indischen Küche, ist aber geschmacklich doch eine ganz eigene Welt. Die Bedienung war freundlich und man hat gemerkt, dass hier mit Stolz Spezialitäten aus der Heimat serviert werden. Einzig das Ambiente passt nicht zur Qualität des Essens. Es war leider etwas kalt (Gab wohl Probleme mit der Heizung) und leer im Restaurant. Ein bisschen authentische Deko würde auch nicht schaden. Der Einrichtung fehlt irgendwie noch ein bisschen das Konzept, aber das kann ja noch kommen. :) Bezüglich der Getränkekarte wäre etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert, vor allem bei den Bieren. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass hier wohl eher der Lieferdienst im Vordergrund steht, was eigentlich echt schade ist. Wir sind jedenfalls vom Essen total begeistert und kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder!

Das Essen ist frisch und sehr lecker, das Fleisch zart und saftig, nicht trocken und überkocht. Angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr gastfreundliches Ambiente. Eine Neuentdeckung für mich, aber ich werde hier noch öfter hingehen und alles ausprobieren.Empfehlung!

Leckeres Essen , Küche ist Afghanisch und Indisch. Für jeden was dabei.Verschiedene Essen müssen Telefonisch vorbestellen, wegen der Kochzeit. Steht im Netz auf der Speisekarte. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne dort hin.
